Something told me this morning, the ownership or transfer or ‘sale‘ of the “dirt bike” to PG was going to come up again. (The way it was sort of addressed this morning on cross seemed odd or unclear.) And sure enough! Fingers crossed for re-direct. MOO

ETA - and seems per update in evidence that the defendant MT at some point got the title lien cleared (paid off) and had the title now electronically. Still seems a stall to fully complete the sale or get the ownership and title to PG.)

JS tried to show a video earlier that hadn't even been entered into evidence, then couldn't even find it.

State wants to play admitted evidence showing MT and FD scammed PG out of $1500. Sold him the bike, collected the cash, made up stories to thwart transfer of title, then MT calls the police saying PG stole it.

Wow.

These two are serpentine.

This whole steal the dirt bike from PG is devastating to defence imo as it speaks directly to character of MT or rather lack of character….

Stunning stuff.

State could never have planned this total face plant by defence either…but state was prepared so kudos to them.

What a mess as without even testifying MT is shown to be a total liar and scammer.
