Yesterdays videos from one of Mr. Holsons' 70+ surveillance cameras disproved my theory that FD got to the house on bike through Indian Waters Dr. at the end through the woods. It appears to show FD on the bicycle on came going right to left which would be going North. His estate is north of Indians Waters just south of Frogtown Rd so this seems to confirm he went Frogtown to Welles. Only other option would be Frogtown to Ponus Ridge to Thurton Dr and come into the back yard from the woods. The Holson estate is huge even for New Canaan at 30+ acres. It actually sets back from Weed Street all the way back to the rear of JDs property. Probably why the prosecution asked Todd if there was a way to get to Welles through his property.

1. FD said THEY needed to develop a timeline.
2. FD said he needed IT to prove he was at 4 JC that morning. IT being video surveillance

Gets filed in court.
Where the children live, who has custody, who makes decisions

MT and her daughter were included in the Nov 2017 plan. That changed in Jan 2018 because FD lost his privilege to see children (and by extension MT).

February began limited supervised visitation with the children.

Order remained in effect from Jan 2018.

March 2018 to May 2019, court hearings. Court ordered supervised visitation.

MT not allowed contact. Children couldn't go 4 JC.

Ongoing restrictions in May 2019.

Atty Manning cannot even get out the statement about 2017 FD statement of FD, MT, JF and 5 children + MT daughter all live at 4JX.

Order that FD could have supervised visitation but not with MT present.

Telephone call with FD and MT. FD was down, concerned, upset. FD called. Was upset about the restriction on MT.

FD indicated that ongoing litigation would have an adverse impact on his relationship with MT.

Witness indicated to FD that it was essentially a process, and they were working toward that. A pathway.

MT was down, frustrated, lack of understanding about the restriction.

MT and FD asked him to intervene. He said that he was not their lawyer.

MT said she was concerned about the children, felt they suffered, said she'd meet with JFd for coffee. Wondered what was said in court that she couldn't be around the children.

Meehans testimony is juicy.
MT stated “she didn’t move to CT for all this”.
Says she would be open to meeting with JFD or having coffee with her to discuss “reintroducing” MT and Nicole to the Dulos children.
So much for being “afraid” of JFD.
I did not hear of any need for protection or armed guard when she said she would be open to having coffee with JFD.

From this testimony we see that MT was applying pressure on FD.
Motive.

No wonder MT is wearing black today. From beige scarecrow to wicked witch of 4JC.

Witness testifies that during the 2/21/19 phone call from FD that he also spoke with MT who said she would be willing to meet with JFd, open to getting coffee with her.
So NOT afraid of JFd IMO

Interesting to see MT INSERTING HERSELF in the entire issue of the 5 Dulos children....

JF must not have been amused as MT was simply her husbands live in girlfriend.....

Seems a bit aggressive imo on the part of MT to insert herself to this degree imo....

Surprised GAL permitted MT to insert herself into the process this deep...but given all that happened subsequently this isn't all that surprising as JF wasn't amused by GAL and his bias iirc....
