It seems attorney Weinstein is the only competent honorable attorney in this case. He files reasonable motions, is honest and is the ONLY attorney not looking for media attention. Thankful for honorable people to uphold the law and ask for simple requests...how are attorneys being paid if clients are claiming “no funds to support 5 children for years or funds to pay simple things like “normal Ct citizen’s pay....property taxes, their mortgages, and we file both federal and state tax returns....why doesn’t FD or MT have to file tax returns, why don’t they have to pay property taxes on all their homes & vehicles...I moved out of state & still had to send in a check on July 1st for 3 cars (Ct did prorate this payment but I had to send in all new licenses and new state registrations....) how can the state of Ct allow this man to basically steal from his in-laws (a gift??? Why did he pay back the loans from the in-laws in the beginning but after JF’s father died he stopped paying back the loans, stopped paying the mortgage, stopped paying property taxes, stopped paying his sub-contractors....and stopped filing tax returns???? Fotis wasn’t allowed at his children’s school, he did not pay ANY money for their schooling, their clothing, their food and shelter...nothing....how can he speak on a camera and say he loves his children? He moved a basically homeless woman (MT) who didn’t even own a car into a house he wasn’t paying for...his sweet wife’s parents were paying for it....this entire situation was CRAZY & the courts simply allowed him to file motion after motion......the CT court system needs a complete audit and they need to seriously look at the judges and the abuse....this makes no sense....not counting this loser FD and his basically homeless/carless girlfriend...scuzzy MT...yes, I’ve met them both....users, manipulators and people who have serous personality disorders....they not only lived on JF (sorry thinking of Jennifer with the last name Dulos only proves how she was used, manipulated and then brutally murdered disgusts me). Fotis and MT need to face so many charges of financial fraud and then planning and executing a murder....yes, they are both guilty beyond a doubt...if they involved other people....hopefully LE has proof & will lock anyone & everyone who helped murder Jennifer.
Why do the normal people in Ct have to pay property taxes on their homes & vehicles and file income taxes each year....why is FD and MT who are both wearing huge nasty ankle monitors so their every move can be monitored, but the rest of us have to file our income taxes, pay then and pay all our home and vehicle taxes...even when we move out of state. Is the state of Ct scared of FD and MT???? Why aren’t they held to the same standard as all the working class people in Ct who aren’t “lying in wait” to brutally kill a sweet/humble mom of 5 children who was charmed and loved by everyone who met her. The lies that
FD’s attorney spouts are simply crazy & the great reputation that MT’s attorney had had simply been ruined...I had heard he was the one of the best/honorable defense attorneys in Ct but now he is “rolling in the mud” and had ruined his reputation....so sad.

Yes, agree that KM has to be in "the Matrix"! What I find so interesting about KM is the bredth and depth of his client contacts through many years in the South Windsor/Farmington/Hartford areas.

I always find it fascinating how people 'find each other'! I wonder how FD 'found' KM and why did FD choose to intervene to 'save' KM marriage via meeting with KM STBX in contravention of the no contact order?

How did KM 'find' the 'crowbar guy that happened to be conveniently carrying a gas can'? Was this crowbar bearing 'friend' with a 'gas can' possibility introduced to FD and MT?

So many interesting and as yet unexplained connections in this case. KM still must be in the cross hairs of LE due to the spousal rape charge which as yet is unresolved.

I do really wonder what KM knows/doesn't know about what FD was/wasn't doing on the 24th/missing date?

I just received a late due notice for $35.31 . I get hounded for a measly thirty bucks that
will go into collection within 30 days if I don’t pay yet , both of these shysters don’t pay taxes , no penalties imposed, don’t get audited nor put in the slammer .

KM is the silent part of the puzzle.

• It's been reported that KM had FD contact the wife in KM's divorce if she would like to kiss and make up at FD's (for privacy of course).
• KM's wife reports that he also has a serious issue with alcohol.
• KM's wife also reports that KM may have sent crowbar, gas can man to "look at her garage" and perhaps other things.
• NP said that as well as MT, KM would remember under oath where he was on the morning of May 24th. (That's really a non-confirmation, eh?)
• KM's wife reported that he sexually assaulted her. (All the comments about KM divorce are in the divorce documents and media about the FD contact...See below)

I think KM is still on the court documents as the court didn't act on his motion to withdraw his appearance (I saw 2 motions requesting to be allowed to withdraw). At least I couldn't find an acceptance of the request.

Absolutely agree with you about your personal account of FD and MT.

It seems like rules apply to other people and not to them and for some reason they continue to get away with it all over and over and over again.

I do agree with you that the reputation of Atty. Bowman might be called into question after the last motion filed in the Civil Case. Not sure what is going on with that at all? I wonder now if Atty Bowman might himself be fearful personally or whether the concern is completely for his client?

Its hard not to believe the worst and the most fantastical about FORE at this point if MT and Atty Bowman can't answer some basic questions about what MT did while working at FORE?

I do wonder whether the KM 'issues' with alcohol might be pulled out conveniently for any interviews with LE? It makes for some interesting thinking about things to see if perhaps LE has had KM under surveillance for awhile now and what the search warrants might show down the line? Do LE have KM phone records with FD, GPS data from his vehicle/s? Has the KM 'network' of contacts been fully investigated by LE to find out if there is any connection to the disappearance/murder of JD? MOO

Why is Kent Mawhinney cc’d on all legal papers filed by Weinstein? In what capacity is he representing FD these days?

This point is somewhat unclear as KM had previously filed to be excused from the case and representing FD. I believe some have speculated that KM changed his mind about being excused in order to preserve some privilege issue but so far as I can tell no explanation for his decision was filed with the court and so he is still there with Atty. M and FD.

Let’s just say he gets evicted today, and no new warrant has him in new, much more confining digs...where does he go? Does he attempt to buy another house? Does he move into one of the houses he cannot sell? Does he try to rent a place?

Are there people out there who would rent or sell a house to him, with all of the attendant baggage that he carries? He obviously has a well-known history of not paying what he owes, and has no known source of income, so I can’t imagine that he can get a traditional bank loan of any kind. Especially since 100% of his collateral is already attached six ways from Sunday. And who would rent a place to him? You can’t really do a credit check on him, and if you did, it would look miserable, and again, he has a well-known history of not paying his bills. So where will he go-back to the hotel in Avon, where MT is, or was? Can he actually move into the other Farmington house, or even the Sturbridge house? Maybe he will shack up with KM, Esq...or are all of those guys trying to stay as far away from him as possible?

Was she an employee? Independent contractor? Who paid Social Security taxes?
Can you imagine her taking part of the Colorado condo tax deductions? Disclosing Gaston Begue as co-owner? And dragging Gaston Begue into her financial problems? The IRS would have to designate an entire department to this mess.

ITA. There was likely physical abuse - about which she told no one. Why not tell anyone? Because, most of all, she wanted to protect the kids from that knowledge. Her fear wasn't based on threats alone. He was known to be physically abusive with others, so there's no doubt he was with her, as well.

Still am worried about potential marital privilege coming into play if JD is declared deceased and the 2 'turtledoves' file a motion with the court to have a 'hall pass' to tie the knot over the weekend. Cannot even imagine the legal issues associated with such a situation. My guess is that Mama A is all over this issue and has her team of 'Miami legal mavens' working 24/7 to figure it all out so that 'true love' and the 'ultimate coverup' may prevail.
