I'm really disappointed he's bonding out. I guess he figures since he'll spend the rest of his years in prison he's dipping into his 401k again. It must be hell waiting for the big one. He knows it's coming.
I hope we get to hear what this charge is all about.

Infowars lost a MAJOR appeal today. If NP is the lawyer in that one, he got his behind handed to him. The ridiculous argument that Alex Jones made was classic NP argument, namely patently wrong. If FD is allowed to post bond (outrageous!), I will console myself with this latest Infowar loss, at least temporarily.

Does this second charge mean it is somewhere else?

Yes, sadly Dave Altimari has been uncovered as a Pattisville Stoodge.

Very unfortunate turn of events.

Its also sad that his co worker David Owens was pictured giving Pattis a bearhug and huge handshake on the steps of the Stamford Courthouse at the last FD court appearance. Pictures of this event were previously posted on WS.

Both these reporters are being closely fact checked by the folks here on WS!

PS I am NOT under any circumstances withdrawing my motion to dismiss charges against my client (who is not a psychpath). I will, however, be revising my motion to include the baseless additional charges that were filed today in the previously filed motion. The hearing on this matter will proceed as scheduled as my clients rights in this matter have been abused by the Town of New Caanan and the State of CT. THE END
