I agree with @afitzy MT taped the bags instead of using a tarp...

I do not believe that blood loss was part of the plan. TBH I don't think murder was part of the plan because if it was, it would have been better planned.

LOL at this new attorney. MTs daughter lives in Argentina w/her father. Nothing that the state of CT is doing would prevent MT from seeing her daughter in her small condo in CT if someone were willing to send her. Can MT go to Argentina to see her daughter ? No.

Well her new attorney is trying to sneak this “poor me I cannot see my daughter...who when she is not living or visiting me lives and attends school with her dad in Argentina”.

This needs to be investigated....just who is the daughter with and what time of year. IF with the father, then someone is blowing smoke. If with MT, we would have heard about this a long time ago.

MT has lied before, so no reason to trust her. Is she lying to her new lawyer? IMO yes.

IMO the last lawyer is probably so glad to move on!

I guess mommy and daddy are paying for the new lawyer.....

She did the crime (lying many times) she serves the time (house arrest whether in a mansion or one room apartment or condo).

Lol, I thought the attorney meant nearby, like GM condo or school residence. Argentina? It is hardly violating her rights.

MT still gets out of her house and goes to Starbucks and hair appointments as a religious or work reason sop I don't know what she whining about now. JMO

Oh boy,
MT new counsel is starting off with a bang. Its discouraging to see immediate pandering to client whims so I'm not sure how this 'relationship' will work out. But, perhaps its a case of 'what Mama wants, Mama gets'! IDK.

MT doesn't like her bracelet and wants it removed. Really! Bracelet removal for Conspiracy to Commit Murder charge levelled against her? Yes, Really!

I do very much hope she faces Judge White here on this issue as I would actually buy a ticket to hear his response to the removal request. My guess is that it would be something along the lines of, '...if you want the bracelet removed the express van to Bridgeport Jail or Niantic is ready and waiting outside along with your pretty yellow jumpsuit so step into the locker room and change your clothes and I will see you for your next appearance wearing the yellow jumpsuit..and sorry no trip to Stamford Hospital on the way will be allowed!".

MT IMO is lucky to have the opportunity to NOT BE IN JAIL and so should be getting down on hands and knees daily to thank GOD that she has the financial wherewithal (still have doubts about her bond package for some reason.....) to be out pending trial.

From what it seems like is happening, the bracelet monitors are allowing leeway for takeout and shopping so does MT perhaps think that the US constitution requires that she be able to get a blowout and Brazilian too?

The priorities of MT and Mama A with these latest requests seem a bit odd as I would think that there are bigger issues at hand.

Disappointing to see this all play out this way.

Brilliant. I can't believe nobody has tried that yet!
I Love this post! I too believe that we should try and locate Jennifer. @MilanaCapricorn do you have any thoughts where Jennifer could be located?

Regarding the date Fd committed suicide this is the first report I've seen that tags times on the movements of a person that sounds to be AC times mentioned 11:18am (arrives), 11:28am (leaves), 11:54am (phone call for welfare check to FPD).

Somewhere in previous threads I had posted each time as it happened in real-time live on TV. The reporter continuously repeated the times and who did what when... I think that post can be found under my screen name somewhere. Best guess is in thread 41 maybe

@kimch33kim, do you know if MT has been papped doing these activities? If so, I would suggest sending them off to Judge Blawie or White and Atty Colangelo asap as I simply don't see them as being part of the original intention for someone with a murder charge levelled against them by the State.

My recollection of the bond restrictions were: house arrest except for legal, medical and religious. As MT doesn't work she didn't get the work restriction that Fd had (and later lost).

How do you think that Starbucks and Hair fit into the legal, medical, and religious categories?

I do very much wonder if the Parole folks understand what house arrest is supposed to be and what the restrictions are as I'm not seeing a pasta pickup and coffee break fitting into any of those categories?

Does anyone understand what the Parole folks might be thinking about here?

@curiousinCT, you are so so smart! So glad you are here!

We've been chatting for over 7 months and 44 threads and I cannot believe that thought hasn't been considered before! You are the absolute cherry on the top of the sundae!

Oscar for the category: "Brilliant Thought on a Social Media Platform in the True Crime Genre"!

OP doesn't think JDF is amongst the living though; they clearly stated they believe JFD is dead.

I think OP's point is being misunderstood; they want more discussion based on evidence and fact. They want efforts here to be concentrated on figuring out where JFD is, dead or alive (although the majority of us, OP included, believe the unfortunate reality is that JFD, if found, will be dead).

As this case has progressed, it's impossible for members not to become emotionally invested and form strong opinions. Earlier in this case, discussion was much more evidence-based; as time has progressed, posts have shifted to becoming less about "facts" and more about guesses and opinions, which is natural when so much time has passed and only so much new evidence is presented to the public.

Or I'm completely wrong about OP's intentions, but that's how it read to me. MOO.

I agree with you....sounds like people are interpreting what was written the way they want to....so the outcome is different for each person. Jennifer is dead, she is no longer among the living.

Good idea aftizy. I will forward the information on to the appropriate people maybe you can help me. Sentinel are the people recording her movements and approving these things. it's unbelievable what MT can get away with!!!!!

1. They don't know
2. Knowing makes them culpable
IMO, they know where Jennifers remains are. Will they say, that depends on what LE offers up.

I'm wondering if AB was insisting on a plea deal, and MT refused, hence the separation of ways.

This could be it-many or most of us have speculated that she figured that she could get a deal with no prison time, and didn’t want a deal that didn’t promise that. So it looks like she is going to take her chances with a jury trial. I bet it won’t come out the way she thinks it will

Good to hear that this can be done.

Can't see Starbucks being part of the plan for house arrest even in CT!

I guess Sentinel are the same folks that watched Fd unmoving in his garage while he was committing suicide and simply kept calling his cell phone.....

Not sure who is responsible for minding the minders but something simply seems off if house arrest for murder charge means coffee breaks and blowouts!

She just needs to “muck” about town.
It’s not like she’s shopping at Tiffany’s
Oh wait

And I know of five children who haven’t seen their mother in 8 months and never will.

@SabinaKuriakose
SCHOENHORN: Conditions of Troconis house arrest are unconstitutional, she lives in small condo and can't visit her 15 year old daughter
What no one can drive her daughter to her?! Maybe Attorney Schoenhorn can lend a helping hand?

IMO, I think the OP is referring to the opinion of the ME who was shown the evidence gathered during the investigation, where he said something along the lines of, the person who sustained these injuries/lost this amount of blood, would have died without medical intervention. Following the OPs thinking, there is immediate doubt here. It is just one opinion and is not concrete proof. Say for instance there was a trial, i have no doubt that defence counsel would produce their own expert to counter/denounce/provide an alternative opinion.
This is JMO, but also I think we need to keep in mind that there is probably a lot more evidence that we are not aware of yet.
