When it gets to trial, the defense would love nothing more than to confuse the jurors, just one juror in fact. Reasonable doubt if it COULD BE the case that KM did it, or MT, or OJ, or aliens.

But there's a problem with that.
You don't shave your head in advance of a clean up no one expected.

He may have had help in the commission and the clean up and the disposal, but the murder, I hang that squarely on his shaved head.

100% FD did it. No way was he going to delegate this. Part of his depraved pleasure came from showing Jennifer - who up until this point was "winning" in court - exactly who was in charge and who was going to be the ultimate Winner.

And I think he did the cleanup, too, because if someone else was tasked with just cleaning, you'd think they would have done a better job & not left so much blood evidence plus come prepared with supplies instead of having to grab stuff in the garage (pillows) and go inside the house looking for paper towels.

The rest of it .... that's where he had help. MOO.

i've also pondered about it being KM that did the deed. does anyone know what his hair looked like on that day jennifer went missing? was it short like FD's?

I can't find it now but someone thought Michelle has been wearing Converse Chuck Taylors on the day of her first arrest and she was, red ones, low tops. I noticed it back then because it seemed later that day she had managed to change into different sneakers. Did police seize the first pair or did she go change? Also she seemed to be seething with jealousy of the superior in every way, kindhearted Jennifer. She styled her hair after her, wouldn't surprise me if she tried to wear same sneakers, etc. MT is a very insecure and pathological woman who only goes after rich men who are committed to others. She validates her weak and empty self by stealing them away. MOOO.

Body language experts, FD appears to display classic defensive posturing. Arms folded across his chest, protective, closed off. Or is he just hiding his poison ivy rash? Poor guy, an itch he can't scratch BECAUSE LE IS RIGHT THERE.

I also wonder this. He was arrested at exit 68 on I-84, the Tolland CT exit but it’s unclear if he was pulled over on the highway or after having exited. Only major thing off exit 68 is University of CT, otherwise it’s somewhat rural (for CT). If he kept going on 84 he’d end up pretty soon in MA.

What would he gain by going to MA? Other then relative being a lawyer, any different laws? Or is there an airport near by?

This is NOT my area of expertise re footprints, forensics, but just want to mention that Converse Chuck Taylors, or chucks like we used to call them in my rocker days, have a very distinctive tread pattern and there are several instances in the Arrest Warrants where footprints or partial footprints are being mentioned.

Is it possible MT met him there in the other vechicle, but he arrived first on bicycle? They BOTH did the attack, or FD did the attack and she went into the house?

IF both MT & FD were there, then the zip ties to tie her up and abduct her makes more sense...

Or, KM met FD at the house, and KM later went on his way with JFd to one of his graves?

I don’t think sleuthing KM relatives is allowed here so will just mention that there may be a sibling of his who lives in Tolland ; the only airport in the vicinity is in Boston and that’s a good hour more from where he was apprehended. A closer airport would have been in Hartford, where he already was located or nearby to, when he fled. It’s just baffling.

You are soright-Jennifer was everything, contributed everything-she was everything but the sperm cells in that family. She did everything, paid for everything, did 100% of the worrying for the family. She took care of all of the family business, like the boiler, and the move to 4JX, and his only contribution was...half of the DNA that created those 5 children. Not sure what he is so self confident about.

It's so infuriating to me, of everything he did with the murdering her of course, it was all the years leading up to it...it was all her MONEY, her homes, her EVERYTHING...she couldn't enjoy ANY. OF. IT because of him...I am local, and oh to wife swap for ONE DAY...he has no idea what he would be in for - if he was my husband, but we know they always pray on weak ones...

Why would she continue to do this? I don't understand.

I have separated friends who maintain a landline at the home of their ex. If the kids don't have a phone, they are forced to get permission from the parent in the home. Sometimes separated people can be vindictive--"This is my time. You can't call your ______." "I am not going to use my minutes for you to call your________." It is petty and awful but I have seen it done. If she paid for the phone, the kids could call at anytime when they were at his place. Fd seems like a guy who would get rid of the landline just to spite her.
