PG had been leaving his Tacoma at 4 JC to drive company cars for a year to a year and a half.

FD had never washed his car before.

Objection. Judge: sharpen the question

FD asked PG to come to 4 JC and move his truck. Because the news was there abd he had no key.

PG went there with his wife.

State asks if PG was suspicious....

Objection, irrelevant. Overruled.

PG was not suspicious of FD atv that time. Trusted he was a good guy.

May 30.

FD asks if he wantedvto go to the Chevy dealership to find a small Chevy. PG doesn't like Chevy. FD told him to go to the junkyard, buy seats with cash... if we talk on the phone, let's call it "hardware", not seats.

PG was shocked, didn't know what to say. Said nothing. Next day, went to the junkyard.

Growing nervous, suspicious.

Why did you go to the junkyard?

I didn’t why to lose my job. Had a wife, two kids. Health insurance. I would have to move to another state.

FD had a noncompete on PG. so he would have to move out of state if he quit.

Another employee quit and FD was going after him “really hard”.

(Was this GV?? He left to work in NY and then FL) IIRC.

Interesting tidbit about the non-compete clause. No wonder he was reluctant to say anything. Poor guy.

Have you ever seen such disarray of a defense lawyer? This is unreal. Why was he allowed to go on with this case?
Good question ….it is imo shameful.

Went to 61 Sturbridge on Friday May 31st.
Set up dehumidifiers -- flooded basement.

Drove back towards Farmington in the Jeep. FD called him, asked him I'd he was going to get the hardware.

What were you thinking when he said this

Objection

Judge: grounds?

Irrelevant, speculation, he could be thinking about going to the movies

Sustained as asked.

2nd objection

Judge asks for a sharper question

PG was nervous.

State asks how FD was acting

Objection over acting

Judge says State can ask how it pleases. Overruled.

Possible. But there were others that it could have been as well. MOO

Went to junkyard. Trying to analyze FD, why does he want the seats changes. Asking himself, how can I not change the seats and not lose my job

Can you imagine having two small children, wife and being threatened with your green card and the non compete?

Vile person was FD and his friend Mark Masiello.

JS: OBJECTION, OBJECTION, OBJECTION, on and on….

  • #1,071
Really feel bad for what PG went through. FD is evil personified.

  • #1,072
I don’t disagree. I’d just rather see him be able to put this entire situation behind him with a massive pile of money that he doesn’t have to fight for.
Don’t disagree but it was already offered to his atty and I believe it was declined. The suit would clear his name once and for all.

FD gave him some phone numbers. If your approached by police, don't talk to them. Call am attorney. FD brought up his green card, deportation

How did you feel about this conversation?

JS 3 part objection, overruled

PG said he didn't need a lawyer, he could just talk to the police

Spent an hour or two at the junkyard. Went to another junkyard. Service junkyard had a set, $150, in 2 days.

PG didn't want to do the seats.

Went to a body shop. Asked if he had seats, could fix his mechanical issues.

Returned to 4 JC at 3-3:30-4-4:30.

FD was in his office.

PG went off on him. Why did you clean my truck? FD smiled. PG asked again. FD said you weren't ever going to.

Then talked about having been at Welles. Hugged Jennifer, held her cat, wore the sane clothes in the Tacoma.

Why did you want me to change the seats? He said we didn't need to talk about it. Just do it. Kept pressing, kept pressing.

PG went to 585 Deercliff. Battery was dead, couldn't move seats. Went back to 4 JC, told him he couldn't do it. FD told him to get a booster, he'd help him. Told PG to change the seats and get rid of the other ones.

PG did not want to lose his job.

PG had to go buy a wrench at Auto Zone and then removed the seats. Put them in the back, folded the seats down.

Took a half hour. Went back to 4 JC

Recess until 4

PG is hitting his stride. Direct and articulate but not slick. Powerful, powerful witness. More prayers and good vibes his way.

Hate is a dangerous emotion but I feel such rolling anger at FD for using a person like this.

PG is an honest, hardworking father and FD is exploiting his loyalty, under a thinly veiled threat of deportation. Unconscionable.

I'm just so so so angry.

FD and the defendant are hellbound. One word comes to the surface and they share it equally.

RUTHLESS.

On “esteemed defence counsel” and box history from the document kindly posted above by @Gardenista, I’ve long been curious about where the box came from….not surprisingly it has a very “stinky” past going back to more smelly defence attorneys imo…in this case Pattis.

Just shameful behaviour from attorneys in CT and no accountability.

Atty bowman didn’t cooperate and god knows how long Pattis had been sitting on the evidence as well.

But for Schoenhorn to sit on it for a year and then attempt to cutely try to hide behind attorney privilege is simply the cherry on top of what I believe to be a series of unlawful acts undertaken by this group of attorney’s.

Entire episode is disgusting and shameful imo.

Notice that Schoenhorn had no simple answer when questioned in court and immediately jumped into the typical “toddler” response to distract and talk about bike clip video in NC that had nothing to do with the box situation iirc.

Shameful and wrong imo.

After this testimony there is no doubt in my mind that the jury would find the coward guilty beyond a reasonable doubt without a body. Now I hope we keep moving right along with with her guilt and conspiracy.

Powerful statement and I would say I agree and would like to add that evil comes to mind for people that abuse others as FD and MT and her family have abused PG.

It’s evil pure and simple and imo so are they ALL!

I don't think he will be intimidated on cross.
