Sorry I am late responding. I am on the road—in Colorado actually—so am behind on the thread.
My license is in Texas, which according to the article that
@Murphy1950 posted, is not a state that requires that disclosure. I’ll have to look back at my notes when I get back home. But I am thinking maybe while it’s not technically legally required to disclose info about a stigmatized property, it’s definitely better to do so b/c a buyer could still sue you if you knew a material fact about the house and did not disclose it. I’m still learning!
