I agree. I almost want to turn it off. I would drink but at work. This is painful.
I definitely didn't catch that. My understanding is he maintains he went to lunch and believes he went back to the house after.Oh my word! Pros needs to repair this. Now PG recanting his return to the house.
Same on all accounts.I agree. I almost want to turn it off. I would drink but at work.
He I thought eventually said I don’t know/ maybeI definitely didn't catch that. My understanding is he maintains he went to lunch and believes he went back to the house after.
JS wore him down and he started doubting himself/his memory. JS made it sound like he had evidence PG was NOT at Sturbridge that afternoon but failed to produce it.He I thought eventually said I don’t know/ maybe
Agree with thatJS wore him down and he started doubting himself/his memory. JS made it sound like he had evidence PG was NOT at Sturbridge that afternoon but failed to produce it.
This. It's a poker game of bluffs where JS wants PG to think he has proof he is lying, and PG is terrified of accidentally perjuring. It's part of the reason the state has coached it to say, "I don't recall," if he isn't 100% sure of something.JS wore him down and he started doubting himself/his memory. JS made it sound like he had evidence PG was NOT at Sturbridge that afternoon but failed to produce it.
The defense theory appears to be that since JS lost his notes and exhibits, PG went to lunch and never went back.I definitely didn't catch that. My understanding is he maintains he went to lunch and believes he went back to the house after.
