And obviously we can now see in vivid detail just why that court order to keep MT (and her daughter) away from the Dulos kids was absolutely justified.

MT referred to their mother as a f—— b—— (more than once) in public presence, and implied, also more than once, that she wished her dead. (Based on just one witness the court gets to hear from- who knows what other hateful and despicable things she said at other times and in other people's presence?)

MT was obviously not a healthy person for 5 kids caught in the middle of a divorce and custody battle to be exposed to, as the court concluded.

Glad to see some press coverage on the topic as I’d thought they all had all gone on vacation.

No coverage from the self proclaimed “seeker of truth” aka Shannon Miller of NBC CT who I believe is sitting on Defence side of the aisle iirc yet?

FD's phone

6:44.42- 6:45.05am. 4JC

Remained in that area for the entire time, between 5:35am-12:22pm
Yup and it was MT moving it around the house but FD didn’t trust her enough to give passcode to open it and make replies??

I have to go back and check the dates but was this around the time the gravesite at Gun Club was found? We never knew who that grave was for? Did FD want to murder JF on the visit to see dying Beckham and keep the Dulos children? Idk. Or, was grave for KM now ex wife? Perhaps KM can explain? MOO
I haven’t been able to pay close attention to details like this (stupid job!). I was wondering myself when all of this was happening with that poor dog. The timing could be meaningful.

So is JS going to allude that JFD used her phone @ 2:56p
I think that is where he was going because he still thinks he can sell the “gone girl” theory as reasonable doubt.

A fit y,
I wasn’t following when FD lost the custody case and MT was not allowed contact with the Dulos children. What was the reason given by the court that MT could have no contact with those children? Thank you.
It’s actually not uncommon for divorcing parents to be precluded from having new significant others present when the kids are. Jennifer was also precluded from having a new boyfriend around (not tgat she had one, or had time for one) when she was with the kids. And she had the kids most of the time. But she particularly did not want Michelle and her daughter present, because of some behaviors that may have been related to her by the children.

The timing is probably off but burying a body with lime a layer beneath a buried dog is compelling. Anyone stumbles upon the grave and discovers the dog isn't going to keep digging.

With all the blood evidence so far and the ME’s testimony that will come, I honestly can’t fathom how JS would even try for a “Gone Girl” possibility.

I full expect to hear him get up for closing and say that JF drove her car from Welles and then jogged over a mile of hilly terrain to Talmadge Hill Metro North Station to escape her life.

Its ridiculous but he has nothing to work with.

Nothing.

I’m glad FD is gone. I want to see MT locked up for life. And there is one more trial correct? Man’s name is Mahwenny?
Anyone involved should be made to give up their freedom. MT has been free far too long.
They have bent over backwards for her so she could go, and do, almost anything she wanted. As far as I am concerned, she should still be wearing that ankle monitor.

I've seen this method circulated on TikTok as one perfect way to conceal a dead body. You dig 8 feet down, place body, lay 3 feet of dirt on top then bury the dog.

I wonder if he tried to go that way can the prosecutor bring in that she's been declared dead. I can't imagine a jury believing anything JS says . Jmoo

Goes without saying but I'll say it for the benefit of the defense who is likely reading along --

If JFd went to such lengths to protect her children from the defendant and FD, why would she abscond, leaving her children to them?

Doh.

She didn't.

She wouldn't.

FWIW we can't be certain that FD didn't send someone back to Waveny resulting in the manipulation of JFd's phone. Conversely we may find that the phone itself conducted some sort of internal event causing that action.

We know it wasn't JFd.

FD made sure of that.

Permanently.

Capped off his day with a sandwich.

Cold-blooded.

They certainly will. The state gets their chance first to make their closing statement (I think), then the defense. Then the state gets a second chance because they have the burden of proof. The state will absolutely say that, if it comes up.

So agree. MT IMO imo remains a flight risk.

Supposedly her Venezuelan passport is locked up (IDK where or who is holding it), but who is to say that she or someone from her family hasn't declared it lost and had a new one issued? Venezuela has no extradition to US, so if she flees then she is gone. We also never found out whether she had legal status in Argentina as well. We know that FD threatened JF with taking the children to Argentina where she couldn't find them (he also threatened Greece which I believe has a long troubled history with US on the issue of extradition).

To say I disagree strongly with how the State of CT has extended out of state travel privileges to someone with no ties to the State and who has been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder, would be an understatement. We have seen the privilege of money at its worst imo in the case of MT. Shameful imo that MT has spent less than 3 days in jail I believe and one of those days was at the Taj Mahal jail in New Canaan eating takeout deli food on demand about which MT and her Counsel complained endlessly (FD complained of rats in the Bridgeport Detention Centre iirc).

And she wasn't declared deceased lightly. Guessing the ME based the finding on more than blood evidence too. The biological material scraped from the vehicle and that hard white object may tell a deadly story.

Hopefully the live feed camera will be better positioned after lunch.

Sum total so far is that FD received messages all morning, sent none and they remained unopened until 1:33.

Criminals try so hard. And get tangled up by the little details. :)
It’s hard to text when you leave your phone at home!
