Its over....... waiting for a DCF report again it sounds like..... one caseworker out of town? I didn't get that part.... this needs finalized. What was the part about being back in 6 months when he is adjudicated not guilty... does anyone REALLY believe that will happen? Ok, well, we are in Florida and maybe he's writing FCA for tips. UGH>

When I heard it my guess was they have seen his deposition of what he said to law enforcement for his plea deal.

So, by being declared adjudicated dependent, does that mean the DCF now has permanent custody of the girls or do we have to wait for the next hearing in 4 days for that decision? TIA!

MAG still has temporary custody, but now that they've been declared dependent they will be supervised by the state.

So the Judge told Mummert he could not ask certain questions and then Mummert goes ahead and asks CWW if he hit TS in the head 3 times. Now I want to know how Mummert knows it was 3 times. Was that info released in docs? What that info from MS? Did Mummert just throw a number out there to see if CWW would correct him? CWW better not screw up in testifying or he will lose getting out of jail before he dies.

I do think MS watched the murder too. That info might be on one of the phones that CWW did not throw away.

When he wasn't in jail, he couldn't take care of them financially either, so what's the diff? He no longer had a job, the IRS lien was looming, so there was that issue WHILE HE WAS FREE, in addition to not being able to make mortgage payments, so there's that third thing that makes no difference wherever he is.

Oh, and he "can't monitor his children's phone or internet for safety"? (paraphrasing)
I think he means "can't control"

MS's lawyer sounded pretty certain, I wonder how he got that info. So IF CWW did hit her with the hammer 3 times that means JR hit her 14. For what purpose? The entertainment of MS if he was indeed watching? I just can't wrap my head around this, what the hell was going on??? Horrible!

CWW knows that MS is attempting to put the murder of TS completing on him. Seems that MS' defence is going to be something about CWW never seeing/hearing about any marriage discord UNTIL MS visit to MO for CWW' wedding.

Also, if the jury has a problem believing CWW in MS' trial, since he is a professed killer, then couldn't the prosecution say " that
MS had no problem using him as a witness in his child custody hearing?

Ah, great point Bobbywoo and a shout out to IQuestion for the godfather reference: insisting CWW be present to testify could have been just to let CWW know that MS knows what was in the sealed plea?

I know there's strategy going on there, but what? The defense wants CWW to testify here, but requests that the testimony be sealed and not admissible in any civil or criminal proceedings against MS?

Also, when Mummert tells MS to be calm, MS nods and takes a couple of deep breaths while an officer stands in readiness directly behind MS and has his hand on the chair back.
You can also hear the continued deep breaths as we watch CWW walk to the stand - approx. 16:04 (hard to tell exact time with my cursor)

Was MS taking his glasses off in preparation for a rumble like the girls on Jerry Springer who remove their hoops and heels?
