Don’t know if it’s here already. MamaK Avon police report https://bloximages.newyork1.vip.tow...11e9-b476-a34b66ae09f7/5cf84647b8a32.file.pdf
Good questions.Mother of Connecticut husband arrested in connection with his wife's disappearance died in a freak accident after being run over by Land Rover driven by couple's 24-year-old 'nanny' in their driveway
This articles states police were not informed when she died, and did investigation when advised -Dec 10, 2010, report generated Dec 12, sent to DA.
also from article
“Three days later, Dulos was interviewed by police regarding his mother's assets, property or items of value.
'He informed me that Kleopatra Dulos possessed no assets, property or items of value… no last will and testimate [sic] was ever completed for that reason. That, this includes life insurance policies, bank accounts and investments.'
so she had nothing? No bank account,no credit card, zero assets?? -zip? How was she living? Did she get an allowance? Was she totally dependent on her son?- or I mean Jennifer.

Was asking myself the same questions. Also, why didn't the first police report say anything about the damage to the front of the vehicle? In later reports FD said damage occurred when it hit a deer Before the incident with his mother.Good questions.
But wait:
Why was the nanny even in the car when:
So - who was going to drive the car the mother was supposedly about to get into?
- She had no license (per articles and PD)
- She wasn't familiar with the car (per articles and PD)
- The mother (victim) couldn't drive, due to her broken arm - plus she was on heavy meds and prone to passing out, supposedly. So she wasn't going to be driving
- JD was apparently not home
If the nanny didn't know how to drive the car AND had no license, why would she be allowed to drive it with the kids in it? Why were the kids even outside near the car, instead of being inside the house?
It was 7:10 pm in September - dark out. Why did FD's mother supposedly ask the nanny to move the car near the walkway, from where it was in the driveway originally near the garage, and turn on the lights, unless SOMEONE was going to be driving it? Else, the kids would be inside.
Why were the mother and one of the 'grandchildren' going to be getting in that car at all (which was the premise of all of this)? Why was anyone inside that car?
(sorry for repetitious parts, but this is baffling!)
Good question about that - very inconsistent either on the part of FD or -- someone. Was asking myself the same questions. Dulos supposedly had a "Greek benefactor" paying his legal bills, but - supposedly - didn't know who it was.I am not at all familiar with this case, but when I was lurking a couple of months ago, wasn't there mention of Dulos getting funds from some undetermined source in Greece? Did his mother own property there?
Good questions.

Another thought, after considering the above facts:
- The police report shows that the patient (Dulos's mother) was coming from the passenger's side, and that the Driver (the nanny) was going to "load up the patient and a young child" - as passengers. So - the nanny was supposedly going to drive, though she didn't know how, and didn't have a license - at 7:10 pm with a "young child"? Where were the rest of the kids?
- With a 2004 Land Rover, the lights would most likely come on automatically - one wouldn't need to turn them on when it was dark.
- If the lights didn't come on automatically, one would have put the headlights on right away, before moving the car from where it was parked, not after moving the car.
- Even a new driver - especially a new driver - would have waited to be fully stopped before messing with headlights, or anything else.
- The nanny supposedly "heard a noise but didn't think anything of it" <- per police report. How does one not feel running over a person? Not a 'bump'?
- Why would anyone bend forward to see when car lights - particularly a car that large - come on? Per report: "As this was occurring, the Patient, located by the nose of the vehicle, bend [sic] forward to see when the lights came on."
Yes, FD still has sister in Greece (Rena who has worked for FORE/FD since 2004) and is believed to have other family and friends in Greece.I am not at all familiar with this case, but when I was lurking a couple of months ago, wasn't there mention of Dulos getting funds from some undetermined source in Greece? Did his mother own property there?
Abuse of horses. Abuse of the elderly. Abuse of nannies. Full of rage. Spinning until it finally takes Jennifer’s life.
Now Avon Police Chief accused. Hmmm. Very interesting. FD tied to Chief?
Some reasons here: Avon police Chief Mark Rinaldo suspendedNo official cause for the recent suspension of the Avon Chief of Police was provided by the Town. Looking at the historical issues in Avon it seems like there could have been any number of issues present to put the Town in the position of suspending the Chief IMO and none of the MSM articles on the topic made any reference to the Dulos disappearance so far as I can tell.
Avon police chief suspended
Its possible to call the PD in the town where the incident occurred and ask for a copy (not sure if that report would be filed with PF or FD - might have to call both).
If the report can't or won't be released then a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request can be made for the information. If you recall, we saw the local press have to make a FOIA request for the KM arrest documents in South Windsor, CT from the PD as they had refused to release the information.
Yes, hopefully LE is revising the horse-barn fire, just in case, as well as the mother's 'accident.'

Something stinks, and it's not just me.
