An attempted computer wipe would do it. Notice who wasn't arrested? MT. That means one of two things-either she did not participate in this particular act of tampering or has at least the beginnings of a negotiated plea requiring cooperation with LE.
Weapon perhaps?

PS I am NOT under any circumstances withdrawing my motion to dismiss charges against my client (who is not a psychpath). I will, however, be revising my motion to include the baseless additional charges that were filed today in the previously filed motion. The hearing on this matter will proceed as scheduled as my clients rights in this matter have been abused by the Town of New Caanan and the State of CT. THE END
It's just another anomaly.

Its a 24 hr facility.
Darn....:( I was hoping it would close at 6:00 and FD could spend the weekend.
Thanks for the info, though.

@afitzy- how was altimari uncovered as a stooge?
A number of folks on WS have been posting about this following the last group of articles by DA.

There were factual inaccuracies identified and reported to HC/DA and they were not corrected.

The main issue in my mind was the reporting on the stolen psych report and the characterization of this report as being 'favorable' to FD. This report is sealed in FC and if the atty's did show it to DA for review it wasn't clear in his reporting that he viewed the report and made an individual assessment of the findings.

What seems to have happened is that the good folks of Pattisville (either Pattis or Rochlin) simply shared their view of the report and no independant view or secondary source exists to confirm anything being repeated by FD attys. Its a very disappointing state of affairs that this is where the reporting is on the case.

It isn't just the psych report where this kind of reporting has happened IMO. The disappointing thing IMO is that little to no independent reporting is going on and whether its a LE or Pattisville 'leak' it hits the HC as 'breaking news' or 'exclusive' etc.

someone needs to email his boss, editors don't
appreciate unsubstantiated information.
And also give your opinion if you feel there's
biased coverage.

Media waiting for Fotis Dulos to be released out on bond. Fotis was arrested at his Farmington home in connection to the disappearance of his estranged wife Jennifer Farber Dulos.

I did write to the Publisher on the last issue with the Psych report as I thought it warranted an internal look. Crickets from HC. I had always respected them as a news organization but the leaks in this case have put them into a 'special category' now in my mind. Just need to fact check them. MOO MOO MOO

Love this. This ain't in the heart of Bridgeport anywhere near the prison. Serene, manicured, belies the state of Mr. Dulos being in deep Caca. Who could ask for anything more? MOO.

Thank you! This is the bestest!
Bond was preset by arrest warrant signed by judge. I know nothing about CT bail system. Will he have to physically post the money, as required in most states, or can he merely sign a portion of his interest in his 401k to the clerk of court and obtain immediate release? In most states, he sits until all the paperwork is complete and approved.

Wonder if State Police had him in handcuffs
for the ride down to the station?
Wish someone had gotten a picture.

I have not been keeping up here so forgive me if this theory has been posted, but it just occurred to me: FD waited for Jennifer in her car (during the time she was changing) or ambushed her in the car. What he did not expect was that she would manage to stumble out of the car still alive, creating more mess and more violence. It is all horrifying and I am upset and angry at the people buying onto he Gone Girl theory planted by that psychotic narcissist of a lawyer (same adjectives for his client).

In California...you have to sit and wait for the cash to hit the cash register (hours or days) even if you are using your 401K; house as collateral; etc...no money - no release. I know this from personal experience. You know...we all have that one "cross to bear" adult son (should say man-child). jmo

I believe the bail company will dictate what he does and then they post it - IMO I can’t imagine any bail company fronting him the money so I think he has to work with his 401k to wire or transfer to the bail company and if it’s after 5 well good luck with that JMO
