So it's possible the photos were from the home, but we don't know for sure?
I imagine the same might be true for "permitting" him to park/unload the bobcat if he indeed did arrive home from Broomfield pulling it on a trailer. In fact I might guess it was more a request than permission. And BM must have known he was driving home straight into the investigation, and he certainly could have arranged to drop the Bobcat somewhere innocuous, or leave it in Broomfield, just to keep it from the immediate grasp of the investigation. But he didn't. Which causes me to think the Bobcat was not involved. JMO
In addition, I still maintain that if the bobcat as seen in the flyover video was suspected by LE to be involved in any way, it wouldn't have been tied with yellow tape in the way it was (ie tape tied TO the machine rather than AROUND the machine).
So I'm guessing that either that bobcat wasn't involved (but we don't know that BM has only the one bobcat) or that perhaps an attachment from BM's bobcat was put on a different machine for whatever went down. Either way the Bobcat as parked did not appear to be protected by the tape. JMO
