Yes I think this was MT rental from when the Suburban 2015 was in shop after she crashed it.

According to the SW on the 2015 Suburban, MT crashed it a week prior to JFD's disappearance. Excerpt from that warrant:

The surveillance of the GMC Yukon that MT drove to accompany FD in the Toyota Tacoma to Russell Speeder's Car Wash was taken the week after JFD's disappearance. So, did MT wait until after JFD disappeared to get the Suburban into a shop for repairs and arrange for a rental?

If so, might the accident that occurred the week prior to JFD's disappearance have been intentional (as part of the overall conspiracy plan, to suggest FD's 2015 Chevy Suburban was not functioning the date of JFD's disappearance)?

Witness said FD felt the report was favorable. End of Aprl 2019. Encouraged in one regard and upset, outraged in another.

Filed motion in May. He was frustrated after first hearing. Same order was in place. ?(Presumably still no MT)

FD called Meehan on the early morning of 5/25. FD was very excited.

So FD and MT were too impatient!

MT: I'm divorced and I never did this to my ex. (Clearly blaming JFd)

Why did FD decide he couldn't wait any longer??????

Did MT threaten to leave him in May 24? Did he need money fast and felt like, with JFd gone, he'd have custody by bedtime and immediately access to GF's money????

BBM. MT's statement here was also misleading as it implies she was once married to her daughter's father, but she wasn't. MT's divorce was from someone else, IIRC.

He was not limited or restricted by the court.

Represented the children's best interest. Didn't work for JFd, didn't work for FD.

Sometimes FD represented himself, wrote his own motions. Had attorneys at times.

Taking Frogtown from Weed Street is a breeze. Curvy and downhill. Not many homes close to the road. Would have passed the cameras on Welles on the way there. Going up to Ponus Ridge is not fun as it's a tough climb on a bike, plus it takes you by the Country Day School, Winter Club and chance for more cameras. Farther north on Weed is Wahachme Road which is easier to get to Ponus Ridge plus more secluded. Wondering if this is why the Police searched Irwin Park on the corner there. He would then have to head south on Ponus Ridge to Thurton Drive. Still had to pass on the west side of NCCDS.
