This is painful.

So because PG and Renata spoke Polish to each other, they must know each other well?

  • #223
JS asking about the lawn and stakes.... windy day....

You knew FD had a housekeeper at 4 JC? Yes

She spoke Polish. PG did not know her to clean other houses.

Oh my word! Pros needs to repair this. Now PG recanting his return to the house.
I definitely didn't catch that. My understanding is he maintains he went to lunch and believes he went back to the house after.

JS is asking about leaving 80 MS.

JS is trying to get PG to say MT and FD were right behind him. PG says he left first.

Didn't you just watch the video? --

Objections x2, sustained.

Why did you leave the 2 x 10 in the truck. PG explains.

JS: You just explained it. But I'm not understanding.

Gahhhhhh

Ugly rugs too

LOL Just saw this on L&C chat:

JS's cross is like an endless Whoopy Cushion !!!

JS wore him down and he started doubting himself/his memory. JS made it sound like he had evidence PG was NOT at Sturbridge that afternoon but failed to produce it.

Agree with that

JS: did you see anyone put trash bags in the Raptor.

JS: and you knew MT showing rugs and negotiating prices? No but I knew she sold rugs.

JS talking now about the key. JS says FD called MT and she was there in 7 minutes.

PG drove to 585 DC and left the 2 x 10.

JS confuses himself.

PG explains that FD followed PG to 585 DC, left the Tacoma and went to 4 JC with FD in the Raptor.

JS asks about the bed of the Tacoma, nothing but the pail. PG corrects him. The pail was in the cab.

Certainly no trash bags.

This is so obviously an attempt to confuse poor Pawel w minutia. Judge Randolph, just have them draw a chart w times and names and be done with it. I don't know if I'd have Pawel's chill, I'd look at the State's attorneys and ask "Why is he trying to make me lose my mind?" Awful.

This. It's a poker game of bluffs where JS wants PG to think he has proof he is lying, and PG is terrified of accidentally perjuring. It's part of the reason the state has coached it to say, "I don't recall," if he isn't 100% sure of something.

JS basically testifying that FD and MT supplied the key without any delay.

  • #237
OMG! Now back on the keys!……. Again? sheeeesh……. Jumping all over the place. In no semblance of order or cohesion.

But will cross off someplace on that laundry list with that striking pen. This is quite painful. MOO

JS now asking about PG's internet searches.

What do you think happened to JFd?

Objection, sustained.

  • #239

The defense theory appears to be that since JS lost his notes and exhibits, PG went to lunch and never went back.

PG is testifying that he does not recall lunch on that day.

it's sus that JS isn't just waiting for infotainment data- I think he wants the jury to put it in their heads that PG had a long lunch without testimony, video or infotainment data.

MOO

JS is asking about the Tacoma, if he noticed anything about it.

PG noticed the pail on Tuesday.

Had you seen that sweatshirt or jacket before? No. Did you take it out? No

JS asks about the sweatshirt. Light blue not dark blue...

Asking about blood or stains.
