Judge previously ruled the the defendant's phone was seized without proper warrant. State doesn't intend to use her phone.Hopefully someone can explain this to me like I'm a 5 year old. LOL
They're going after the Cloud, as it were. AT&T has records. Location data. And the State has a warrant for that data.
