I wish mothers of these young toddlers would make better decisions about who they allow to live in their residences around their kids.

It's a tough society, economically speaking......but the kid's welfare must be first and foremost. Young mothers are trying to finish school, start a career, and take care of toddlers. Very difficult.

But if they are not careful, the results are so much more difficult to deal with.

So very, very sad.
