I believe the bail company will dictate what he does and then they post it - IMO I can’t imagine any bail company fronting him the money so I think he has to work with his 401k to wire or transfer to the bail company and if it’s after 5 well good luck with that JMO
but, but he has that Cosmic ATM card from Greece.

So he's been in there for almost 4 hours. What are they doing?
It looks like someplace in Pueblo Colorado.
Thick pillars. Large planters. Very Feng Shui.
Would never dream this was in Bridgeport CT.
Kinda like the palm trees in Ireland.
MOO.

Missed this one earlier.

A source familiar with the arrest details says Fotis Dulos is being held on $500k bond related to this new tampering with evidence charge. That is the same amount he bonded out for in June. He will need to come up with $35,140 to be released. @WTNH

I wish they doubled the bond amount!MOO

perhaps it was a later in the day arrest on purpose. hahahaha

Bond was preset by arrest warrant signed by judge. I know nothing about CT bail system. Will he have to physically post the money, as required in most states, or can he merely sign a portion of his interest in his 401k to the clerk of court and obtain immediate release? In most states, he sits until all the paperwork is complete and approved.
Last time I believe it was cash or bond posted at courthouse. Maybe that is what it taking time now? IDK.

Alot of places look like this post 9/11 with the large planters to protect the ft. doors.

Here we go:

A statement from Norm Pattis, Dulos attorney:

“In the 12-round bout that is State v Dulos this doesn’t even rise to the level of a jab. Fotis is neither bending nor breaking. We will enter a not guilty plea the first chance we get.”

Oh, you mean the Greek ATM might be 'down for the day'?

Just heard the news! I have to catch up on what's happened but any day that FD is in jail is a good day for the world!

Not sure why DA wants to put himself in the position as 'mouthpiece' for No Case Norm?

Does anybody else recall any cases where defendant was arrested on lesser charge and then arrested for more major charges before leaving lockup/courtroom? Seems I remember that happening more than once. IDK. Still feel LE is toying with him for some reason. Like there is a purpose to this that is more than just a new charge. IMO.

Norm is great for business, as much as I hate saying that.

This guy is a reporter’s dream.

@MassGuy care to guess this new tampering charge for FD?

I'm not MG but I'll guess!

Maybe "I am not a Psychopath" managed to make contact with one or more of the children and tried to get them to alter their remembrance of certain things. LE would surely have their home wired with permission of their grandmother.

What makes me happy is that IANAP will have to come up with more money to bond out!

I also wonder if the State had to file a charge or additional charges in order to get the warrant seal extended? Not sure. There has to be some tactical reason for what we are seeing and why No Case Norm would call it a 'jab'.

Absolutely agree about the business angle. But IMO the diminishment of the value of HC reporting has been sacrificed. This paper was never about the 'clicks' and did solid reporting IMO. Now, not so much. Disappointing.

I think any additional charge that is not a murder charge, is merely “a jab,” in his eyes.
