That list the defendant claims she made loosely headed by me as Faulty Reasons to Pretend to Fear BPD -- gee, I wonder, since I'm not seeing the defendant taking the time to do any such thing, who in her orbit might be able to compile such a list for her? Hmmm, anyone, anyone.
IMHO the defendant conspired with FD to eliminate JFd by murder and had help conspiring to land FD all along. Family plan, family affair.
Whatever Michi wants....

Haha!
So agree!
When I was writing last night about MT writing that list of 67 questions and trying to understand what she was doing (I didn’t as it made no sense to have the only person that knew JF but not in person to say she was dangerous was MT) and her whole ridiculous story and exercise writing the lists actually reminded me I think was the famous quote from the wicked queen in Snow White, when she says, “mirror, mirror on the wall who is the fairest of them all”!
I now just think that MT looked at herself and wrote down 67 questions for the psychologist. I simply cannot imagine MT being inconvenienced by researching JF. I also wonder if the “family plan” phone records might show Mama Troconis actually compiled the list and coached MT on the questions too!
Simply seems like another overly designed story of lies by MT. So curious to see if the list of 67 questions is ever produced by the Defence and whether they bring in the psychologist and get him to waive hippa. If this happens it’s popcorn time as I will be riveted to this testimony.
My guess is the good psychologist won’t be at trial and this episode will be swept under the rug at trial. UNLESS “esteemed defence counsel” had plannned to use Mama Troconis as his “expert” mental healthy witness! I would live for this as well as the cross by the state would be brutal!
Can’t you just see atty manning doing a panther move on Mama Troconis:
AM: So ma’am can you share with the court your professional education and credentials and explain to the court any licenses you hold.
Mama: Well, I did go to school but only for Masters and I used to be a mental health counselor but the mean State of FL took away my license so I don’t have it anymore.
AM: ma’am would you please explain to the jury how you came to have your license removed by the State of FL?
Mama: Why are you picking on me! It wasn’t my fault that making money as a mental health counselor is so hard and required working so many hours too. I didn’t even have enough time to go shopping and meet my friends for lunch. I was also trying to figure out a way to help my daughter who is a single mother to simply survive! It turns out the US federal govt didn’t agree with me paying cabbies to bring in lots of people on Medicare to my office. But I thought this was easier than simply going to the park across the street and asking them to come in for coffee and a roll and a chat and billing Medicare.
AM: Ma’am please tell the court how old your daughter was at the time this all happened and please point at her in the courtroom if you can.
Mama: My beloved Michi was 40 at the time as we needed to help her as she is a single mother. She has always needed our help and always needs money. But she has a lovely Greek boyfriend now that we absolutely love and who will be taking care of her soon so I can safely retire with some money as Michi is quite expensive. I really can’t afford to help Michi any longer so I’m glad her boyfriend is so wonderful.
AM: No further questions your Honour!
