I seriously doubt that Bradley is going to walk free. There's other evidence. It's just tragic that the families have to be drug through the muck and mire for another second. They need to get on with their healing and that's nigh impossible with yet another court hearing looming or a headline in your face every day.
I imagine that LE have smacked their heads on the wall concerning the seizure of the items in the building NOT listed in the SW. It's really more than a technicality, IMO, it was a really unfortunate choice of whomever was supervising the search. I believe that Bradley was already in custody or secured when they did the search. It would have only taken another hour or so to have requested that another building be included in the SW.
I think that this judge knew very well that this evidence would not stand up on appeal. But who knows, maybe a miracle will occur and the high court will allow it in and affirm. The whole argument goes back to a certain building's color. The matter is highly subjective.
