The document states "Jennifer's ex-husband." Is that correct? I thought they were in the process of going through a divorce, but it wasn't final.

No divorce from Fd. Divorce was ongoing. Do not believe JFd had been married before.

Two, who wears tennis shoes that may have been worn during the commission of the crime for which the charges stem?

I hope they have additional footage, pun intended, of these two evil geniuses, sporting, cavorting and destroying additional evidence while free on bail.

What really aggrieves me, besides EVERYTHING IN THIS CASE, is smug, velvet-coated FD, knowing what he's done and not done, wishing Jennifer and her family, a happy holiday. That is sick to a level I can't stomach.

Prison is too nice for him.

In the SW, where it lists her electronic devices found from her master bedroom, it's listed with items that had blood on them. Notably, however, it doesn't specifically say those items had blood on them, as it does for every other item in the list. Is it possible they connected those items, for evidentiary value but not because they had blood on them?

Did he really traipse through her house, touching a couple things as he did so? Why? What would he gave been looking for?

One possibility is that he was trying to get her passwords and documents (will perhaps???). Fd dna/blood and/or mixed with JFd blood in the MBR is a game changer as there is no possible explanation for it being there. Fd was not allowed in the Welles house per multiple sources. Excuses with transfer can and will probably be made for 1st floor of the Welles house, but MBR? Not seeing how even a true blue 4.20 moment from Atty. P. will be able to make an argument for Fd blood/dna being in JFd MBR. MOO

What is going through MT's head? She sold her freedom and her soul, and all for a velvety bloke WHO WAS COMPLETELY BROKE. Morally, spiritually, emotionally, financially bankrupt. Both of them.

“A preliminary review of the warrant leaves us relieved and saddened. We’re relieved that there is nothing we didn’t expect or have heard about; saddened because it’s obvious the state police really have no idea what became of Jennifer. This remains an open case in our view.”

What is this looney smoking? There’s tremendous amount of evidence that JD murder occured and blood/video evidence of his client’s involvement so the LE has a very good idea what became of JD, sadly.

NP’s strategy now is solely to confuse that 1 juror. He has no other defense. How’s that “gone girl” theory going NP?.

Agree! And I hate to say this but this may be a strategy perfect for the times we live in where actual facts are replaced by "alternative facts" on a daily basis

Actually this was one my first theories...but I can't see KM riding a bike to JFd's home at 7-7:30 in the morning. That act is pure Fd, IMO. I think Fd was being barraged by "discussions" with MT about why she had to leave if the children were visiting, that he sent KM to reason with JFd. That doesn't work in my mind any longer.

However, the gun club grave is a loose detail that I can't reconcile. Lots of mentions in the search warrants that we're all waiting for answers...time and place of Subway receipt... when was Fd's suburban caught on the neighborhood close to JFd's... how did all the blood get in Fd's suburban, etc.
