The phone records say he called Nige at about 6:57.

That's what has me stumped. The call to OOO was started at 7.15am. He said in that call that NBC was already at his home, and GBC said he was out driving the streets whilst on the call to police. NBC could have flown out of bed and rushed over, but it just doesn't sit right.

what was the order of the cars in the driveway? I cant quite remember

found it.

Statesman directly in front of house facing down driveway
Prado across driveway
Captiva reversed under carport
Blue sedan parked end of driveway facing house

has me stumped too, strange.. Dont know why either the constables or the next responders, the Sen Sgts didnt ask Nige what time he arrived at Allisons place.. I know that Sen Sgt Jackson told Nige to stop loading stuff from the house into his car, and to not leave the premises..

and that bit was odd, too. because when Jackson says this, Gerard steps in and says .....'um.. dad.... that alright with you?? '... like as if Nige has a choice..

Dont know if the Third Responders, the detectives posed the question. . .

He shaved twice! Yeah right. Your wife is missing, you think it's serious enough to call police, you aren't going to be thinking about going to work and getting gussied up are you?

You never know what female may cross paths throughout the day, female doctors, female police, lady postie-every reason to get gussied up ya gotta get gussied up in that mustard jacket & pink bike. Girls girls girls!!

I wonder when we'll see TM's 5th statement to police -

http://m.couriermail.com.au/news/qu...-of-wife-allison/story-e6freoof-1226600463908

He said detectives had to issue a warning to Ms McHugh before she gave her fifth statement after discovering she had earlier "failed to disclose" a phone call with Baden-Clay.

"She told us she had not had any contact with Gerard Baden-Clay and we were aware that that was untrue," he said.

Mr Davis asked how police were aware of the phone call.

"I'm not really sure how to answer that ... covert technology," Det Sgt Roddick said.

Det Sgt Roddick denied giving Baden-Clay any instructions to stay away from the ground search in case he stumbled upon a crime scene.

"It wasn't given to him by me and I'm not aware of that direction given to him per se," he said.

Same here. Til then I didn't have an opinion, but I was sitting there with my kids watching the news that night and after seeing his little display I just said "OMG, he did it!!" Just was not the way a worried hubby acts. If only he'd forgotten where he was and asked her out on camera!!!! :floorlaugh:

Another thing that caught my attention with that interview was, his words "i'm trying to look after my children at the moment" not our children, he had assumed ownership of the children, because he knew Allison wasn't coming home.

I thought Kerrieanne or one of her friends was picking up the girls because Allison was going to the seminar?

:floorlaugh: I must ask, where did the pink bike come from?

and then OW returned after bringing the kids to school in yet another car, didn't she?

I know one thing for sure, if he gets off and TM & he hook up again with Allisons money & children I will not cope & I'm not coping with that very thought now.
In the courtroom TM gives longing looks towards him OMG THAT'S SOOOO CRUEL TO ALLISONS FAMILY SITTING THERE IN FRONT OF HER---just imagine their hurt & horror

Get your lawyers ready because he'll save his bum over yours

Can one of our brains trust remember when we find out the admissibility of the Relationships Australia files?

Trying to catch up as usual, so sorry if this has been answered.

I believe they said it wont be happening.

that bit I cant figure out.. Olivias car, the one she arrived in , in response to Gerards summons, was the one the police constables, Ash and Hammond parked behind, blocking Olivias exit with the kids being taken to school. ( at 8am?. what do they do in the schoolground till school starts at 9am?) so it would seem that Olivias car was the 3rd car in. . this order.

Niges in. Gerards out, Gerards back, Olivias in. This makes Olivias car the one the police are blocking. Not Niges. Not Gerards, and his reversing skill in getting the captiva round the Prado, lets leave that aside for one moment.. its Olivias car thats last in. ..

Not Nigels. SO. Nige there before Olivia.

ok, so now I have a clear picture in my mind, Bleeding, caterpillar splotched man(?) wearing mustard jacket cycling a pink bike with a breathing apparatus and ladies clothes.. me thinks me needs a break...

DunnoZo made me do it! Omg what an image

:great:

Perhaps GBC called NBC on the landline around 6.30, and he came over in BWANA. Then GBC went out driving and called NBC on the mobile at 6.57 (why), then the police at 7.15.

Unless the girls were booked into before school care, and why would they as GBC would have been able to take them to school, then I think OW got them out of the house at GBC's request and may have taken them to say Maccas for a play to use up time until she could take them to school. The youngest girl was in prep and she would have needed to be taken into her classroom and get settled for the day. So then OW drove them to school, took the youngest one into her room then came back. If she changed cars as I haven't got my head around that yet, then she did that either before or after the school drop off.

its all in the numbers, Ali. registration numbers, phone numbers , dollar numbers... this murder was spawned in numbers , lived and thrived in numbers and will end in numbers, too.

I know i could not kill another person unless it was protecting my children in that case I'd be mother bear. If it was to defend myself I'd more than likely freeze, mmm maybe. I think I can speak for all of you normal people on this site. To kill a loved one like this is beyond my thinking, I've absolutely hated people and wish horrid things but never contemplate going the whole 9 yards. I think there are reptile people among us, no feelings & cold blooded.
Just don't get it.
