Debate Thread for Caylee is alive

  • #141
Also, if Cindy and George believe that Caylee is alive then why did they close down the trust fund for finding Caylee?

entire thread about this . . . IIRC it was an illegal trust and WAS closed down.

Do you have children? I am not trying to demean your post. But MOST parents no matter what the circumstances would contact LE as soon as their child was taken. NO MATTER WHAT!
Lets just go with that Casey doesn't trust LE and she didn't want to go to them with this. WHY would she not tell friends or family members so they could help find Caylee? Hire a Private Investigator? When your child goes missing you DON'T act normal, party and cook dinner for you boyfriend,....YOU USE ALL YOUR RESOURCES TO FIND YOUR CHILD!!!!!!!
Thats what a REAL PARENT would do, unless they are the reason the child is no longer.
I am not directing this post to you, per say, I am just saying what I think,.. a mother of two year old. :blowkiss: JMO

OR...if she didn't "trust" LE, WHY didn't she go straight to the FBI?? Her father used to be a police officer. Why not trust him. If your child is missing you would not be telling lie after lie to everyone including your family.

None of this passes the sniff test.

Hope I did this right...I'm new!

Thank you. :blowkiss:

I don't doubt they have evidence from the body farm, forensics, the death band on the hair. The question is, is it really from Caylee? That is what I keep coming back to.

I fully believe it is from Caylee.

It's been reported that it was from either Casey or Caylee, as they both carry exact DNA (mitochondrial?). The difference is .. one strand shows a death band, the other does not. We know Casey isn't dead.

My other thought about this hair is if they did drug testing on both Casey and Caylee. That has been eating at me.

I think you did just fine. :)

I'll ask you this as I asked it to another poster.

If this person was so trusted, why haven't they stepped forward by now?

Maybe it's not a matter of them stepping forward, but a matter of Casey holding her back? As I theorized in the second link I gave you, if Casey is involved in another, different murder, and LE is using the label "child killer" in order to force her to talk about what she knows, Casey can sit back under all that pressure and avoid answering as long as Caylee is missing.

Also, perhaps, perhaps...? LE is taking this tack in order to lull the others into a false sense of security, to assure them that Casey is NOT cooperating.

I have a 3 yr old grandbaby named Kailyn. Before this case I was always calling her my "Kailee Baby". I can no longer call her that. :(

I have a daughter Kailey , since this case has started when we are in public and I say her name everyone turns to look .

In my original theory in re NG I posited that Casey could have transported the murder weapon. IMO, that would explain the three seperate hits in the backyard. You could imagine a person moving a hammer or something like that around, maybe in an effort to decide where to bury it. We know from media reports that NG murder scene was "horrific". Any murder weapon would necessarily contain a lot of forensic evidence.(this would also apply to clothing or other, smaller items items containing forensic evidence)

Of all of the "Alive believers" theories I have to say this one is the most well thought out. However, I would have to ignore the behavior of Casey and the decomposing hair and the not reporting the missing/stolen child ever. I keep wondering how long Casey would have played this "she's with the nanny" story. Casey did not want to report this, it was Cindy who called the police.

Is there something to go on where you all can help me believe that Caylee is alive? I would love to cross back over and want to see what others see.

Heppa Sistah Out :)

That goes double for me too

Excellent point!!! But why would Casey have the murder weapon?

IMO IMO-- Casey could have been forced to get rid of the murder weapon so that she is no longer "just" a witness-she is implicated.

Wow!!! Didn't even go there! Great therory . . . and why would the jogger's murderer continue to keep Caylee alive this long? Or is this where the "safe family" comes in?

Ok, but there has been no one else that has come forward and said they have information.

I don't think a transaction such as this could be kept so hidden, be it handing off, adoption or murderers of this other body. I just believe if that was the case, someone else knows something.

If it were someone holding her for Casey.. a neighbor or someone would have seen her. Somebody would have come forward. This case is so highly publicized now. Everyone has a friend or enemy. Someone would have stepped forward.

But KC may not have left her with a murderer but someone she thinks will keep her safe.

Then, whose body was in the trunk? And, how did a death band get into an Anthony female hair?

Just putting some thoughts together:

Daughter missing...
Shovel borrowed
Dirt in car
Hair in car
Stain in car
Dead body odor in car
Cadaver dog hit in backyard (2 separate dogs?)
Cadaver dog hit in car (2 separate dogs?)
Chloraform odor in car
Chloraform searched on computer
Claims of a nanny no one in family or friends EVER met or spoke to
Doesn't really have a job
Therefore doesn't need a nanny
Steals
Emotionless
Lies
Daughter missing....

I agree, it's making me think overtime and isn't making my head hurt with the debate. lol...

She's? put a lot of thought into this and I appreciate it more than anyone knows.

murder weapon - not body

But...you would still tell your parents who are sick with worry. You would tell someone. You would not come up with a huge, web of lies.

Jose Baez is preparing for a murder defense. Doesn't want anymore DNA testing allowed. JMO

Two inescapables:

1) Mitochondrial DNA places it as coming from the Anthony female line. The means Cindy's mom, Cindy, Casey, or Caylee. What OTHER Anthony female cannot be accounted for?

2) If it's not Caylee's body, whose is it?

Maybe there isn't one. If she died in the truck of the car, there woudn;t be a murder weapon. Or, if it was other kinds of accidents.

Yes, "safe family" for now.

Ok, but there has been no one else that has come forward and said they have information.

If the people who have Caylee believe her life is in danger if they come forward? If they love her they will keep her hidden.

I agree, it's making me think overtime and isn't making my head hurt with the debate. lol...

She's? put a lot of thought into this and I appreciate it more than anyone knows.

Yes she, and thanks! I truly appreciate the opportunity to test my theories and I really do welcome all criticisms and questions for that reason.

Welcome, Newbie! You're right! It not only doesn't pass the sniff test, it reeks to the high heavens!
