This is what I meant to post about Attorney Michael J. Habib, Fotis Dulos' attorney in CT, who was arrested 10/31/19 for possession with intent to sell hard drugs (heroin, cocaine, hallucinogens or similar) to children/at a school: a felony.

He has a prior arrest that may be a DUI, but it has been "statutorily sealed."

Attorney Michael J. Habib is the attorney who wrote the recent motion that his client, Fotis Dulos, should be financially compensated for living in the house his wife's parents paid for... or some such nonsense, hence my comment: "Is Atty. Habib on drugs or something?!"

But guess what their mother is dead and her body hidden or destroyed making their grief and longing for their mother even harder to endure. Why would any judge give favorable treatment to Michelle Troconis whom did NOT cooperate with police from day one?

Michelle Troconis accompanied her boyfriend the very evening of when the mother of 5 children and her boyfriend’s wife (yes, Michelle is a consensual side piece of a married man), anyho, to Hartford, CT to dump multiple bags of BLOODY clothing, mops, sponges, verified to contain the DNA of missing, Jennifer Dulos. Remember, this was a Friday evening before Memorial Day. I’m hoping police checked their phone records to see if it was typical for these two to travel to Hartford to dump trash.

Let’s continue to the other events that this woman participated in willingly with her boyfriend whom is married to the missing woman. Oh, yes, that’s right, before dumping the bloody bags, she was conveniently at the vacant 80 Mountain Spring property helping her boyfriend whom is married to the missing woman, Jennifer Dulos, owns and helped clean coffee (that she claimed did not smell like coffee) from the Tacoma that her boyfriend borrowed from his employee, PG. Well, I suggest LE shows the jurors blood (would be approximately 5 hours old blood and spilled coffee for all to SMELL and touch and see) into the courtroom to compare and contrast.

I know. They did that here in the Frazee case too. They used kk as her initials (which are really her maiden name initials).
It's the custom in the US to go by your married name unless you LEGALLY CHANGE IT BACK.

It only costs $125 in CT if JD wanted to expedite changing her last name since 2017 when she filed for divorce but she didn’t do it. Money was not an issue and I’m sure she wasnt waiting for her divorce to finalize to change it for free. I think it’s a little disrespectful to be changing someone’s initials when they’re already gone but that’s just my opinion. No harm intended.

Sadly MT daughter was in CT in June to see her mother arrested the first time and fitted with the ankle bracelet so she knows that her Mom has been accused of a series of very serious crimes by the State of CT. Those pictures of MT daughter at 4Jx were sad to see IMO and so told me with even greater precision, the care and consideration that MT gave to her daughter during the course of her 'relationship' with FD - not much IMO. I do very much wonder how much the bio dad knows about the MT legal situation and why any parent that had options would want their child subjected to the overall situation?

Children of suspects are unwilling victims in the situation but what I have found so hard to process is not protecting your child by getting them out of the area and protecting them from the Press and people that could hurt them with commentary etc. It seems that MT is doing precisely the opposite and is in fact having her daughter return to CT. Simply no words for any of this....

I am a longtime reader here but today really hit me when this motion came into play of MT being allowed to get daughter. I keep circling back to the unfortunate demise of Mama K. Duolos in the driveway of 585 Deercliff after period of unexplained 'accidents' and what appears to be an unresolved head injury and her almost immediate cremation by FD.

Here is the MSN/DM article that has additional information beyond the police report. What I find interesting about the DM reporting is that they seemed to have gone way beyond what the 'reposters' at the Hartford Courant (Dave Alitimari and David Owens) did in looking into what exactly happened to Mama Duolos IMO. The DM actually contacted the Medical Examiners Officer for further information. Sadly in true CT fashion no information was 'available' but I doubt that is true so IMO the DM should make a formal request for any all information on the case as little reported about what happened made sense IMO.

For some reason I am fixed on this particular quote:

1. How is driving a vehicle that had passengers (believed to be the child/ren that screamed) without a licence LEGAL?

2. How can the statement be made that the 'pattern of events did not suggest this was a criminal event'?

Taking the issue of Nanny intent off the table for a moment, the Nanny DROVE OVER MAMA DUOLOS TWICE in the driveway and this act (regardless of whether it was wilful or not) resulted in the DEATH of Mama Duolos. I will have to go back and look through the Codes in CT but just off the top of my head I can think of at least 3 viable charges for the sequence of events that IMO were very poorly documented by Avon PD.

3. "Kleopatra Dulos was taken by ambulance to hospital and passed away shortly afterwards" – "but the information was not shared with the local police" [BBM]. WHY was the information NOT shared with Avon PD or State Police. I would like to know why the Hospital who knew that Mama Duolos was the victim of a car incident DID NOT report the situation and her subsequent death to the State Police? Did FD or another family member perhaps REQUEST that the information on the death of Mama Duolos NOT be reported to LE?

And then the story gets even more twisted IMO:

4. Three months later, on December 10 [BBM], officers followed up on their investigation as 'the police department had only recently learned that Kleopatra Dulos had died shortly after the accident'.

Kudos to the DM for at least trying to get some info from the CME but think its time for some additional reporting on this issue as there must be some information available from the CME IMO.

5. "The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Connecticut could provide no further information on Kleopatra Dulos' cause of death to DailyMail.com".

The police took the Land Rover for examination and interviewed the 24-year-old who was 'still employed by the family'.

Both Niora and Fotis Dulos were interviewed by police.

IMO the DM need to do at least a few more FOIA requests to get additional information both from Avon PD and CME.

Where is the CT State Police in all of this as well? I'm still working on the rest of the article as there is quite a lot of information there to unpack as to what exactly WASN'T done by Avon PD to investigate the situation of why an unlicensed driver was out after dark with young children in car alleged to go shopping with an elderly woman who based on what was said in the Avon PD report shouldn't have been out or driving either IMO.

Further the FD 'alibi' I hope was checked and rechecked completely by Avon PD. Did FD return to CT immediately upon hearing that his mother was in hospital or did he simply 'carry on with his ski activities'?

Next to nothing about this entire incident make any sense and IMO the Police work associated with the 'investigation' appears highly suspect as well.

Does anyone see anything about any of this situation that make sense?

In my presently diminished state of health I was looking for 'light humour' from a vintage movie and ran into this gem from Billy Crystal which really has my brain spinning as I am quite concerned about what might have happened to Mama Duolos. Very concerned. To me, the tip off was not just the 'investigation' issues but the immediate cremation and not burying Mama Duolos next to her husband. With allegedly no will there would have been no direction for cremation. IDK the Greek Orthodox Church views on cremation but I will look into it and report back. Next to nothing about the death of Mama Duolos makes sense IMO and IMO also it raises enormous issues about the Avon PD and FD as well for their respective roles in the situation.

I am also a practicing Greek Orthodox and it is rare that a person who has passed is cremated. It is not tradition and I’m shocked how quickly Mama Dulos was cremated. It is interesting to know too if he was a practicing Orthodox Christian, if he ever held the customary 40 day, 6 month and one year memorial service for his Mother. Something about this whole situation raises a red flag for me too.

BUT it turned out she was only in NY for a day and returned to CT early—unbeknownst to the prosecutor or court-- the reason given by her lawyer being that the ankle bracelet monitoring was malfunctioning. And then didn’t it turn out that she had really gone to NY to look at the Farber probate records? If CT doesn’t put a tail on her for this trip to the airport, then we’d have a malfunctioning state.

I can’t get to that article to read it but I think many of MT’s family members attended this Easter celebration hosted by FD in the home Jennifer was forced to leave because FD was having His paramour, MT,and her daughter move in. Perhaps he discussed with his “guests” his building anger and driving need to get his hands on Jennifer’s inheritance and keep all the assets he has obtained deviously from loans from her father.
If I remember correctly JD did not allow her children to attend this gathering and perhaps that is because she sensed the evilness and danger her children would be exposed to and have no one present to protect them from these people. MOO
I hope this holiday will cause any person that is impeding the truth to be brought to light or anyone that is protecting guilty people to consider that a murder of the mother of five children is not something they can just “clear” away. Jennifer will never be forgotten because too many people are demanding truth and justice for her.

I believe she looked at probate records a long time before. It had nothing to do with her one day trip. You may be mixing things up. MOO

As for me, I have chosen to keep the last name of the psychopath con artist. Originally, I had thought I would change it. But you know what? I own what happened to me. I love my name now. It symbolizes what I have gone through and I fully embrace it. It's hard to explain all the thoughts behind my reasoning. Maybe Jennifer would have wanted her kids to have the same last name as her. JMO.

I’m not taking sides on this in any way and I feel like everyone here for Jennifer would only ever refer to her in a warm and positive way rather like some people call others by nicknames and other variations so it’s all good by me. I know people who kept the married last name even after a divorce because they didn’t want the kids to feel like they were being distanced or that the last name that the kids have was so “bad” that their mom couldn’t bear it. In other words, these people saw it as a gift of solidarity with their kids and they themselves didn’t define themselves by a name but instead by their love and compassion for their kids. At the same time, every situation is different and whatever people do to survive after a difficult marriage and divorce—and if only Jennifer HAD survived—works for me. Again, whatever everyone decides to do is fine with me! I’ll probably stick with JD just because I’m used to typing it and I feel like “JD” has so clearly superseded “FD.” He killed her but he could never diminish her. All MOO.

I did pose it as a question, so I wasn't sure. What do you base your belief on that it was "a long time before?" Before Jennifer went missing? I've only looked at the deposition questions attached to Judge Noble's order, on p. 17. It doesn't say when, but they evidently know she did go there. Was there some other reference to it?
