I have been thinking about Kent M. And why the uncertainty out there about whether he will testify or not.
Could it be that a deal was worked out between KM and LE but then Ken decided to try and improve that deal? LE called his bluff ?
LE is waiting to see how the trial progresses before deciding if they need KM or not? KM also prob watching to see what his odds are?
Or fell off the wagon? I guess hard to say.
JMO
Why have they not scheduled the trial of KM yet? That’s the real question. It’s like he is getting special treatment.

After court adjourned, Schoenhorn told reporters he expected Pawel Gumienny, the former employee of Fotis Dulos' company whom Kimball has suggested Fotis Dulos tried to frame, will testify next week.

Schoenhorn previously has opined that Gumienny, who has been given immunity, will reveal heretofore unknown facts about the case while on the stand.

"You might hear Monday or Tuesday from the employee, Mr. Gumienny," Schoenhorn said, noting that prosecutors are presenting their case and control who gets called to the stand. "Everything's tentative, I hear these things.

I come from the perspective of having grown up with a borderline mother with substance abuse issues and a narc father. It was hell. My Mom ended up committing suicide as borderlines often do. There were four of us kids. One is dead from substance abuse issues. One is struggling greatly with substance abuse. One is well adjusted. I look well adjusted but have major anxiety and trauma issues that I’ve been in therapy for for years. It is really hard for all children of unstable parents to not exhibit issues. I haven’t seen it myself. And no, I don’t mean to be offensive. I wish my mother had gotten the help she needed (and left my father).
<hugs> to you @glassheater . I appreciate your contributions and your 'awareness'. We all benefit from your insight.

And what deal could there possibly be besides locating remains? There is literally nothing else worthy of making a deal for the state besides that. Anything else is just he said, she said, but a body is verifiable facts.

Let him go to prison with unlimited alcohol in exchange for the remains. As long as justice is served.

We might be overlooking the obvious. Perhaps FD didn't sleep at all that night. And that's why the defendant struggled with those details.

Jmo
I'm imagining FD saying to MT, "Don't ask where I am going. You don't want to know, but things will be looking better tomorrow. That b**ch won't be controlling OUR lives anymore!"

Was it FD or MT who was the driver in 'requiring' that the 'problem' get solved?

What evidence do you all think was not in the arrest warrants that we are going to see during this trial that will be worse than the interviews? Do you think they have other bombshells besides the interviews?

Am I the only one who is doubting the story about MT sleeping with her daughter due to a storm? (even if LE were wrong about no storm) I can believe that it was part of the alibi and was planned, or that MT was so anxious because she knew what was about to happen that SHE wanted to sleep with her daughter.
You are not the only one. I maintain that Fotis was not in his bed-is there video showing him leaving that morning?

Likely not a popular view-->>as gov/state holds power of which citizens prosecute or not---justice is not served when any agents of govt making inaccurate testimony (30 stops) to get a warrant. The govt/state should not be able to misstate information to get warrant then prosecute u with that info. That is called Fvckery not Justice!

Jennifer deserved the best investigators CT had to offer!

Are you trying to tell me the keystone cops that made this mistake (erroring on side grace) are the same ones entrusted to solving Jennifer's murder??

I am a big fan of justice. I am also believer that everyone in this country deserves a fair trial. If state/govt wants to prosecute ppl for crimes their ship better be high & tight. No fvckery! (btw, how the fvck do you lose a signed doc involving Miranda rights? no words. clown show)

Michelle's Dog is Not Barking
Where is her sadness or her fear or maybe her anger---the mother of Fotis 5 beautiful children is suddenly missing???
Why is there NO concern for Fotis 5 children (with Jennifer) during this terrible living nightmare??
Listening as she described her trip in grocery store, you might get the impression she has not a care in world--when actually her world has been turned upside down. After all she is the girlfriend of man whose soon to be ex with whom he has 5 kids is just suddenly missing. wtf.

when you know. you know.

MT displays desperation in today's interview. She's asked a question, then may respond by saying, "Yes. No!" Well, which is it? She'll often tell the interviewer: "I know."

She's purposefully misleading and knows how to waste time by wearing others down in the weeds. She'd make an awful witness for the D because she doesn't quite know when to shut up. She paints herself into a dark hole and has to lie her way out of it.

Today, with all of the confidence of a practiced con, she argued that she had not told the investigators about showering with Fotis on morning of the 24th yet we've heard her with our own ears say she did. It was one of her first lies. The investigators didn't appear surprised she denied saying she showered w Fotis and neither did her lawyer. She was lying about telling a lie.

Then, comes the con with a story about not wanting to be alone since Jen is missing because she's afraid of Jennifer wanting to kill her and her daughter. The jury knows Jennifer was not one to be feared. However, Michelle wants everyone to think she was scared of Jennifer because it would imply that Michelle knew nothing and had nothing to do with Jennifer's bloody murder days earlier. What a fool she is!

WE haven't seen the 70MS security video footage yet at trial. I do wonder if we will be treated to FD spending the night at 80MS and he and KM leaving from there in the am? Will any lights be visible on the night or early am before the murder at 80MS?

I thought the prevailing view was that FD left 4Jx very early in the am on the murder date and went to 80MS which seemed to be their staging ground. MT wouldn't or couldn't have seen him when she allegedly woke up as he wasn't there. She tried to dance around this issue (with heavy shoes imo) by saying that FD had been waking up earlier around the time of the murder. This could have been true as he might have been conditioning himself for a very long and physically demanding day and so needed to acclimate to the early am start as my guess is FD never woke up early!

If the vehicle data were available that would perhaps tell the story as well. Or, could he have used the off road vehicle that MT was rambling on about today when she was showing her 3 nonsense maps to law enforcement?

Many possibilities I think for FD to get from 4Jx to 80MS without detection. MT in true MT fashion talking about knowing that the security camera was at 70MS. Could FD have entered 80MS without detection of the camera? IDK. But where would they have staged the vehicles to avoid the cameras possibly on the murder date?

Sniped by me to focus on this brilliant statement:

She was lying about telling a lie.

And your second brilliant imo statement: JMOO Truth simplifies things. Where MT didn't get the memo on truth!
MT and lying about telling a lie.

Perfection and thank you for putting a perfect bow on 2 days of HELL watching MT speaking with law enforcement. I think you nailed it! Thank you!!

I think your perfectly simple and absolutely true imo statement summed up over 90% of the MT law enforcement interview content.

MT is unable to tell the truth it seems EVEN IF its in her own best interest. And as you so brilliantly imo point out, she reverts to her comfort zone which is lying to the point of lying about her prior lie/s.

Truth is a foreign concept to MT and any time she feels discomfort or is challenged by something or someone then the lies start and never seem to end. The lies are couched in endless attempts of distraction, redirection, gross personal oversharing and other forms of deception. And then when things really become too much for her she throws up her hands or puts her head on the table or raises her voice or cries crocodile tears. I think it was when she seemed to peak up through her eyelids to see if her crying was having any impact at changing the line of questioning was when I realised that MT sees herself as something of an actress drama queen and no doubt has years and years of experience and has honed her skills of manipulation to be quite effective with certain susceptible individuals.

Truly seeing Atty Bowman buying what she was selling and defending her in a protective way was imo stunning as was her dropping to her knees and seeing him physically recoil and almost shout, "...please get up...". What a SHOW as I fully expected the screen in Court to next be seen blurred as MT tried to give a BJ in the interview room. That was certainly NOT on my Bingo card! Yikes!

Dios Mio and hate to say it but I will: Watching the MT law enforcement interviews imo was like watching a telenovela written by someone on CRACK! But it was brilliant performance art and gave us a perfect view into the imo very sick and twisted mind of an absolutely self absorbed narcissistic MT who was angry (very angry) that the divorce wasn't wrapped up.

What was also facinating is that MT had a perfect catalog in her head of ALL the FD properties including the option properties that we didn't have all the knowledge of ages ago when the properties were being researched here. Nope, MT knew it all and to the penny could probably tell you how much it might be worth. What she didn't know was that it was leveraged beyond saving as the properties weren't selling as they were simply white elephants built to most likely spend the last of the Farber money! I now very much wonder if FD ever really cared about selling the houses? I also very much wonder how much of the Farber money was siphoned off by FD and MT to Rena in Greece for "architectural services rendered". Did FD build all the white elephants simply to siphon off as much money as he could to Rena in Greece? Idk, but it seems possible imo.

It also convinced me that MT made the perfect co-conspirator for FD as there was absolutely NOTHING that she wouldn't do or say to get what she wanted. And imo make no mistake that what MT wanted was the life that JF had and ALL the money that JF had.

And I think this is what I was convinced with in the MT law enforcement interviews, any reasonable doubt removed as to the capacity of MT to participate in the murder of JF. The interviews to me at least confirmed at least a years worth of planning by MT, FD and KM and I'm convinced with a STRONG ASSIST from Mama Troconis as we saw MT talking about meeting with psychologists to make sure she was safe and registering (or attempting to register) with the Farmington PD about her fears for her safety from JF. Tell me MT and FD came up with that doozy idea? Yowza!

But, one of the fascinating tidbits from the MT ramblings in the interview was the confirmation of how integral her mother Mama Troconis was to so much of what went on. I have to revise my statement of yesterday, "...that there were three in this marriage"...to "...that there were FOUR in this marriage...". There was JF, FD, MT and Mama Troconis. It seemed MT didn't sneeze without checking in with Mama T!

So much lying in this tragic case.

MT and FD both appear to be very accomplished liars and it seems that they not only lied to themselves BUT TO EACH OTHER and did so constantly!

Also of note, it was KM who helped her with the paperwork to try to file a restraining order against JFD (takes one to know one).

It now seems to me that Plan A (between FD, MT and KM) was to sideline JFD by hemming her in legally as an unfit parent with all the emphasis on mental health, so that FD could get sole custody and likely hefty child support payments and MT would get to be a “mother of six” as she told investigators FD had told her to get ready for (she states she was very happy about this as the Dulos kids are wonderful and she was very happy about this idea).

So it seems that the 3 of them (FD, MT and KM) had been in cahoots in how to take JFD down for a while, and when Plan A backfired in court (Herman report sealed, etc- clearly FD had spent his last pennies on the Herman report)- then they went to plan B, to get rid of JFD entirely.

MOO
BINGO!

Ys! Am wondering why it’s important to have MT out of the bedroom. What was FD doing that MT should not have seen?

IIRC they have surveillance video of FD leaving 4J around 4:30 that morning. Otherwise I might wonder if FD was even at 4J overnight. Regardless, not only did the defendant not see FD nor shower with him, I don't think he was ever in bed that night.

Just thought of this -- the 20 minute bike ride from Waveny to Welles -- do we believe this? FD really biked for 20 minutes? How'd he know he would get to Welles in time? That's some pretty precise timing if he was planning to abduct her from the garage post school drop off. Did he have some test runs? To time himself?

Do we have a timestamp for when he was captured on a neighborhood camera biking in his hoodie? Just how long was FD slithering in JFd's yard? Lie in wait. Did he watch her leave with the children? Another layer of sickening.

Another accidental truth told by the defendant? That FD had been getting up at -- didn't she say -- 4:30 recently? Either to cover up for the oddity of doing so that day (which he didn't) but because he had been -- because he was practicing his bike ride....

Audacious to insert himself into the careful sanctuary of JFd's backyard just days before he ambushed her. Doing his own ugly recon.

Evil.

Black jeans. Shaved head. Honky Tacoma. Trash Odyssey. And the defendant had no idea? Her fingerprints say otherwise.

Just to make sure - this day 11 - was ONLY the second interview held in Andrew Bowman's office, discussing yesterday, correct? TIA! :)

They did NOT play 3rd interview yet, correct?

I believe that is correct.

I wonder if a different detective conducted the third interview since the State ended their direct examination of this detective before showing it.

I don't understand why the judge ruled that Interviews 1 and 2 had to be played consecutively. It skips important chronology. The State did a good job with pausing to let the witness insert What We Had Learned in the meantime, but that was a weird ruling. Would have flowed better to play the first one, cover discoveries in order and then play the second one.

All in all thought the State is very organized.

There is also a third interview that is expected to be played, but it's not been announced when yet (to my knowledge). The discussed all three interviews and agreed when the first two interviews would be played and the chronology, but I never heard when the 3rd interview would be played.

Correct. As per the P they are playing the third interview later in the trial. Imo
