Did JS just try to twist and turn this away from what had happened with his involvement with the box and letter?

  • #1,042
So we don't expect to hear about the tools that were in the box? Or am I not understanding any of this.
Doesn’t sound like it.

Still can't find the tweets and have searched by "Latest" and "Top." Unrelated, I was thinking that poor Pawel needs to be paid back for all the sleepless nights, fear and inconvenience caused to him and his family over the past 5 years.
With you on PG.

Yeah, it works for me on mobile, not sure about desktop... I'm sorry!
In addition to the MT account itself, it might be helpful to see who she retweets and her interactions; her family and IMO family hiding behind another account name interact with her and run interference.

Hesitant to put particulars of handles since they're not directly part of the trial (but HAVE inserted themselves, holding forth on the courthouse steps—gag and gag order, please!)

Judge says introduce does not preclude cross.

State isn't introducing the box.

Only the hoodie and bucket in the Tacoma.

How it got to TK is a mystery.

State can introduce the hoodie and pail.

Part2

State will withdraw the DQ.

Judge says he nagged a distinction between what's in the box vs what's in the Tacoma

Man, now JS is arguing about the sweatshirt in the Tacoma.

Yes

Simply no words and I don’t understand why he wasn’t charged and disbarred. MOO
Have you ever seen such disarray of a defense lawyer? This is unreal. Why was he allowed to go on with this case?

  • #1,047
Judge is going to allow the inquiry, preserve it for appellate review.

NO MENTION OF THE BOX.

  • #1,048
Sit down and STFU JS!

  • #1,049
JS is arguing both sides! He wants to cross examine the witness without being DQed.

  • #1,050
Judge: the stipulation precludes the cross, not the Court

BAM

I would pay money to read the States motion to disqualify “esteemed defence counsel” from the trial. I am sure it had every twist and turn and dirty tricks etc. undertaken by “esteemed defence counsel”. Shameful imo.
Judge saw through the smoke.

Need a civil action to get that compensation…he has been tormented and that imo is totally wrong.
MOO
This man needs a Fundy for a bajillion-catrillion dollars. But no amount of money could ever adequately compensate him for what he’s been through. He’s yet another victim…

Edit: typo. I feel the “R” is important in “Catrillion”

PG said there was a hoodie or jacket in the bucket. Blue.

Smaller than 5 gallon bucket. With a spout. Like a cleaning pail.

Told FD he left the bucket in the laundry room.

Then went to work back in NC, left the Tacoma parked at the grass parking spot.

This part with the judge about the sweatshirt is worth going back to watch, for those reviewing. Heightened passions is putting it mildly.

McG (state) vociferously takes down JS.
Albeit he has to apologize to Judge R for his “zeal”- Judge R admonishes him, “no buts”.

One last but (or that might be butt): JS is a crock of [“am I allowed to use bad words?”]. Piece of work…

I personally think the behaviour of MT and her family and her counsel has been so egregious against PG that a suit is the only way to achieve justice.

PG helped FD move firewood.

MT brought up Jennifer's disappearance.

MT was upset her photo and daughter were in the news.

MT said she was going to kill that f'ing b*tch when she turns up.

Then FD entered the room.

Recently he told this to the DA. He wanted to minimize involvement, didn't think that people mean things like that.

I guess all that lunchtime blather about sweet little Michi just went up in smoke.

PG just relays MT second reference to JD as “b#^^”- MT didn’t like that her pics were in the news so she tells PG “I’m gonna kill that b+!#€ when she shows up!”

PG tells MT not to say things like that, did not like that she said that. FD came out of dining room and it was awkward- Maybe because FD had already killed JD??? MOO.

I don’t disagree. I’d just rather see him be able to put this entire situation behind him with a massive pile of money that he doesn’t have to fight for.

Conversation happened May 28 or 29. Went back to 4 JC to get his vape charger. Afternoon. Saw no one, called FD. Asked FD if he had his truck. FD said he was washing it. PG joked, "did you get it fixed too?" 10-15 minutes later, FD returned with the Tacoma. Parked it on the grass.

Tacoma was just washed.

FD started messing with the seat, said they look ghetto, you did fix that. Change the seats, lower the price, sell it, I'll give you a good price for the Jeep.

Objection, hearsay. Overruled.

Didn't want the Jeep.

FD mentioned on another date to go to a dealership.

FD was alone, PG did not see MT.

FD gave PG the key to the Tacoma. Pocketed it.

Left with the Jeep.
