LE had been looking for video on the 24th. In July he looked at May 29th. Emailed it to NCPD.

Witness saw odd movement of two vehicles.

Coupled with his odd interaction with FD.
Coupled with what was in the media....

8:04 am GMC Yukon pulling into 4 JC

8:56 am, red truck leaving followed by the GMC Yukon (rental?)

He found that inconsistent so sent it in.

Meehan assured them both that there was essentially a process. A pathway.

So FD and MT were too impatient!

Why did FD decide he couldn't wait any longer??????

Did MT threaten to leave him in May 24? Did he need money fast and felt like, with JFd gone, he'd have custody by bedtime and immediately access to GF's money????

Meehans testimony is juicy.
MT stated “she didn’t move to CT for all this”.
Says she would be open to meeting with JFD or having coffee with her to discuss “reintroducing” MT and Nicole to the Dulos children.
So much for being “afraid” of JFD.
I did not hear of any need for protection or armed guard when she said she would be open to having coffee with JFD.

From this testimony we see that MT was applying pressure on FD.
Motive.

No wonder MT is wearing black today. From beige scarecrow to wicked witch of 4JC.

1. FD said THEY needed to develop a timeline.
2. FD said he needed IT to prove he was at 4 JC that morning. IT being video surveillance

JS showed him the paragraph about IT. Where there never was a THEY.

Doesn't she "get" that she was the interloper? FD wasn't already divorced. Visitation had not been permanently resolved. And she's impatient? She shouldn't have been party at all! Her comment that she didn't act like that in her divorce falls flat. MT, would YOU have appreciated it if YOUR baby daddy moved his mistress into your home and ate up parenting time, taking away from yours?

Had they been patient, her restrictions might have been lifted.....

Interesting to see MT INSERTING HERSELF in the entire issue of the 5 Dulos children....

JF must not have been amused as MT was simply her husbands live in girlfriend.....

Seems a bit aggressive imo on the part of MT to insert herself to this degree imo....

Surprised GAL permitted MT to insert herself into the process this deep...but given all that happened subsequently this isn't all that surprising as JF wasn't amused by GAL and his bias iirc....
