Beyond incredible information in the SW. I can see now why the state wanted them sealed until after the arrests on murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Just incredible. The amount of blood...RIP Jennifer! Justice for Jennifer.

the information also shows the gap between 10:25 and 11:12 quite well. So from the information does this mean that MT much later that morning drove the Fore Group Chevy Suburban (2015 and black but not to be confused with JD 2017 black Chevy Suburban) to NC or that it had been seen on surveillance on a prior date?

The warrant states on page 119, # 13 (and I believe I saw it elsewhere), that "it is highly likely that multiple individuals were involved in the crime and in ensuing clean up."

possibly totally unrelated, but does anyone have any bright ideas about where KM might have been heading when he was apprehended? was he just "leaving the state" or randomly fleeing, or did he have a destination or an errand he was trying to accomplish?

I also wonder this. He was arrested at exit 68 on I-84, the Tolland CT exit but it’s unclear if he was pulled over on the highway or after having exited. Only major thing off exit 68 is University of CT, otherwise it’s somewhat rural (for CT). If he kept going on 84 he’d end up pretty soon in MA.

According to his infamous Greek interview, this was 2 years after Fd claimed he realized the "marriage was over." He said something to the effect that Jennifer was distant from him, pulling away, she was not into his life. Although he "loved her" he knew that the relationship had ended....HUH!

This shows a caring loving woman who was being hoodwinked...he wasn't wearing his wedding ring; he would be home for 2-3 days and drive to Florida to deposit a car for skiing season; his friends were the most important thing in his life....more than HIS FAMILY. Psychological diagnosis is not my forte, but there was/is something very wrong with an adult male in his forties who acts like this....it was all about him!

Now he claims he cares about his children. He was willing to abandon them for 18 months during his divorce to further his relationship with MT....include her daughter as part of his family and place that child's picture on his company's advertising brochure. He abandoned them 10 or more days per months to go play with his friends and new girlfriends. JFd was an impediment to his FUN. His children were fine without him, but please keep sending the checks, HF.

I think it's the Kastle–Meyer test -- a presumptive blood test. So I think KM+ means presumptively positive for blood.

Hi everyone, long time lurker and first time poster...
Regarding the call appearing to be from JD's number on 7/08, one possible explanation is phone number spoofing/ Caller ID spoofing. This is a very common technique used by phone scammers, and I have received similar scam calls where the caller ID number was one digit off from my own CT number. It could just be an unfortunate coincidence, but still worth looking into to find the source of the call.
