At a minimum, shouldn't they have excavated until they could be certain the grates, the lime and the tarps weren't buried there?

Oh but they used cadaver dogs....which I know are real good, but still they need to use every resource.

Another sad entry in the Jennifer Notes...the date on this is February 18, 2012...
I do wish for one moment though, in this new house, with Fotis – Alone. After the kids have gone to bed, to pop some champagne, even if I don’t drink more than a thimble-full of anything nowadays, to toast to this new structure, to our family, to this fresh and lovely start. To commune with my husband really.

Tonight he’s having dinner out with people who helped us move, as I stay home with the kids, and feel sufficiently grimy and not so restaurant-ready — at all.

So page 240 is showing "nothing seized" from properties at 80MS, 84MS, and 88MS on 6/2.

Well we know why NP keeps pounding the GG/JD stuff. KM and MT are beyond knee deep in this and can’t help FD. If FD tries to point the finger at either or both as a defense he’s toast. All three way too involved. And there’s too much blood. Everywhere. So toast! All three. Good riddance!

Page 248:

Now we know what FD was wearing in the surveillance videos. Warrant states they are looking for:

black cap with white emblem on front
white t-shirt with circular black pattern (as seen in surveillance images-[crossed out: attached to the affadavit]
Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers

HEY: Was MT wearing Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers at some point, maybe on 5/31 when arrested? I thought I saw this but haven't gone back to check.

This is also good news, that the surveillance video is so good they can see the white emblem on the cap and the circular pattern on the t-shirt. Must have good facial and other recognition too, not going to get out of this one. (does not say which surveillance- likely Albany since that is high res. Thurnton Drive surveillance isn't as good resolution, can't see if cargo box is on top of FD Suburban for example, but can see consistency with MT crash damage)

Thank you for summarizing what they wore. i dont know if anyone else here saw the image at the beginning of the case of MT and FD and the raptor. it was a still image on the news then it got wiped out. matches exactly what they wore and what was shown IMO

Does anyone know if FD’s Suburban has one of those magnetic panels on the side (that can be removed) with his logo or if the logo is painted on the side?
Yes @BUF, here is a picture of Fd Suburban with the magnetic FORE sign.

IMO 'big fish in little pond' is a 'kind' description of Atty. P. and Pattisville crew on a good day.
I like to think of him and his crew as..."FAT GUY IN A LITTLE COAT"!!!

They didn't search with dogs until they returned in August from the sounds of it... If that grave was meant as a temporary hiding place for a body and it was later moved (which seems like it may have been the plan IMO due to the presence of lime) it seems possible that the scent could have unfortunately dissipated by then.

no blood found on the Raptor but that was his choice of vehicle to do the trash dump. and the bags had blood on the outside. so maybe he took out the 2015 suburban weathertec mat and put the bloody trash bags on that.

Just another theory

NP must think FD cleaned up after some person executed a random attack on his wife. And yet JD did not report it?

  • #595
What a mess! Given his smirk you’d think he committed a perfect murder. He is beyond dumb. He left so much evidence behind and involved 2 other people. Complete moron. No-body will not get you off this one FD. I hope someone beats the living daylights out if you in jail and then squashes you like the evil little chicken that you are. I really want to see karma walk all over you and your homely desperate mistress.

On page 51, we see another former Fore group employee's name mentioned:
owner of Backblaze account backup service: [email protected]
Possible that the account was created in this name during time of employment, but does this individual still have access to these backup accounts? Possible involvement?
Same individual appeared on first televised interview with FD, sitting at 4JC, lamenting the terrible thing that had happened and saying he was close with all the family.

early on you suspected he was involved and you are right

MT and kid were in MAss on the weekend before 5/17/19 the day of the car crash so it kind of makes sense why they were coming back from there but I think FD was with them. He went there to pick them up.

FD knows what he's done and what he didn't do.

He had HELP.

This changes everything.

Who was at the crime scene? How many people were in on the initial clean up? Who was wearing the Chuck Taylor converse shoes? Who was driving the Fore Suburban? Was a body transported in the Fore Suburban? No body in the Tacoma? Just bloody trash bags? Maybe a backpack. We know there was a bike. If the body went one way, and FD went another way, what was FD doing all afternoon at 80MS?

All I can say is I sure hope they've got KM under suicide watch. He checks out, he better leave a detailed confession behind.

Leading up to this all, as someone who experienced a mere taste of DV, it breaks my heart that JF felt like SHE was somehow inadequate. Money, beautiful houses, her precious babies, and FD couldn't let her enjoy any of it. How many houses did they live in? Constantly moving, constantly asking for money, constantly making her feel like she was letting him down. Yet, the whole time, HE was the inadequate one. Unfaithful, dishonest, unreasonable, unfair. Impossible to please. Alternately charming and scary and probably no way to predict which persona he'd pick.

I really wish they could charge him retroactively for every single episode of unhappiness or fear he caused JF.

At trial I hope her journal will speak for her.

But in the meantime, what would it take to get FD jailed without bail? It's an assault on decency that he's sharing our oxygen.

Does anyone have a link to this interview? I don't recall seeing that.
