I could see Fotis being underhanded enough to let KM do the murder HE promised to do while Fotis did not have the “honor” to commit the murder he promised to do. (Not because he cared whether KM’s wife lived or died, but because he cared about his freedom.) He could count on KM not talking, obviously, even if the friendship had to end.

This is NOT my area of expertise re footprints, forensics, but just want to mention that Converse Chuck Taylors, or chucks like we used to call them in my rocker days, have a very distinctive tread pattern and there are several instances in the Arrest Warrants where footprints or partial footprints are being mentioned.

So LE is trying or now has matched bloody print or prints with soles of shoes. All shoes, especially Converse Chuck Taylor have definite design. Looks like the screwed up...again.

I believe the childrens passports were being held by Family Court due to the fact that Fd had threatened to take them and flee.

We don't know if he obtained Greek passports (or other country) passports for the children even though Family Court told him not to pursue obtaining Greek passports in a prior Family Court Order.

Agree. It's a little disturbing that the SW refers to FD as Jennifer's ex-husband (which isn't correct). Minor, but credibility is crucial.

I hope somewhere there's a shiny piece of white paper, dated 5/24, in KM's handwriting that says, "have concussion tomorrow".

What is going through MT's head? She sold her freedom and her soul, and all for a velvety bloke WHO WAS COMPLETELY BROKE. Morally, spiritually, emotionally, financially bankrupt. Both of them.

They are the same. Immoral. No spirit. Devoid of emotion. And don’t kid yourself, FD is no where near bankrupt. He has money, plenty of it. And I’d guess not just from HF. There were car deals. Skiing tournaments. Financial wooing meetings. The other day I read he was tied to some Washington DC Montfort? Dealings? Don’t ask me where I read it. Apple News probably. Washington DC? I haven’t seen him tied to Epstein, yet. But who knows?
The two partners, lawyers, moved their offices. Now all the paperwork is missing...and doing immigration work. Most immigration lawyers speak at least one foreign language. What does that old lawyer speak? Greek? It’s a little tough to give up a booming legal real estate business at his age and trade it for something completely different. So what nationality is he assisting?
Nope. Two peas in a pod. KM was the pidgeon.
If someone cracks, it’ll be KM. He has the most to lose. His freedom. Bc he doesn’t have the money to buy his way out of the mess. He can’t even make bail.
FD and MT always have money to fall back on. And if needed, new identities in a foreign country. A little nip here, a little tuck there. Good as new.

This tidbit via interview with Atty Midler puts an END to the ongoing discussion from Pattisville and Atty Rochlin that Fd was 'winning' in the divorce based on status as of the missing date (5/24).

The Fd and MT lies just keep stacking up into a gigantic house of cards that will simply tumble down.

The DV evidence via calls to LE over the years and LA eyewitness testimony is also compelling IMO in the search warrant document. The 'cordial relationship' that Fd discusses in the Sarah Wallace interview was an absolute whopper of a lie based on the relationship history documented in the search warrants IMO.

This was extremely early in the game (5/31) and they were likely trying to match the clothes and shoes worn on the Albany Ave video cameras with those in the home of FD and MT. They also listed the hat FD was wearing and the shirt, which was likely gleaned from the videos. The Albany cameras appear to be so good that they can pick up these kind of details. If they could find these items in 4JC, it would tie them to the Raptor drops.

The Chuck Taylors don't mean that those were the footprints mentioned in the garage and in other warrants. It may just mean that they were seeking those shoes to tie MT to the Raptor video on Albany.
Not only did she go ahead and tell them it was her in the Raptor that night in her interview, but they didn't take the Chuck Taylors into evidence, because MT did them one better- she had them on her feet when they arrived to take her for her DNA sample! And she continued to wear them!
