It seems like a great reference that would just be a talking point similar to the way they talk about Victimology or the tracking technology. I don’t see why they would be dragging it out and not disclosing this is what the “5” means when it’s more of an informative reference than anything that might compromise the case if revealed too soon.

Maybe they know about even more BM behavior that is even worse than what we already know but they can’t reveal it yet. They have alluded to DV and that would be strong behavioral evidence in a trial. Also there have been drug rumors. Tonight PE encouraged their viewers to watch some of their earlier videos on victimology and evidence. I certainly might be wrong but it was just the impression I got listening to them tonight v. last night when Mike mentioned the five fingers and Bruce Lee etc. It also had me wondering if they are hinting that LE might now have all five categories of the five forms of evidence and about to deliver a knock out “Bruce Lee” fist of fury blow to BM? But that would only be possible with an eyewitness account. The confession could be from an accomplice after the fact but an eyewitness would have had to actually see the murder right? I’m falling asleep so hope this makes sense!

You're right about MK inadvertently referring to AM as "Barry" on tonight's PE show. It was odd. None of them acknowledged it and they continued on with their conversation.

It was the strangest PE of all time. When MK and CM learned that Andy would be continuing searching until Tuesday, they seemed surprised.

They even mentioned that they hoped to be able to connect with Andy tomorrow for updates. Just tentative plans though. It was downright odd.

Assuming that's fact, I'd bet the M's purchased from and had their vehicles serviced at the same dealership (in Indiana) for many years.

I agree. And MK said to AM “ohh I thought you were heading back (home) in the morning.” They were genuinely confused and didn’t know/weren’t on the same page about the search continuing.

I am not as hopeful for tomorrow as others are. I hope I’m wrong.

code 33 is used by police to essentially kick everyone off the radio frequency to make way for emergency.

its like chris put that in at the beginning for a reason,
maybe they were saying they had all their 'radios tuned to emergency only' as in keeping the lines empty waiting to hear of some news themselves. Or the investigators searching the site had gone code 33 & nobody was hearing anything, which could be a good thing fingers crossed.
Searching for code 33, apart from the radio code the only other thing i could find was the codes for Colorado, and code 33 (or title) was a bit interesting considering the searches going on. The statutes in here could cover a multitude of possibilities going on.
I think the police code 33 is more likely although these were interesting and had me thinking..... In so many other cases police have bought the suspect in on unrelated charges to get things going or even get DNA ect you never know if they could try & pull Barry in on something minor.
I also wonder if Andy breaking the rules by going onto property would come under 33 and he'd been warned with it? That would make you want to tell the police to check their egos.

I thought in the beginning both PE and Andy described it as a four day search. At what point did it change to become longer? Maybe the PE guys just forgot?

I am just rewatching right now and noticed something that CM said early in the beginning @ one minute in, he says "Code 33." MK looks as serious as a heart attack almost fearful of them giving away too much information. I googled Police Code 33 and here's the meaning: Police radio Code 33 means Clear radio channel - emergency traffic only.

Something is clearly going on behind the scenes.

You know, I was wondering what those documents entered into the evidence room today could have been. Could they have been proof of BM’s domestic violence against SM? DV victim’s sometimes keep DV proof safekept somewhere. Maybe SM left hers with someone and that person finally found the courage to turn it in.

About the BBM. IMO, and from experience, the beach area near the river would be almost the last area of concern for the contractors at that stage in the building process.

Maybe their last concern in terms of importance, but -- depending on the clearances of the planned construction, any machine work at the river's edge might have needed to be done early in order to still have room for equipment to maneuver down there from the road.

The home owner property would end on the riverbank at the ordinary high water mark.
So, building a wall out into the river past the ordinary high water mark would be to leave the homeowners property.

which offers a zoomable map, which when zoomed will show the boundaries of privately owned parcels of land. A useful resource!

For the Salida site I see that the southern neighbor's property extends to the middle of the river (as it does at the Morphew home too) but that most parcels along that stretch, including the parcel of interest, seem to end at the water's edge -- probably the usual high water mark as mentioned.

Andy says someone gave him some “tree invoices” that seemed odd to her and he handed them right over to CBI who, he thought, seemed very interested to receive those.

What better way to disguise disturbed ground than to plant trees that by next season will appear to have been there for some time. Nothing to see here folks, nothing disturbed here, ever.

Planting trees always seems to require a much bigger hole than one might expect, to keep the root ball happy. There might be room for remains to be added with no noticeable hint from the surface.

Wish we knew where the trees were planted!

ETA forgot to mention: my take on AM's phrase "a loving husband" is that he was referring to outward appearances, how it seemed to others that Suzanne had the perfect life. He might have even been referring to Suzanne's perspective that she had a loving husband, at least until recently.
