Of course Teresa that is why he is sitting in jail for 15 years, concerned yeah right.

Yeah, thats why last Xmas, Ron told his family he had to go out and be alone to talk to Haleigh, which should raise a lot of red flags, but we know, per Charlie Jones, via the Levi Page Show, that Ron went and hooked up with Misty that night, the girl who was in charge of his "heart" the night she went missing.

Why are they not putting more heat on Teresa Neves? Her statements make Cindy Anthony tolerable.

I just can't help but to maintain my belief that Misty does not know where Haleigh is or she would have led LE to her by now. I think she only knows what she was told but it is too bad that she hasn't told who told her what to say. Then I have to wonder if she has and LE/SA just didn't want to hear it.

Misty Croslin seemed resolute and said very little during the hearing. She yelled "I love you" to her father as she was led away.

ok, I know I should just be done with these people, but I'm a glutton for punishment. I want to see what happens next, with Tommy. no way, is he gonna do his time quietly, & since LE had the nerve to call him & him alone a suspect, what next? Will they go after him, or are they done? enquiring minds want to know. or should I say enquiring mind? am I the only one, who can't stand this guy?

My thinking also...Both she and Tommy have stated publically LE is not interested in hearing anything about Ronald Cummings and his involvement..
Only thing I can think of left to do is Storm the Bastille...

Maybe what Misty and Tommy are saying about Ronald Cummings and his involvement is too ridiculous to be believed. Seriously, look at the Cousin Joe story they told.

IMO, you can't tell LE you know nothing, you know Cousin Joe did it with no Ron, AND you know Ron did it, and expect to have any credibility. Plus, LE spent days at the river searching with divers in alligator infested waters on what Tommy and/or Misty said, and they also went to TN to interview Joe again based on what Tommy and/or Misty said, plus Tommy and/or Misty IMO are both liars, so IMO if they told LE something about Ron, I'd bet LE investigated, no matter how ludicrous the tale may have been.

Dodie, I can't stand him either. But the State can call him whatever they want, if there is no evidence he will never be charged. He can be their "suspect" forever and ever--but if they had evidence to charge him they would have done it already. Unless sufficient evidence comes LE's way, no one will ever have to answer for Haleigh. Unfortunately, all the players know this.

I think the issue here with Ron, is that there may not be proof, I think Tommy found out what happened after the fact, I think Misty told him, probably when she was mad at Ron. The problem is there is not proof, and I think this really frustrates the LE here, because they cant try this case with Tommy and Mistys words because they are so out there and messed up. Whoever did this was meticulous in getting rid of the evidence, I think LE know Ronald Cummings is involved, in one way or another, otherwise he wouldn't be sitting his behind in jail.

I am going to say exactly what I feel and I really hope I don't get a T.O.

The WHOLE System has failed Haleigh Cummings, It started with CPS who never once cared to look into a child who had medical conditions and the School who apparently never cared to look into this child's life any further,And was being raised by a Father that was very well known in the community and I will guess more people knew she was not in a good home, but some were just hell bent on getting the kids away from Crystal Sheffield than caring if they had a good stable homelife... And then when she comes up missing from her own home in the middle of the night with a Father that is committing a crime with an underage Girlfriend/Babysitter, so he just marries her to make those charges go away...I would go so far as to say that there were some in LE that really did want to find this precious child, but they to were hindered by someone within LE that knows this family all to well and was probably sending detectives in the beginning to locations that were the opposite of where her little body still lays today......And lets not forget about the previous drug charges that Ron Cummings had on his record that apparently because of who you know just poof they are gone....So there was others within Putnam County that were hell bent on getting these people off the streets and they set up the secret (can't let certain LE know what you are doing) sting to at least get them off the street since Ron Cummings has likely for years been selling drugs in that county, get another persons child hooked on pills so he can have some spending money..And then lets bring in all the Lawyers who just further muddied up the waters and we have searches here there and everywhere just so these drug trafficking drug addicts can work on getting there sentenced reduced...System has failed Haleigh Cummings, I have thought since the beginning that she is laying in the woods somewhere in a close proximity to that trailer and will likely at this point never been found, and if by some luck from God that she is, then they will not be able to determine the cause of death or the time so it will just go away.....

And then there is today, what can I say another person within the judicial system that could have sent a message that with or without little Haleigh's body we are going to hold you accountable for the crimes we can prove and keep you in prison the rest of your life....Well that failed to so my guess is Yes there is something and some people who stink to high heaven within Putnam County, and when all of these felons finally get there release date, I would like to ask all within the judicial system down there if they would trust there own children or grandchildren around this group, and when they say NO, I would like to know why they are letting them loose in society.
