It's so infuriating to me, of everything he did with the murdering her of course, it was all the years leading up to it...it was all her MONEY, her homes, her EVERYTHING...she couldn't enjoy ANY. OF. IT because of him...I am local, and oh to wife swap for ONE DAY...he has no idea what he would be in for - if he was my husband, but we know they always pray on weak ones...

He made her weak. Bit by bit. Day by day. Comment by comment. And was he pee ode that after all those years of destroying her, she pulled herself together long enough to pack up and move. File for divorce. And fight for everything that was hers.

Not new news but stunning nonetheless IMO about MT early in the process on 6/2/19 claiming to have no knowledge of the disappearance of JFd in a statement made to NCPD when she was arrested:

Could it be that KM did the murder and FD and MT did the clean up ?
This would explain why FD is so calm and KM was running for the state border?

According to the AW the LE believes the clean up of the scene was a work of multiple individuals.

When it gets to trial, the defense would love nothing more than to confuse the jurors, just one juror in fact. Reasonable doubt if it COULD BE the case that KM did it, or MT, or OJ, or aliens.

But there's a problem with that.

You don't shave your head in advance of a clean up no one expected.

He may have had help in the commission and the clean up and the disposal, but the murder, I hang that squarely on his shaved head.

Yes! That is what I was trying to find, thank you. I remembered there was a strange sneaker change. They went to arrest her and she switched from those distinctive red Chucks to lawless New Balance? When and why did she do this? At the time I thought maybe, no laces allowed in jail? But they let her go inside to change her shoes? Was she hoping this would not be noticed, or did they take the shoes, or what?? Anyone understand this?

I could see Fotis being underhanded enough to let KM do the murder HE promised to do while Fotis did not have the “honor” to commit the murder he promised to do. (Not because he cared whether KM’s wife lived or died, but because he cared about his freedom.) He could count on KM not talking, obviously, even if the friendship had to end.

So grateful we have this place to post on and share our theories and thoughts.
The amount of evidence is overwhelming.
How all three (FD, MT and KM) were involved (to what extent, where, why, when, how, what) I am positive that LE has put together in such a way as to be incredibly damning for all three.

Clearly, lots of stuff to theorize from the last batch of AWs and today's SW bombshell. Lots to think about as it pertains to the timeline and to the co-conspirators.

I am just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of blood evidence. So much blood. There is absolutely no way this is anything other than a homicide. There is just no way that JD "disappeared" herself. It doesn't follow. Nor is this some kind of coincidental suicide or frame up. None of that follows with the evidence sought and the evidence collected.

It doesn't change much for me about my original theory of the case which has evolved somewhat. Based on the information in the AWs and timeline and such.

But it is all incredibly damning. It also clues you into how dumb all three are. Particularly FD and MT. MT was given multiple opportunities to change the narrative for herself via the police. They tried to give her openings that she was forced into all this and forced to participate. She gave them the opposite. Just more lies and word salad. And the bare minimum of actual truth once LE showed her how bad the whole situation was. And had to continue to show her that they had more knowledge than she understood.

I do hope KM is able to work with LE but imo, LE knows what, when, why how and where all three were on 5/24 and has ample evidence on all three. It would be to his benefit to cooperate but its not going to mean that he gets an out of jail free card or anything. All three are headed to the place they deserve to be which is behind bars.

Justice for Jennifer. May your light and love you shared on this earth always live on through your loved ones. You were brave and wonderful and courageous. You were a wonderful mother and daughter and sister and friend and you will not be forgotten. NO matter how hard anyone tries you will not be forgotten and your death will be avenged. You will have Justice. And your loved ones will have answers.

I agree. He had to have that “pleasure “ of killing her. He is one sick puppy and dreamed of sick violent revenges (according to the court docs).

Yup, its horrible...I have a friend that left a bad marriage 2 years ago, she actually had a divorce attorney in common with JD, and she was also systematically abused verbally, and emotionally for years. This summer the ex tried to run my friend who had their children in the car with her off the road, he was arrested and will be pleading down to nothing more than a disorderly charge..but after the arrest, and a quick 6 weeks of no contact order, the ex H was back allowed unsupervised/ovrnight visits with the kids again..and my friend still thinks there is 'something wrong with her, and wonders why he treated her so poorly for 12 years..' It's all so wrong...

i've also pondered about it being KM that did the deed. does anyone know what his hair looked like on that day jennifer went missing? was it short like FD's?

in all the pics of him, his hair looks "uncombed" ... receding a bit but not to a barber in numerous weeks.

I don’t think sleuthing KM relatives is allowed here so will just mention that there may be a sibling of his who lives in Tolland ; the only airport in the vicinity is in Boston and that’s a good hour more from where he was apprehended. A closer airport would have been in Hartford, where he already was located or nearby to, when he fled. It’s just baffling.

would the arresting officers have crossed State lines? ..immediately? or would they have needed authorization outside of CT?

First time I've read that MT was out of the Raptor on Albany and participating in the trash dumping. So much for not knowing what was going on and being on the phone with her buddy Petu! Active participation and situational awareness IMO is quite clear here.

Also interesting is that commercial dumpsters were used in addition to the City containers. This issue has been extensively discussed here on prior threads.

LOL about the reporting group here for this info being the 'VICE' group.....MT picked up on Hartford Surveillance by the "VICE" Group. How perfectly appropriate for the other half of 'FO + HO'! MOO
