Let’s just say he gets evicted today, and no new warrant has him in new, much more confining digs...where does he go? Does he attempt to buy another house? Does he move into one of the houses he cannot sell? Does he try to rent a place?

Are there people out there who would rent or sell a house to him, with all of the attendant baggage that he carries? He obviously has a well-known history of not paying what he owes, and has no known source of income, so I can’t imagine that he can get a traditional bank loan of any kind. Especially since 100% of his collateral is already attached six ways from Sunday. And who would rent a place to him? You can’t really do a credit check on him, and if you did, it would look miserable, and again, he has a well-known history of not paying his bills. So where will he go-back to the hotel in Avon, where MT is, or was? Can he actually move into the other Farmington house, or even the Sturbridge house? Maybe he will shack up with KM, Esq...or are all of those guys trying to stay as far away from him as possible?

LE doesn't have FD leaving 4JX....if the neighbor's cams were working, they should have captured the truck leaving 4JX...IMO...FD moved the truck the day before and it moved on the morning of the 24th from a location other than the office space. MOO

ALSO: NP has made reference to LE inability to capture FD leaving 4 JX several times....
I see said the blind man. Thanks!
ETA: BUT!!!!!! Cameras show the red truck arriving back. OOOOH! That is 100% premeditation. Don't know how FD assumed no cameras.

Do we KNOW what surveillance footage LE does and doesn't have? We only know what's in AW1 and AW2, which is just enough to warrant those arrests. But it's not everything they have. They wouldn't necessarily need to include his leaving 4JC that morning because they already picked him up on bus cams nearer the crime scene. His return to 4JC is more compelling to their timeline, as it shows his window of opportunity. JMO

Should we look at this another way? Not what DID happen but what FD may have PLANNED to happen.

He was careful to leave his phone at home.
He was careful to use a borrowed truck, which no one would've even known he used.
He was careful to park at a distance.
He was careful to park away from any surveillance cameras. Just not careful enough.
Did he plan to murder, dispose and be home by 10?
Did he figure he'd be having a nice, innocent sammich with MT when LE would show up to break the terrible news to him?
Did he figure his alibi was so iron clad they wouldn't investigate further?
Did he plan to liquidate all his properties, take some or all of his children and waterski off to Greece, with his mistress and his hidden monies?
Did he figure they'd assume JF was abducted while jogging and stop looking?
The best laid plans of evil men and nice mice.... he's going to be brought down by bus cameras and Tacoma seats.

The only thing we can know for sure is that he's not as great as he thinks he is.

Perhaps he is going to live or is now living with his lawyer or investigator much like felon Anthony.

Would NP’s wife go for it? I don’t know...maybe some of the money he stole from Jennifer and her family will turn up as a cash payment on a house. Seems to me that wherever he ends up, it will add another piece to our puzzle.

Judge extended the seal
Twitter
The judge had previously sealed all of those executed in the search for Jennifer Dulos for 90 days. That’s since expired, but the clerk tells me the judge has extended the seal.

IIRC, someone posted very early in this forum that it was somewhere in her many courts motions that JF had stated at some point that FD had told her he would NEVER allow her to divorce him. Does anyone else remember that? In other words, he was never going to allow that kind of money walk out of his life!

The problem was, FD wanted EVERYTHING-the children, the house, all of her money, and zero responsibility for what he owed the Farber family. Yes, she might have escaped with her life if she gave up absolutely everything she had, but who knows? I’m sure he wanted Jennifer’s portion of GF’s estate, too. And she shouldn’t have had to compromise to that degree...he wouldn’t have stopped until he had it all. It was never going to end, no matter what she did.[/QUOTE

So, if the judge extended the seal, does that mean we should be looking for more Greek interviews?

How is there never a penalty for anything????

How shaken up is that cleaning lady? One, that she didn't apparently go into the garage or see anything amiss, if she did. But two, how closely she came to encountering evil that day. Just how far would FD have gone to keep his secret?

Do we think that LE has undisclosed evidence from the dumpster drive? Enough to prove loss of life?

I read a Fox 61 producers tweet who said early on that LE was following FD's every move almost from the time Jennifer disappeared. I REALLY hope that's true too. MOO

not to burst your bubble but I really doubt that
they were following FD really early on. Why?
I thought right away that FD did something to her but LE did not hook onto FD as far as we
could tell, until he turned over his phone at
2pm Saturday. They cordially asked him to come down to the station. But this was more than 24 hrs. after she was probably killed.
I thought that LE handled him w/ kid gloves.
And not sure exactly when state police and/or
FBI got on scene but I very much doubt Farmington Police would have jumped in to
do much.

I would think that if they were following him from the get go they would have trailed him to Albany ave and not needed to rely on cell tower pings and surveillance alone. But maybe I’m wrong.

I think if they had proof of JFD being dead, FD would have been charged with murder by now. Because they seem to have everything else one would need.

I do remember that. And I thought it meant that if they were to divorce, it would be HIS decision. Now, I think, what it meant was that his “cash cow” wasn’t going anywhere, and neither was her wealthy mother. He needed to stay married to Jennifer to reap all of the associated financial benefits; that there was far more money to be had for him, if they stayed married, especially once GF dies. If they divorced prior to that, he wouldn’t get his half. But he should have been more careful when he killed JD, because now he gets nothing. Or at least, not much, relatively. So what was the catalyst for murder? Had to be the financials; and he planned it out in what he thought was a way that would keep him from being indicted and convicted-you could suspect him all you want, but who cares, if you can’t prove it. Except, he didn’t account for all of the cameras, especially on the school buses. And bringing the phone to Albany Ave-was that ever stupid! Now he is back where he didn’t want to be...facing prison instead of fabulous wealth. He should have just let her divorce him-but then he would have to earn his own living.

To clarify, there's a difference between physically tailing FD from the moment he commit the crime and, after that fact, going back and piecing his movements together, which they may not have begun to do until the next day.

All my opinions

Or in one of numerous Miami condos owned by friends?

If someone isn't ratcheting that ankle bracelet to counter his weight loss, HE could be gone girl, waterskiing in Greece before they notice he's given them the slip.

He can’t leave Ct; at least not until the tampering charges are addressed in some way-either litigated, or dropped. Until then, he is like TheKirbyFamily was, stuck in Ct...

Yes to all your "Did he"s IMO, especially the most painfully obvious one -- he left her vehicle at Waveny Park so LE would think she had gone missing while jogging, and they would look there and no further. What a joke that he would think that would fly, with all the documented onerous behavior on his part and in the middle of an acrimonious divorce from a wealthy wife, just when he was being forced to cough up financial information he had been refusing to submit to the courts. Quite the gambler and risk taker. MOOing on this MOOdy day.
