OMGoodness...What is the reason that JS is showing pictures of the fact that PG was looking at cars online?
I sometimes look at things I don't intend to buy....What can JS possibly be trying to prove.

MT is actively involved in this cross. I believe one of the shots caught on camera showed MT giving the stink eye to PG.

Asking about giving FD a ride in the Raptor.

Asking now about wanting to sell the Tacoma and was searching for a new Tacoma. PG says yes, for a month or longer.

JS shows PG his search history from the police download of his phone. May 1, May 5, May 14, May 14, May 18, May 10, May 10, May 21, May 26, May 26, May 31st at a dealership site

JS points out that he searched 2 days after JFd went missing and searched on the 31st, same day LE had interviewed him

Not sure of the point of the cross on the multiple Toyota vehicles PG was searching at that time. FD also apparently knew that PG was considering to replace it? So what perhaps better than to use it for one last surreptitious run? And wasn’t FD pressing PG on the seat swap out at that time too? MOO

ETA - from another thread message above, maybe those searches were earlier? Before JD disappearance? Sorry as timing of searches is not clear.

I’m also hallucinating thinking of how all this garbage will no doubt end up in Defence Counsel closing statement.

By then I think we all will have wished that we had jumped…..

It is clear that PG is honest, straight forward, did as he was asked. Was concerned about his work, conscientious about vehicles, accurate to time and place. Didn't immediately suspect FD but came to suspect him because of FD's own actions.

JS is treating him like a hostile witness which he most certainly is not. He refused to write a timeline, didn't wait on a search warrant for his phone because he has nothing to hide. He has been forthright and all of his statements thus far have been borne out by cctv and receipts.

Move on, Counselor.

On a purely objective view, JS is working diligently to impeach poor Pawel. And it seems he ( PG ) has been well coached in how to respond to this nonsense.

The immigration status....and his " You NOW have US citizen status?" After all this ? "
