GITANA....thanks for the info about gang stalking uplink.

I just watched ID channel about stalking and one of their stories was about gang stalking. I remember your link. Thanks.

Over the few days I see people wondering why the stalkers didn't do this, or didn't do that. Seems like somehow there is normal way to stalk. I do not see every stalking case being the same thing.

It looks like the stalker enjoyed what he did. Probably got a huge rush with the cops coming .

Someone posted a comment on the blog the other day that maybe the red they were seeing was a laser light.I remember one of the gk having something like this playing with the dogs keeping them trying to catch it.lol Maybe someone did think this was funny to just set off the light or use a laser to get the parents running all over the place. It could very well been someone thinking this was all a game to them but in the end something went terribly wrong. Mom will reveal in a future post that M was followed and did see and recognize who it was. This whole thing is bizarre. I cant wait for it all to unfold.

It seems like it would be rather easy to stalk someone. Ideas that have been mentioned (with respect to the original posters):

Possible stalking techniques-
-observing parts of M's routine (ie classes, going out with friends)
-Visual observation of car coming/going/about town
-overheard plans from outside house
-tap on cell phone
-txt message cloning device
-internet hacking for emails
-FB and other social media
-casually dropped information from friends
-information from family, neighbors
-tracking device (via cell phone or something else)

I think with JUST knowing a usual routine and some bare facts it would be a piece of cake. I could stalk my grocery clerk or doctor pretty easily because I know where they work, the rough hours they work, and I recognize their car. In fact, I think it would be so easy (even though it is time consuming) that I think someone from M's school or an old classmate could just as easily be a stalker as the neighbor could be.

Not sure if this was mentioned before, but TI on the blog comments today notes that the house they were renting had been empty for some time before they moved in, making it a good time for someone to fix a window, etc. for later access. And also an extra set of keys is kept in the association president's possession. Don't think it is significant to the case since it seems as if their door code was viewed by the perp with binoculars.

Unless there are some family members kin with one another.

Kinda OT but is it common place for the president of your HOA to have keys to your house? That's not how it is in my HOA. That is just kinda creepy!!

Just keeping a running tally of items that became faulty or broken in/around the period of stalking..
(these were the couple that I recalled off the top of my head..and I'll add to/edit/omit the list as need be)

1)-the actual key lock to one of the doors that was an entrance into the Ingram home was broken.

2)-within that exact same week another key lock of actually the main entrance door into the home was broken as well.

3)-Morgan's personal cell phone began to have disturbances in service or the phone malfunctioning which led to there actually being instances and times when Morgan's cell phone appeared unable to contact/or make contact with another phone (at times problem with texts, phonecalls, and voicemail)

4)-quite extensive damage done to Morgan's car in having it "keyed" and actually the gouging quite deeply with the word "b****" scrawled across it..(some may be of the opinion that this incident doesnt qualify within the stalking period but I disagree and imo believe it more than likely to be absolutely involved in the stalking.jmo)

5)-possible damage to what would have been the very first wildlife cam purchased and mounted by the Ingrams on their home..(and I have posted a question to TI about this particular detail to see if she will further clarify..dependant upon the answer this entry could be modified or even omitted if need be)

I believe the metal rain gutter above the window to m's room was bent or dented. Also, it was hinted that the sliding door had an issue ( I think in the comments)

Over my dead body will I let my HOA keep my keys (eek, kind of bad wording on my part considering). But no, none of the HOAs I've lived in have ever made that request and if we had read that in our regulations I would have broken the escrow contract under HOA review grounds.

Welcome bearx.

How do HOA rentals usually work?

Thanks :)

I am renting out my home right now. Nothing special regarding the HOA. I continue to pay the fees myself just so I know they're being paid since they can lien my house for unpayment but that's all. I didn't even have to alert them.

Edited- I own two houses being rented that are HOA neighborhoods actually. One is an investment and I flat out forgot. The other is my former home and we PCS'd away. In each case we didn't even have to notify that renters were in place and NEVER had to give a set of keys.

And for that matter, I would never give my landlord a key & would immediately change the locks to any new residence I moved into. Just a wise protocol I've always lived by. I've even seen where landlords have it in their lease agreement for them to always have a key to the place in case of emergency. No way!

That and a nice ole' Dobie with an axe to grind attitude & a pink S/W keeps things nice and cozy.
just kiddin', sorta' :floorlaugh:

One investor owned several homes on Corral and used them as income property.
I believe it's possible that the HOA president was the investor and/or her agents or a property management company that cared for the properties etc. moo

An updated blog post. I can actually hear the tension in M yelling at her mom.

http://morganingram.com/wordpress/
That blog entry is sad (well, the whole case is sad).

Mom's doing such a great job with the photo selection.

I was expecting that today's entry would be about the 2nd car following incident (Mom wrote about it in the comments on yesterday's blog). That one should be interesting becuz M recognizes the person (or the car).

I get the feeling that neither B nor K is involved, mainly because they'd be too obvious. I could see making it obvious to the person being stalked who you are, but not to outsiders. I tend to look at things from odd perspectives at times, but to me it seems more like it was a fairly close friend of hers, who wanted to be closer.

I could see it starting out as just trying to scare her a bit so she'd come to you for "protection" and/or someone to talk to about it. If it didn't work because she turned to someone else, it could have just escalated to the point that neither Morgan nor the stalker really knew how to stop it (not that the stalker necessarily wanted to stop.) He/she could have finally just given up in frustration, and offered her something to take one night to "help her get a good night sleep" and just ended it.

It would be easiler to look at who she actually did turn to, which sounds like maybe CA and CO a lot of the time, but I feel more like it was one of the friends that she didn't turn to. As always, this is totally MOO and could be totally wrong. :waitasec:

so according to the latest comment by Mrs. I we might have another suspect...someone who had access to keys, did I read that correctly?

I don't think B and her friend that was staying with her HH is involved at all. They might know something but involvement themselves I don't think so. They were all to busy doing other stuff. MOO then again, jury is still out.
