This was done independently. Her bio page is still up on the Fox 21 site, but she hasn’t written a new article in about a week. She hasn’t been on tv in several weeks.

Her YouTube page looks like she’s selling herself to a new employer, as she has a “reporter reel” on there.

So in short, we don’t know. My guess is that she’s either out, or on her way out though.
Thanks. Good for her. She looked and sounded really sharp.

LS is still listed in her same job with the Fox21 News Team. She has her own YouTube channel now. This and all of her previous SM related videos are on it.

This video is interesting, but there is no evidence there. I personally would never hire LS to do any construction work, but fortunately for her she doesn't have to make a living that way.

Well she’s a reporter, and not in construction.

After looking at Barry’s work, and hearing the details, I wouldn’t trust him to build a wall out of Leggo’s.

So there’s that.

"Tony gave his opinion on why the material hadn't been ordered, and that was that Barry probably didn't get around to (ordering it) bc his wife was abducted."

So would the needed materials be ordered and delivered on the same day? Bc otherwise, Barry had "no idea" his wife was "abducted" until Sunday evening.

I wonder if that's part of his alibi that isn't gonna hold up, and that's why he really pushed good ole' mounty the mt. lion as the main POI.

The comment about why the material hadn't been ordered sounded to me like ole Tony didn't quite have the timeline right. I mean, in landscaping/construction/contracting work, (where I'm from anyway) materials required to do the job are ordered LONG before and scheduled for delivery onto the job site on a pre-arrainged date (usually the date the crews show up to begin the work). Maybe they do things differently in Broomfield?

But the job was scheduled to begin 05.11 so... why weren't the materials ordered?
That makes even less sense now, now that we know it's a fact the job was supposed to begin on that Monday.

Knowing that her killer is still free, I have to take satisfaction where I can find it. This is going to annoy Barry, and I hope he feels compelled to respond. His business is being trashed, and now everyone knows that he’s completely incompetent.

I’d really love the Daily Mail to pick it up, as that would be even more embarrassing.
It IS pretty interesting that the Ms seemed to be rolling in money, but BM and crew screw up a simple wall? BM hasn't been applying for needed permits? BM doesn't issue the customary billing statements? BM gets a job from a company who got it from another company, and no one inspects the completed job? BM doesn't order material on May 7 for a May 12 job? Where the heck is all that money really coming from?

It appears that old boy likes to cut corners, and plays by his own rules.

“Rules? We don’t need no stinkin’ rules.”

BBM:

One would think, but we've followed enough cases here in Colorado alone to know that common sense plays virtually no part in the actions of most of these asinine killers.

I think BM was counting on LE biting into the bike ride narrative hook, line and sinker.

I also think BM is accustomed to people taking whatever he says at face value, without fact-checking it.

He took it for granted that his account of SM's MD bike ride would not be questioned, most likely because his accounts have never been questioned in the past.

All that^^^. Plus, according to MG, she had expected to do the job with BM, and no one else. But at the last minute he changed everything.

Did CBI Investigate or Search...?
I agree with you. It is just that Lauren’s video led me to believe CBI did not follow up with information from Brookfield. I don’t know Lauren’s source but that person did not believe CBI had followed up. If CBI had conducted a search for Suzanne under the wall I would think we would have heard. Just my opinion.
@Love Never Fails Thanks for your post. :)

... at Broomfield wall work-site or Broomfield Hol Inn-Exp? When posting earlier today, I had not seen Lauren's new vid describing interview w "source." Now, seeing vid, I noticed multiple times she was careful to note -- 'per the source' and 'source believes' (<--- my paraphrasing), did not state as fact.

Also now having see May 11(?) and May 28 (?) pix of wall, I agree that if CBI or any LE actually excavated behind/under/near wall for remains, yes, agreeing w you --- news about that search probably would have leaked, as it would have been difficult to keep on the down low. Jm2cts.

Looks like put on her own.
Her title page is:
Latest Scoop
With Lauren Scharf
My guess is they are negotiating a separation agreement and she won - no non-compete (She’s doing her own YouTube) and she won’t be allowed to discuss her position at fox - IMO

BBM:

HA!

I love the description the worker gave LS of BM's wall:

"It was horrible. They did a miserable job… like kids did it."

Which segues nicely into your LEGOS analogy.

I've noticed this isn't the first time you've mentioned LEGOS.

Clearly, these are thinly veiled hints re: your Christmas wish list.

Friend Tony knew better, he's just making excuses...as everyone does for Barry. We are in a sophisticated construction area here, meaning lots of vendor competition. Still, in all my years I know of not one construction supplier who takes your orders over the weekend, not one. If Barry confirmed that job the previous Thursday the supplies should have already been lined up for delivery by that Friday....Early Monday at the latest.

Wasn't it also 'Tony" who questioned who was on site?

Updated interview after a day of searching in freezing water for #suzannemorphew with @MrLeisek and #adventureswithpurpose.

Holy Crud.

JL said they were "under watch" today, i.e., being observed by hostile onlookers.

They intended to search 5 sites, only went to one and had to pull out of that one early, ahead of schedule, because people had scopes and eyes on them at all times.

They also mentioned that other people coming into the area have received death threats, but that they hadn't received any.

JL said they felt they had to stop, "because of the safety of our lives."

He went on to say they were only a couple of hours into the search when, "the team felt as though something was not right. It was unsafe….because of what they were seeing."

Obviously, they felt very threatened.

Sounds like BM might have been back on armed patrol duty today.

Anyone want to guess who's guarding Monarch Pass?

Oh, Wow.

JL stated that another search team they were with today had found a blue shirt earlier (didn't specify when) in a creek around Monarch Pass that has been turned over to CBI.

He described it as a blue shirt that had "2 stabs wounds and bullet holes in it," along with what appears to be bodily fluids.

They don't know whether the shirt is connected to this case or not, and don't expect that anything more will be heard about it, i.e., now that it's been turned over to LE.

JL said they do have a photo of that shirt and his group will be sharing it in their video on Sunday.

Per the interview and the discovery of the blue shirt, related or unrelated?

Real evidence? Or planted evidence?

I have NEVER seen a missing person's case like this.

Just when I think it can't get screwier....

Sounds like things are el fuego in Salida today. The Adventures with Purpose team had to cut short their search because of death threats and a perimeter of folks keeping surveillance on them.

The anchor Natalie Tysdal on Fox31Denver has an interview up:

Wow. They mention searching the creek, near an area taped off, that LE searched two weeks ago. I wonder if the watchers dared to have scopes on LE. There's something rotten in Denmark.
