Okay, I couldn't take much of a break because I think there's something important here (bolded above).

I just found what I was looking for - in the transcript from the 000 call, Couple of points:

-bit of discrepancy in what he's saying - he gives his home address as his location, says his wife isn't home, then later says he is out driving the streets whilst on the phone to the police
-he says his father is looking after the kids, and he needs to get home to get them ready

In Keiron Ash's statement, GBC told him that OW had been out driving looking for Allison as well, and he also said he had called OW to take the girls to school.

Something's off here......Someone must have seen those scratches on his face....

They did but believe he went a round or two or three, (who can remember in a rush?) with a Gillette Mach 3.

Marly, I can only go on about five years ago, as I am in Vic now, but depending on the time, but early in morning or late at night 10 mins, in peak hour it could be anything.

TM is a tragic - but honestly -she doesn't accept what is happening and if you are not in a position to accept life's harsh reality you are not ready to realise that someone like GBC can be so vile and disrespectful to the point of framing you. And you won't be ready to give up on them -and you will do whatever it takes to help them. She won't accept the truth until she is is in up to her neck. Gbc picks his partners to be dependent and need attention and direction who in turn get their self esteem from being loyal and given affirmation.

I wonder is TM has read Phillip Broom's affidavit where he mentions GBC's comment about TM. Paragraph 51, which continues over onto the next page.

the bit that struck me in that record of interview with Narelle Curtiss is this bit, I cant copy it in , so typing off a printed sheet.

'Gerard* .. in the morning , usually, ( indistinct) this morning was no different, I check all my emails while I am sitting on the toilet (??) I did that , um, then, um and then I was rushing 'cause. I needed...

* Gerard* ............to get all the girls up.. S<modsnip> got up,. And then I cut myself.. and she is always the first to get up but she was late this morning. They were all tired. They all had a cross country......

It appeared to me , that S<modsnip> would have seen him uncut, then. * if in fact, he actually did hack himself shaving ) . .S<modsnip> gets up, THEN I cut myself.....

Only two people never mentioned or even seemed to notice Geralds self carving of his own jaw that morning, and that was Nige and Olivia.. everyone else.. Consts Ash and Hammond, Sen Sgts Curtis and Jackson, the Dickies, Kerrie, everyone said, .. your face!!.. wha?? in the policepeoples case, and the Dickies, it was the first thing they asked.

I must say on whats been heard, in my mind, far from creating doubt that GBC is guilty.. its looking more and more.. like all roads lead to him.. I still wonder about Olivia and whether she knows something or whether she just blindly wants to believe that he is innocent, because she can not believe the alternative.. And whether TM knew something also even if after the fact- I think there is more there. MOO

15 minutes or so. 5mins to Kenmore Plaza -then 5mins to Indro - then 5mins to St Lucia give or take depending on traffic. Peak time could be 30 minutes along Moggill Road.

I used to be a "Western Suburbs" girl many moons ago and my guess (depending on traffic i.e. time of day/night) is 15 - 20 minutes.

Probably his 'plan' all along....

They won't throw her properly under the bus, perhaps just use her to create reasonable doubt that GBC is the only possible killer. But since his timelines and various accounts don't add up (A walked at night, walked in the morning, etc.) there is no way of blaming her without him being involved, he would have to explain how it all happened without him knowing or noticing anything.

That's the million dollar question. He seems to have contradicted himself depending on who he was speaking to at the time.

Normally I would say someone under extreme stress (missing partner) could mix up some details, but GBC went to great lengths to explain his morning routine in detail. The discrepancies suggest to me what he is saying is part truth, part created memory.

according to whats on the record of interview at his home that morning, yes.

he says .. . * precis* .. got up. toilet and emails. I was rushing. that s<modsnip> got up. THEN I cut myself.

Now. .. I dont know, nor do I wish to know, how long Gerard remains in the toilet to do his emails.. I dont know if he shaves * and tears chunks out of his face* before he showers... did he shower and get dressed AFTER he went 'driving around"?? he rang in at 7.15.. said he got up at 6am .. thats an hour and a bit..

A question of acoustics, would GBC be able to clearly hear all the proceedings? Is there some sort of audio equipment to assist? I found in the gallery it was at times hard to hear everything
