JS is asking about vehicles. Where he had the Tacoma. Where he had the Cherokee.

JS asks who was at his house when he changed the seats. His wife and children.

JS: does your mother live with you? Siblings.

Were you told that your hair was found on a sponge found in a trash bag?

PG did not. Recalled the Prosecution asking him if he had sponges in his truck. He did not.

No JS is saying that in addition to searches for new used Toyotas and flights to Poland and searches of JFd stories....

Isn't it true that you didn't think FD was the kind of guy who would do something like that?

JS brings up deleted search history.

JS, LE told you to pick a team.
JS: LE said we'd hate to see this screw up your citizenship -- yes

He didn't remember when he said yesterday, he randomly deleted his search history. Yikes. Despise JS. He led him into that answer.

JS: did you take the license plate off the Raptor?

State objects. Technical, as to form

JS: did you remove them? Yes. Did you tell them you had? Yes

JS is asking about the bike.

JS: it was in bad shape, wasn't it?

PG: no it was just old.

JS: and you repaired it even, didn't you?

And you described it as a European model? Were there a lot of bikes in the garage? Yes.

Done with cross!!!

MT stole the bike from PG!
MOO

Time to rehabilitate from that awful cross…

  • #293
Sounds like FD and MT were scamming PG on the motorbike.

Using FD's project manager as yet another ATM machine that was not theirs to go to for cash without due consideration.

Defence counsel is going to regret bringing up the bike….

JS blah blah blah… I was not permitted
P: “if I may proffer, your honor”
THIS CLIP IS IN EVIDENCE—MT lies, again.
P is waking up!
I sure hope they have enough so they don’t need to bring in KM.

Re-direct

Asks PG to describe the arrangement regarding the dirt bike.

FD was going to get smaller ones. Said shop would pay him $1800 but FD would rather sell it to PG for $1800.

PG asked to pay $1500. Paid FD.

MT had a loan on it in Florida. PG asked her if she paid the loan so he could have the license.

PG says he got a call.

State wants to play a clip of the defendant's interview.

JS objects.

Heated!!!

State says cross represented that the bike was never sold, paid for, the never transferred.

Judge overrules.

Playing defendant's first interview.

MT says she sold it to PG.

State asks if he knows what MT told the police --

Objection.

State has the voice-mail that the police left for PG.

5 minute recess so JS can listen.

MT being shown to be the lying liar who lies that she is.

Judge Randolph: Counsel, would you like to take a break to listen to the voicemail.

JS: *silent for a good 10-15 seconds* Well, Judge, I'd like to take a moment to listen to this voicemail!
