Wasn't he staying with GD at that point? He sounded like a nervous wreck. The beach area was never checked that day. When those dogs hit there, it made me wonder if she was originally buried there and moved. If that was the case she would have to have been put inside a container. Wasn't there some reason that slab/footers didn't pass inspection? After that property was searched I wonder if he had more peculiar actions that anyone can account for. Could he have moved her more than once? What was he up to in the river when he was wet? Did he visit Indiana during this time? Clearly this guy is just slipping under everyone's radar. Moo
AM stated that when he flew in to CO on Monday evening he stayed in a home almost across the driveway from the Morphew home on Puma Path and that BM was staying in a home back across the river.
I believe BM temporarily moved to GD’s home a little later. Under TOS we cannot sleuth GD.

No idea. That was reported by sheriff Spezze himself.
Iirc that was very early in the investigation. He went on to say “and we hope he continues to do so,” or something along those lines. My thoughts are, someone may be “co-operating” in the sense that he is answering questions, yet, he may be lying through his teeth! I just can’t call that cooperating. I think Sheriff Spezze was telling us a little “white lie.” :) MOO

He wasn’t cooperating that much if they had to get a warrant to search.

how is Barry allegedly cooperating?
At link below is a video of Sheriff Spezze updating the public on status of SM missing case. This live update with the Sheriff was very early on- Friday, 5/15/20. When asked by a reporter if the husband is cooperating, Sheriff states, “yes he is at this point, we hope he continues to do so”.

I don’t believe we’ve heard anything from the CCSD/Sheriff Spezze since 5/15/20 regarding status of “the husband’s” cooperation

Scroll down page a little to see video of the Sheriff’s live update:

LE would get a warrant even if he did agree, so there could never be any question in court.

I still don't think the search warrant(s) of the Morphew home points only to a guilty BM.

Who else could have been in the home, invited or not, leading up to or on the day SM disappeared? I'm confident, we the public, do not know. IMO

I think that could also be for elimination, as well. No one else's DNA or prints other than the family or people who have said they were in the home on whatever occasion. See if anything unexplained turns up.

IMO

Barry could have been deployed in Afghanistan, and they still would have got a warrant to search that home. Maybe not twice though.

And I appreciate your input . I’ve read a lot , and a lot from what her brother has said and I put allegedly , but The Bob cat discrepancy is still BIG IMO . I really don’t feel I’m jumping to conclusions on this one , but I don’t know anything differently than what everyone else knows either . There is a lot of threads , and I will go back again .
i agree with you. He claimed he forgot that he did a “mechanical thing” with the Bobcat.

From what I’ve ever seen of any statement from LE it’s always the truth. If they can’t give a definitive answer they’ll state as such. LE hasn’t made any statement since then to indicate otherwise.

Which is understandable, at least for me. If they were discussing his wife missing, bike found, etc, bringing up something that he did to a piece of equipment that might be as an ordinary thing I can’t see as being needed to bring up until they asked. It’s not necessarily nefarious.

Something had to indicate a crime if a second warrant was issued. MOO

I don’t know how we would know that for sure.

Forget about BM for a moment. I’m interested in who SM was interacting with on the social media apps named by CCSO in their press release, as an example. Was that person(s) at the home or around the home when she went missing? Did a known person to the family stop over after BM left for the day? Did someone stop at the house looking for BM? Did SM offer to help someone that day? IMO

I think the first search warrant of the home would be protocol, IMO.

It’s the second search of the home AND the digging up of the job site that gave me pause. I would think both of those would require probable cause that goes beyond rumor or gut feelings. JMO.
