She takes no $hit from anyone! I would have loved to see FD's face when he realized Grandma had armed guards at her door. She beat him in every way! #grandmapowerI agree. She steps quietly, but firmly. Admirable lady.

I agree. I just like that a mother outsmarted her son in law. If it wasn't for the nanny and her, things would be worse now. JMOShe has an incredible legal team. They have multiple lawyers with broad legal expertise. No doubt they are working overtime to be steps ahead in order to protect her, her grandchildren, and her assets. I am sure she pays hefty fees but she is covered beyond what many could hope for.

Day 3 back at Jacobi. Rumor of noon news conference to update on the status of #FotisDulos. But that time has come and gone.
@FOX61News
I’ve reached out to Norm Pattis but he has not responded.
Norm Pattis and Kevin Smith we’re spotted this morning in the hospitals public visitor lobby. That’s where I’m tweeting from right now. At that time they told us they ‘may’ provide an update.
@FOX61News
Good for her! She doesn't miss a beat. She is securing it before the foreign clan decides to take up residence.
Yeah. If they have made the decision to remove FD from life support, Norm would probably wait until he dies before holding a press conference.FD's family might be making the decision about whether to prolong care or not.
MOO
He wouldn’t mention them for two reasons:
- I know we haven’t seen his note of innocence yet but I find it telling there is no mention of his other cohorts innocence reported
Yeah. If they have made the decision to remove FD from life support, Norm would probably wait until he dies before holding a press conference.
I wouldn’t be surprised if that decision has been made.
I think it would do more harm than good for the children to see their father in his present condition. Lord knows they've suffered enough trauma for a lifetime. IMOThe smile on Glorias face today = priceless.
Nothing can bring her daughter back, but I sincerely hope she will get justice in whatever form it may take.
I’m also thinking of Jennifer’s children tonight. No kids should have to go through what they have. They have lost their mother and their lives will never be the same. Now this.....
Could very well be. Could also be the family from Greece needs a little breathing room before making any decisions - they only recently arrived from a long flight. They might need a moment to gather info, thoughts, etc.Yeah. If they have made the decision to remove FD from life support, Norm would probably wait until he dies before holding a press conference.

I think they should name Gloria Farber as his guardian and let her make the decision about what happens to him.I don't know much about health insurance and I wonder how it might work for Fd in his current situation in the hospital?
Does the insurer have to approve all care decisions and can the insurer decline to pay for certain treatment? Can the insurer effective evaluation an end of life client who might be on life support and say that they will no longer provide coverage?
If Fd doesn't have a living will or healthcare proxy and he isn't able to speak for himself and his next of kin isn't here, then how is treatment being administered? Who has been responsible for directly Fd healthcare during the present crisis?
I've been reading a bit about the oxygen therapy and the opinions on the value of the treatment are all over the map IMO. Is it possible that Fd insurance company might deny that treatment and that without the financial ability to pay for it himself then he won't have access to that service?
MOO
Unless he claims that he knew they killed Jennifer after the fact. JmoHe wouldn’t mention them, for two reasons:
He’s concerned only with himself.
His claim of innocence makes them innocent as well. If he didn’t kill Jennifer, then they didn’t help him kill Jennifer.
Oops sorry about that, I didn’t think that other post went through, as there’s been a lot of traffic on here lately.I think it would do more harm than good for the children to see their father in his present condition. Lord knows they've suffered enough trauma for a lifetime. IMO
I think theyms
I think they should name Gloria Farber as his guardian and let her make the decision about what happens to him.
Otherwise, Medicaid will take care of him since he’s broke.
I think there is a chance he might survive. To what extent is another topic in itself. JMOCould very well be. Could also be the family from Greece needs a little breathing room before making any decisions - they only recently arrived from a long flight. They might need a moment to gather info, thoughts, etc.
Or....could be he is progressing. I'm not ruling that out yet.
Weird to be waiting like this, to be honest. I think I might need to step back and wait for a news alert. I feel a bit ghoulish following at the moment.
