OMG, JS is delusional
He was unmasked today in front of the Court in a major way and I don’t think he ever expected this would happen on national tv either.

I don’t think he feels shame but I’m sure he is deeply humiliated and possibly embarrassed.

Today was a big day for the Prosecution (yay finally!).

If it is not patently obvious to the jury now that FD killed JD then it never will be. Such suspicious, underhanded behavior by FD and Michi was right there in the thick of it with him, helping him trying to covere up the obvious.

Today was a very bad day for the defendant. Thousands of people listened to the testimony of this brave man, PG. I'll donate if there's a place. TIA

It's doubtful that MT sheds a tear about today's revelations. Her attorney has her convinced that he can get her off the hook of these horrible charges, including conspiracy to commit murder. They are wrong.

In honor of Jennifer Dulos, I ordered a tshirt. Below is an image of the back of it.

I so feel for PG. He likely telegraphed guilt but he was in internal conflict. Didn't want to cross FD, didn't want to lose his job. I'm sure he was thinking wife, kids, food, mortgage, non compete, moving, green card, deportation.

His children can be so proud of their dad's integrity. In him the Dulos children, too, have a fine example of a true man. Humble. Honest. Hard-working. With nothing to hide.

JS said he has “at least” four full days of testimony on defense case.

He has 2 expert witnesses coming in that he only gave prosecution their CVs and no reports.
Got lost here. What does this mean?

JS just found two surprise experts. Gave the State no reports as to what they're set to testify to.

I trust one isn't a 6th grade teacher.

What a day….

So much to unpack and think about.

But what I feel is profound admiration for PG who did the right thing when it might not have been easy or convenient for him or his family.

I can’t help contrasting how PG conducted himself vs how MT has conducted herself through this entire proceeding.

MT has expressed nothing but anger at having been inconvenienced by this entire tragic case. I just can’t get her own testimony out of my head when she said, “I’ve already spent three weeks on this” to LE in her interview. Heartless, callous, indifferent, cruel and evil imo doesn’t even begin to cover it with MT.

To me, the contrast between these two individuals in terms of integrity and certainly honestly could not be more stark. PG understood right and wrong and knew also the potential of FD and MT to harm him, and he acted with integrity imo. I am just glad that he had an attorney with integrity to help him through what I can only describe as a total nightmare of a situation for an innocent person.

JS's theatrics amount to a monkey with a bell signaling "wake up, this next thing is really important". Surely not his intent but hello.

They are budgeting for march 1 to be done and then put case in hands of jury.

Fwiw I just don’t see it.

Judge is trying to give jury heads up on schedule to be fair to them.

Wait! The defense has at least 4 days of testimony.
That's all?
Woo Hoo.

He is playing games and seems to be springing two experts on state with no reports. State isn’t having it and so will file motion to resolve the matter.

OMGosh...And so incredibly insolent to Your Honor. If he's this irreverent to the judge, imagine how he'll be to the witness? Pawel is such a humble man, trying to do the right thing. I think he's focusing on Jennifer and her children and staying strong for them, telling the truth and won't bend or break under cross. Nope. He'll be measured and look the jury in the eyes with Truth.

Okay, it's not just me thinking that's paltry when compared to the state's case?

The whole situation with evidence turning up with a letter from the attorney -- when has this ever happened? The State doesn't even know if it's actual or manufactured evidence.

But because JS has inserted himself into the middle of that, the State would necessarily have to call him as a witness. Hence the conflict of interest. He can't be defense counsel and State's witness in the same case. So the State filed the motion to DQ him.

They finally reached an agreement. The State would withdraw the DQ motion and JS would not mention the box/contents. As if it didn't exist. Signed and stipulated.

Today he argues that, if the State is going to introduce the pail and sweatshirt in the Tacoma, he can now cross examine PG without violating the stipulation because he's not introducing it, they are.

Judge didn't bite.

Told JS he can't cross on it either. It's the equivalent of introducing.

JS got quite animated, all but accused the Judge of impeding his defense.

Judge reminded him HE (JS) SIGNED THE STIPULATION.

Told JS he is bound by the stipulation, not by the Court.

I wanted to hear a chorus of hell yeahs!

Quite an interesting day and an amazing witness PG. And also surprising that defense counsel was opining on how any delays in this trial were not their supposed doings. I imagine that it has taken some newly found ‘experts’ some time to work with all of the evidence thus far in order to come up with their perspective. Will be interested in the state’s motions on that development. MOO

Scary thing is though -- legal integrity being what it is, and JS's especially -- IMscaredO if JS "goes there" anyway -- pressing PG on the sweatshirt and introducing in any sort of way the one from the box -- the judge could be forced to call a mistrial, no?

Sanctions, sure.

But the damage would be done.

Lead defense counsel opening the door for the State to call him as a witness --

The whole trial would combust.

The Judge is solid though. He's not going to let that happen.

Following court, Gumienny attorney Lindy Urso said his client has "mixed emotions."

"He's a very private person," Urso said. "He's not happy at all about being thrust into the spotlight with the cameras. By the same token, he's anxious and happy to know that the circus is just about over."

He said he was hoping Gumienny would be done testifying after a day of anticipated cross-examination Wednesday.
