The fact that they don't state whose it was (and we KNOW they know, IMO! ) leads me to believe it was MT's (she wore that type of shoe, after all, no?) or Fd's.

IMO, I think she WOULD buy a name day cake. The children are half Greek and undoubtedly participated in this celebration in prior years. Jennifer was a lovely person and I doubt she would take the problems with FD out on the kids. JD did not think that the visit was going to take place at the home. She was kind enough that she allowed the visit to happen there anyway. If you read between the lines of AW3, I would say that FD brought the food to WL. I don't know if there was cake or who would have bought the cake. It does seem reasonable to me that there was cake as one child's birthday had just passed a day or 2 prior. IMO.

The nanny is still alive and was there that day, she knows who bought the cake and where. JD would do that for her kids if it had been a special day for them, but my guess is LE knows from nanny what was bought by whom and will reveal if necessary during MT trial.....

On Andreas, his intercatering.gr website (main one it appears he has many in surrounding countries) —-check out the address for it. When placed into google earth it resolves as Libra Shipping. Believe that is owned by Libra Group, their roots started with shipping in Greece. What’s even odder, I was looking for shipping ports here in CT, so I did “Libra group new haven” - surprisingly instead Libra Group LLC popped up in New Canaan - 4 min away from Welles Lane and excavating business resolves to same addy

What if FD intent that day of the picnic, was to put a surveillance device (ie...camera) on JD wireless network? LE did seize her WiFi router - he didn’t have a phone on him May 24 (possible burner but he could text kids or nanny) - he would want to know %200 no one was there on morning he lied in wait...

Agree, makes sense, inexpensive, effective and easy to do IMO. Wonder what range options might be and if there could be any connection to a possible scout or chaser vehicle on Thurton? Use of burner phone makes some sense too but would be a risk. Perhaps use of wifi device might provide better cover and less traceability? IDK.

In AW3 we met the Fd/MT IT consultant. I hope that JFd had a different IT consultant or set up her wifi network such that it couldn't be hacked by Fd. IDK, its a concern I think as access to wifi at 69/71 Welles could offer up access to the children, schedule, conversations etc.

Still wondering about the JFd security system at Welles. We see the security panels but don't have a clear answer on cameras and all images in AWs are from neighbor's systems. Was JFd system off, hacked or otherwise inoperable? I think though that to have someone who seemed to carry around as much fear as JFd of her STBX, the idea of not having cameras and/or motion sensors is something that I've long struggled with in this tragic case.

@crosseyeobgyn, great finds and very interesting! Suggest screenshooting any/all info regarding the brothers "Tout" as they seem quite facile at scrubbing the net as we have learned the hard way here in previous attempts to uncover info about Pan Pan etc.!

Yes, a GPS tracker could have easily been attached to JF’s Suburban when parked somewhere and monitored with a burner phone...I imagine an easy search on the net would explain this. I doubt that FD would be the one to do this though. If one was attached to JF’s Suburban, it would have been found when LE went through it. Maybe ‘IF’ they found one, it had MT’s fingerprints...or found the search on his/her computer?

I don't think he would have a pattern from GPS because he only went to the house that one time. He likely knew the kids' school schedules and found out info from them on 5/22. That being said, I do believe the ex hacked my phone at one time during the divorce. He's sort of stupid but had a tech savvy friend. I had to get a completely new phone. I think more likely than GPS device on the car is location sharing info with the kids or possibly hacked iPhone. MOO.

Nope. I’m not buying it. Not saying that she didn’t celebrate with the kids herself. But am saying she was not buying cakes and food to help/enable his time and relationship with the kids. JMO

From reading it’s my understanding in the mornings, JD left the system unarmed and the garage door left open as the turn into the garage is a steep hard left ( she hated it) - I’ve looked at that house and it sounds feasible.

I agree with your assessment on his lack of tech skills, but he was savvy enough to take Gumienny’s phone and erase history and such - he wouldn’t need to go inside the house at all to place something on her network and because LE took her router in SW I think it’s not far off. What is your theory on why he stated it was too late to go Grace Farms? He stated that at 4 pm and Grace Farms is a 9 min drive from Welles Lane and closes at 6 pm...

I don't think she bought the food. FD brought that with him, IMO. She thought they were going to Grace Farm so she would not have had food ready at hand for the WL visitation. I do NOT buy into Jennifer being petty. I believe she would have bought a cake(not saying she did). She knew FD is the father of those children and she was not a perpetrator of Parental Alienation. The situation was very complicated and no doubt she had been counseled not to badmouth FD. Because that usually backfires. I also doubt she NEEDED counseling to know this. Whatever her personal feelings about FD, she wouldn't let that extend to the kids. MOO.
