JS says MT was outside, not even visible at the Car Wash.

FD paid for it.

No evidence MT had anything to do with it.

JS -- FD hadn't falsified info on the car wash log. That was the employee's error.

  • #963
JS: she wasn't aware.

  • #964
JS says there's no evidence that MT agreed to or was aware of what FD was doing when he was throwing out trash.
Like the jury is going to believe this one!

JS: is arguing ... that he thinks this was prosecuted in the wrong jurisdiction? Huh.

When JS talks all I hear is blah blah blah

  • #967
AF's expression would suggest that even she doesn't believe JS.

Yep - Hartford. He is forgetting all the cell and car phone evidence.

JS had had to check his notes three times.

JS: she didn't touch anything connected to this case in Hartford.
Funny that her DNA is found on a bag. How did that happen?

MT has had to go old school. Writing notes on Post-Its.

D is “conceding” certain facts just for the purpose of this motion. He’s asking the court to rule as a matter of law the state has not met their burden. The concept is “even if considering the best case scenario of the State’s evidence” its not enough, so there is no reason for D to pt on defense.

JS cites bank robbery, accessory. Lord, he lost me on his second loop.

Yes,
He argued early on and judge blawie denied to move the trial to Hartford. No doubt imo
simply have home court advantage with his cronies in the fiefdom in the North.

Blawie said I believe that crime occurred in New Canaan and didn’t deny the attempt to get home court advantage for Schoenhorn. Also, he probably didn’t want the brutal rush hr commutes in both directions either.

Moo

Pinkerton -- Judge says the touchstone of Pinkerton isintentionality.

JS was trying to say MT was just along for the ride. Didn't know of any crime. Like someone who just happens to be with someone who suddenly robs a bank.
