Not sure of the point of the cross on the multiple Toyota vehicles PG was searching at that time. FD also apparently knew that PG was considering to replace it? So what perhaps better than to use it for one last surreptitious run? And wasn’t FD pressing PG on the seat swap out at that time too? MOO

ETA - from another thread message above, maybe those searches were earlier? Before JD disappearance? Sorry as timing of searches is not clear.

You know, like a present for Memorial Day. I mean with a Craigslist search history like that, you were practically telegraphing to FD and MT that you wanted them to change the seats and take it to be washed, wouldn’t you agree?
And with all the spare cash that FD and Fore Group had, you know they were just being generous in getting it all clean by taking it for a $250 detail, would that be accurate?

Listing it as a Tundra I mean Toyota. Tacoma, Tundra, Troconis, all the same right? English is not her first language after all is it, were you aware of that? And what about the dog? Did you ever take him in the Tacoma? You don’t recall driving Dr. Troconis with the dog because he was a doctor in the red Tacoma? And was that quartz gravel in the driveway or was it river rock and which way did you park on May 25th?

Or maybe, MT noticed it was really dirty when she was shimmying up against it with FD (or did that really happen? Maybe those reddish brown stains weren’t coffee after all? And what about that panty liner??).

I get what you are saying but with Defence Counsel it seems more like absence of scruples entirely rather than his scruples have 'left the building'...Sorry but my feeble brain is so twisted after trying to connect all the spaghetti this am that I think the correct word is "unscrupulous" but maybe not.

Maybe the correct word is simply ill prepared moron with no plan and a guilty client trying to make everyone in his path totally miserable, confused and frankly hostile and dying for spaghetti lunch.

Yep, and he tried to use poor Beckham as a tool to manipulate children (think they weren't allowed to visit at that time too as FD was under court ordered mental health visits prior to getting to see his children again after the FD and MT having children lie about MT and her daughter presence at JJX iirc) and torment JF.

Kudos to PG for hanging on. He listened to EVERY word and kept his composure and dignity intact. Brilliant job imo from one of the heroes of this case (LA is another!).

To get the jury accustomed to JS objecting while the prosecution is providing clarity, and the State not interfering while JS is blathering incoherently.
