I have to stop translating for now. I will try to pick up later.

Thanks, L_I, for all your work. I don't think the unedited Google translate version is worth posting if you are able to help later. Incidentally I looked back at the Sky link and realise I should have said in my earlier post that they refer people to California Robin on Twitter.

'I am not able to cover the #SubmarineTrial from court today, but will keep an eye out for important information from peers in court and update here @SkyNews #KimWall #PeterMadsen'

I don't think it's been mentioned in the thread before. But sometime ago i rewatched the documentary ' Amateurs in Space' on FilmCentralen.dk ( Danes with a uni login, might be able to watch it ), and there was added a pretty large bit.

It was about PM hitting his head. This has been public for a while, but in the documentary he went to the doctors some time after, mentioning changes to his personality - He always got in arguments with people at the workshop.

This happened in 2014. Do you think it's gonna be mentioned at court? It could be an explanation for his seemingly fetisch for killing and torture. I've heard about a brain tumor causing a man to become a pedophile, and there's plenty of stories about damage to the head, and personality changes.

Now the prosecutor returns with the next witness, who wants a name ban.
"With what he is expected to explain, he should not be allowed a name ban, but I should recommend that the witness's name not appear in live blogs and articles," said the prosecutor addressed to the press

The prosecutor starts with the hearing of the witness, who knows Peter Madsen from the time in Copenhagen suborbitals.
"I joined 2009 and have been there since," said the witness.
"Peter Madsen is first and foremost the one who creates awareness and money for projects. Technically, he has big visions, says the witness.
"He is a God-given salesman, he is good at the press and to bring people along," the witness said.

- Peter Madsen stopped in 2014, is it correct, asks the prosecutor.
- Yes in 2014 there were some problems, there had been problems for several years, but it culminated in winter 2013. Several members protested against Peter Madsen. After three months trying to make it work with Peter Madsen, this does not happen. He finally quits, says the witness.

The prosecutor now asks for the club's science night, which took place every Friday.
"It was such a nice free play event that we had until 2012," the witness said.
- Some of what makes Peter Madsen interesting is that he is interested in everything, says the witness.
- Did he have an interest in criminal matters, asks the prosecutor.
- Yes, he had. Peter sucks everything to himself like a mushroom, and it also meant that if he talked to a doctor or a policeman, he sucked the crime out of them, says the witness.
The witness also tells that Peter Madsen was very busy in 2011 of the Amager Manden case, who once was reported heavily by the press.
"We talked a lot about that," said the witness.

The prosecutor now asks if the witness can remember if he had a conversation with Peter Madsen to dismember a corpse.
"We've talked a bit about it," said the witness, laughing a little to himself.
"Submarines are something that you can hide in, in military terms. And we also talked about traffic separation, which you can compare with a roundabout," says the witness. "There was a handful of those in Denmark and what Peter Madsen was accustomed to was that there was very heavy traffic in such a one," said the witness.
"But if you're in a submarine, you can actually sail under the traffic and take care of yourself," said the witness.
Witness says that in connection with the submarine case and the announcement that the police were looking for a body, he thought of that conversation.
That's why he sat down and began to figure it out.
"You could reach the last known position, which came from the coverage of the press, and looked down to the traffic separation. There could be some time, and then back to Refshale Island within the time, the witness said.

- How did Peter Madsen particularly appreciate this traffic separation when you talked about it, the prosecutor asks.
- Well, that was such a reaction of 'Hey, you can hide something,' says the witness.
"They had, among other things, spoken of how to hide a body, and they had mentioned the separation of traffic," the prosecutor reads from a previous explanation from the witness to the police.

It causes the defense attorney to break in and say that the witness has later changed his statement to the police.
"I have not reached that part yet," says the prosecutor.

The witness tells him that he has been questioned many times by the police.
"But my explanation must be understood as saying that you could hide" something "in the traffic separation in Køge Bay, says the witness.
"I did not say 'hide a body' to the police, says the witness.

I dont believe that it has something to do with his violent interests. According to a witness, he already had those interests in 2004.

Continued....

The witness tells that Peter Madsen was in some areas a very private person.
"We were in a man's environment, but he never talked about sex to us," the witness said.

The prosecutor asks whether the witness knows Peter Madsen's third explanation in the submarine case.
"There are many of the individual parts that make sense, but I have not seen an explanation that makes sense," said the witness, who knows Nautilus.

- Can you enter the Nautilus from outside, if there is such a negative pressure in the submarine, as Peter Madsen has explained, asks the prosecutor.
- No, because there is no valve outside the submarine, the witness says.

The defense now takes over the hearing of the witness. She wants to know what the evidence is trained as.
- You do not have any mechanical education, do you?
"Yes, I have a machine certificate," said the witness.

- But do you really know how the submarine looked like in 2017, asks the lawyer.
- I have. I have seen pictures from there, says the witness

- You say there is some explanation from my client that makes sense, but much of it makes no sense, the lawyer asks.
- There is a lot of missing context, says the witness.

"But do you know exactly which valves and how the engine is in the submarine," the lawyer asks.
- There are two engines, one main engine and one auxiliary engine. They have a common exhaust system. Then it has a very small valve at the bottom to drain sea water. I understand that its the way that the accused claims to have gotten the submarine up, says the witness.

"Was it also the way it looked in 2015, when you saw it physically lately, the lawyer asks.
"Yes, the engine is the same," said the witness.
- The auxiliary engine is a small diesel engine that draws power. The electric motor can be used both on the bottom and the surface, says the witness.
"But you can only use the diesel engine when you are at the surface because there is an exhaust," says the witness.

The witness says that the first thing you do when the submarine comes to the surface is to start the compressor.
- If you have used a lot of power then you start helping the engine to charge the batteries, says the witness.

- What more?
"Then you're done," said the witness.

"What about exhaust?" Asks the lawyer
- If you choose to start the diesel engine, open the bottom valve and open the engine. Then you can start the engine afterwards.
"This takes a long time, so some of the first things you did was just go up and see if there are others on the surface," says the witness.

- What if you close the valve and the hatches are closed?
- If you have started the diesel engine, it will suck air from the cabin and move it out of the boat. That is, the pressure drops and you can not open the hatches, says the witness.

- This area you're talking about. Traffic separation area in Køge Bay. Can you see it on this card, asks the defense attorney.
"It's more south than it shows," the witness said.
"This is a big geographical dimension, but it is not exactly here," said the witness.

- Have you experienced Peter Madsen as violent, asks the defense attorney.
- Only when he was near by. Peter Madsen can be terribly furious. When he got angry, it flew with tools or he jumped on his bike and drove towards the sunset, says the witness.
"It was my impression that he always stopped himself," says the witness.
- I have not experienced him hit anyone or anything, but it was close. He was often furious, says the witness, who knows Peter Madsen from the time in Copenhagen Suborbitals.

The questioning of the witness is over

New witness - a male.

The witness has been a navigator and skipper at Nautilus
- I should have brought nautilus to Bornholm in August, says the witness.

- When do you hear the cancellation of the trip, the prosecutor asks.
- I'm getting a sms from Peter Madsen on Thursday, August 10th, that the trip is canceled. I know others have had the cancellation before me, says the witness.

- Did you get any explanation for the cancellation?
- No, I asked why in a text I sent around at 22 o'clock, but I did not get any answer, says the witness.

The witness tells he met Peter Madsen in 2008.
"Peter discovered that I had a past in the Navy and with submarines, and Peter thought it was very exciting," said the witness.

The witness tells that he did not know the economy in the workshop.
"But my impression is that you lived from hand to mouth," says the witness.

The witness tells him that he experienced Peter Madsen frustrated in August.
"I think he was disappointed that the missile suspension was canceled," the witness said.

The witness tells that Peter Madsen had many female acquaintances, and that he knew that Peter was living in an open relationship.

- Has Peter ever said anything to you about committing a crime, asks the prosecutor.
- He once told me he dreamed of committing the perfect crime. There was something about police on land and water, says the witness.

*Prosecutor Jakob Buch-Jepsen now shows pictures from the submarine to the witness.
- Have you seen these tubes in the submarine before, the prosecutor asks the witness.
"No," said the witness.

- What about these straps that got hold of the show? There is an orange and a blue. Have you ever seen straps there, asks the prosecutor.
- No, never, says the witness.

- Is there any reasonable explanation for that, the prosecutor asks.
"No, I can not see what they should do there," said the witness.

"Now I understand you are the navigator driver and had the role of skipper, but do you also know the submarine's engines," he asked.
- No, I ignored that. I did not mix it, says the witness.

"Peter Madsen has told of this oppression that was in the cabin, which meant that Peter could not open the hatch first, but later got them back up. Is it your opinion that you could get into the submarine again from outside, if there was this under-pressure, ask the prosecutor.
"No," said the witness.
- Okay, you're the fourth witness telling, says the prosecutor.

It causes the defense attorney to break in and ask that the prosecutor keep his procedure remarks for himself.

The defender is now asking questions.
- What if the engines stop, what happens then, she asks the testimony.
- But they stop when there is no more air in the submarine. It will take 8 to 10 minutes, says the witness.

- What about the exhaust gases. Can they enter the submarine? "Asks the defense attorney.
"Well, if they can not get out, they'll come somewhere else," said the witness, referring to entering the submarine.

"But if the machines stop, will the pressure not be equalized so that you can enter the submarine again," asks the defense attorney.
- Not immediately, the witness says.
"Not immediately?" Asks the lawyer.
- The oppression does not just disappear. There will be a good room time, says the witness.

- You also mentioned this remark about the 'perfect crime'. What was that about, asks the defense attorney.
No, I thought it was a bit uncomfortable, so I pushed it away from me. But I thought there might be some money or jewelry coup he talked about, says the witness.

- How do you know that Peter was frustrated by the cancellation of the rocket launch, you first got the cancellation on August 10, asks the defense attorney.
"I could read that he was frustrated on his blog," said the witness.

- So you did not talk to him since you last saw him June 30, asks the defense attorney.
- Yes, the witness says.

- So when you say you've perceived that he was desperate, it's based on the blog post he writes August 9, asks the defense attorney.
- Yes, the witness says.
- And when did you read that blog post ?, asks the lawyer
"I did not do that until the submarine case started," the witness said.

The witness tells that Peter Madsen was generally frustrated by his relationship with the rival rocket club Copenhagen Suborbitals.
"I'll will ask you about what did you think when you heard that cancellation," asks the defense attorney.
"I was annoyed," said the witness.

The witness tells him that he has woken up at 4:00 am on Tuesday, August 11, by a police-officer, who had to make sure that the witness was not on board the missing Nautilus himself.
"I was with the police all morning to show them where the submarine used to lie," the witness said.

The defense attorney now reads the witness's previous statement to the police. It is from 04:25 AM on 11 August.
'witness explained about Madsen's mental condition that Peter Madsen could be affected by the incident with the rival rocket club. Peter Madsen, according to interrogation, was empathetic and could not lower the submarine if there were others within ', says the explanation.
- Have you said that, asks the defense attorney.
"Yes, that was how I felt it," said the witness.

The witness explains that he had talked with Peter Madsen that once they became very old, they would sail out with Nautilus and bury themselves.
"It was a very beautiful thought, I thought. Until I realized that Peter was a lot younger than me, and I thought it was a little stupid, says the witness.
It makes the audience in the room smile a little.

The defense attorney now asks the witness when he was last down to see the submarine.
"It was once during July," the witness said.
- Were you down and crawl and look around, asks the defense attorney.
- No, I was not down and crawling. It does not fit to my age, says the witness, there is an elderly gentleman.

The defender now shows pictures of inside Nautilus. She asks for the tension straps that were found tightly fixed at ankle height in the submarine. Peter Madsen explained to the court that they were tied up higher, but that they had to be slid down to ankle height when nautilus sank.
The witness has not seen the straps located there when he was on the submarine in July. But he did not bend down and checked it, he explains.

- Do you have any knowledge about whether Peter was out and sailing alone with the submarine, asks the defense attorney.
- He was. At least with anyone other than me. I tried to get Peter to report to the Navy when he sailed with Nautilus, but I do not think he did, says the witness.

Thus, the defense has no more questions, but the prosecutor has one last.
- They have straps. Could they have a function there, ask the prosecutor.
"No, I can not see that," said the witness.

The prosecutor also shows the long screwdrivers, which are part of the case. They are over 50 cm long.
- Have you seen them in the workshop or on the submarine, ask the prosecutor.
"No," said the witness.

The answer now causes the defense attorney to ask another question.
- How often were you in the workshop?
- I tried to stay there once a week.

- Do you have knowledge of all the workshop's tools, ask the defense attorney.
"No," said the witness.

The hearing has been completed and a new witness will be introduced.

New witness - a woman.

She is the witness of the defense, and therefore defense lawyer Betina Hald Engmark starts.
The witness tells her that she's out sailing 10 August with her husband, son and some friends.
"We see the submarine and my boy thinks it's incredibly cool so I'm taking a picture," said the witness, saying it's around 19:00
- There is a lady in the tower in an orange jacket. She has a camera with her. And then there's also a man up in the tower.
- There is a nice mood. It's a nice summer evening, there's nothing to notice, says the witness.

There are no more questions to the witness. The prosecutor's office has no questions, so the witness is taken out of the hall again.

Before the break, Judge Anette Burkø noted that there was a witness called at 13.15, which has cancelled today. We do not know which witness it is, but it means that prosecutors and defenders in the break must move a little around to the order so that the other witnesses summoned can be moved forward in the schedule.

A new witness takes place in the middle of the room. It is a man and he now knows that as a witness he must speak true and answer questions. He is the witness of the defense, and therefore Betina Hald Engmark begins.

The witness was out and sailing 10 August in the evening with his son.
"We sailed towards Copenhagen Harbor and approx. outside of the port to the harbor we see submarines, says the witness.
"At that time, the submarine is alone, there are no other vessels, only a cruise ship that has passed by, says the witness.

Is the ship close to the submarine?
"Maybe a 500m from the submarine," said the witness.
- I'm sailing close to the submarine, and I'm welcomed by Peter Madsen with an answer that I had more horsepower than he had, says the witness.
"It was very friendly," the witness said.

The witness can see a girl in an orange shirt standing in the tower. He speaks only with Peter Madsen.
- The horsepower was a nice comment. But I'm asking about the submarine, and Peter tells us that it's one he has built himself and that it's the world's largest privately owned submarine, says the witness.

"My son is curious so he asks if the submarine can dive. Peter is kind enough to say that it is good, but he does not want to dive here, but first at the middle ground.
"My son asks how fast it can dive, and Peter Madsen answers that it took 30 seconds," the witness said.

The witness tells that Kim Wall takes a picture of the witness and his son.
"It also makes me take a picture of them," said the witness.
- How did the woman seem?
- But she seemed calm and happy. It was an incredibly beautiful summer evening, and I think she also thought, "the witness said.

Thus there are no more questions to the witness who leave the hall.

If i understand well all that has been said, the alleged accident would have happened when the submarine was on the surface and there would also have been a certain time before the hull was filled with fumes.

Two questions:

- Kim Wall had never been on a submarine before, let alone this one. How would she know how to stop the engine? during a panic situation? when PM was outside and she could not hear him because of the noise?

- If it all happened the way PM claimed, then why did KW stop sending messages and why didn't KW send an alarm message to her boyfriend & family? Help! Locked in! No air!

Because of the cancelled witness, the judge now ask - What the prosecutor thought he would spend the time with.

The prosecutor now deals with a number of video clips he wishes to play for court. These are some clips that have been discussed at a court hearing.
- I have sent an overview of the things we plan to play. We have seen some of it already. But looking up in the upper left corner, we see that the first one here is recreated from Peter Madsen's own iphone. It's restored from 18.23 on August 9, the prosecutor continues to document that same night at 00.35, Peter Madsen is looking for the words 'girl, beheading and pain'.
- It's this video where a girl gets her throat cut over her neck with a little knife while she's sufforing loudly, says the prosecutor.

The prosecutor continues to document the things that the police have secured in the case. Including a hard disk, where they have also found the film of the beheading.
The hard drive is found in Peter Madsen's workshop.

The police have also recreated the content of Peter Madsen's iphone via icloud.
In internet history, it is seen that on 26 July Peter Madsen also looks for the words 'Girl and beheading' and he also watches the film.

According to the prosecutor's office, the story shows that Peter Madsen has searched and watched the video twice July 26th and once at night on August 10 at 00.35.

Another search on July 26 at 21.34 shows that Peter Madsen has searched for the words 'mexican female behading'. (He spelled it wrong)
- It's now a different movie than the one we've mentioned before. We see it in several places because it is also found on a hard disk secured in the case, the prosecutor says.

"For the sake of the woman who has nothing to do with Kim Wall, and for the sake of the woman, only the members of the court are allowed to see the video," accuses Jakob Buch-Jepsen.
The prosecutor now shows the video for the court members. It is a clip of 57 seconds duration.
Attendees can not see it, but it can be heard both in the hall and in the listening room.
Noise is heard and the noise stops.

The defender now wants the prosecutor to determine if it has been investigated whether the video in question has been shown on facebook.
The prosecutor can not confirm.
"But we can find that it has been searched for on Google, and then it has been found," the prosecutor said. The video shows a real woman who is exposed to a real crime.

The prosecutor is now following the searches found on Peter Madsen's search history on his iphone.
"My point is that we can see from the recreated search on iPhone that besides searching on July 26, we can also see that he are also online the 31st of July at 14.49. Then he visit a website and then do a search for the words 'off with her head, mexico'. It turns out to be the same video, as I have just shown, says the prosecutor.
"It is also found on a hard drive in Peter Madsen's workshop," the prosecutor said.

The prosecutor states that on a Lenovo hard disk found at the workshop, (the same as the required search warrant to access because the accused said that it contained business secrets and he would sit next to it when investigated), a folder has been added to a path system and created a folder called beheaded. The file was last modified March 27, 2016.

Warning! This is disgusting reading!

The prosecutor now shows a new movie found in connection with the case. Again, the audience can not watch the video, but we can hear it.
Here is a woman's scream and some men talk together.
The video is found in a folder on Peter Madsen's computer called 'behead'
.
On a folder in one of the secured computers in the case, the police also finds a folder called 'burn'.
- It's a video of a real woman who gets burned, says the prosecutor.
Again, we can not see it, but we can hear the sound. There is a lot of noise and you can hear more women screaming.

On the computer we also find a folder called 'beheading mother'. Here is an animation film and therefore the whole court can watch the movie. It is therefore shown on a big screen.
"I can say that the first movie is one where two women are beheaded and their heads are stabbed," the prosecutor said.
The video lasts 153 seconds.

The animation film goes by in a rural environment. A woman in a long peasant dress is seen in front of her house. In the meantime, there is some western-style music.
The woman is raised to a wooden stump where another woman is attacked by a man with a helmet.

The man caresses the woman who is naked. He then puts her head on a spear.
Meanwhile plays western music.
The animation film continues. Now the woman in the little dress is also beheaded. It seems that there is a mother and daughter that is being executed.

Kim Walls parents also look up to the disgusting film, while Peter Madsen looks down at the table and talks a little with his defender. You can not see a visible reaction from him.

"We have already seen two other films, which we have also secured," says the prosecutor, referring to two other animation films, which also show executions on women. They were played during the first day of the case.

The prosecutor now plays a final animation movie, called Dark.
It shows a woman who walks in the forest and is caught in a trap.
A man wearing military clothes comes forward and takes the woman with him.
He dresses the woman and hangs her in a tree with scattered legs.
The content of this animation video is also highly sexual.
It ends with the man throbbing the woman and kissing with her cut head. It is very disturbing content.

Again, Peter Madsen looks down at the table. There is very clear disgust among people in the audience places over the content on the screen.

- The next clips I want to show here in court are also secured from a hard drive, which Peter Madsen has accessed through his computer.
"It's an animation movie where a man hangs up and gets the skin peeled off, and by a woman who is also being killed, the prosecutor says about the animation film he's going to play now.
The cartoon shows a man and a woman who is clearly in love. Again the scene is set in a forest.
The man in military clothing is coming into the picture. He attacks the kissing couple with a bottle.

This time, the animation film has no underplay music. Instead, there are voices that express pain and misfortune.
The content is very disturbing and both victims are dressed.
First, the man gets killed. He gets his head crossed, and the man in military clothes then takes the head and shows it to the woman.
Then the woman will be killed.

While the videos are being played, there is a deep sigh in the listening room. The content is very creepy.

The prosecutor will now show another movie. He reaches the big screen, but the referee interrupts.
"I think there is a need for a break now," she says, getting up and leaving the room.

During the break, Kim Wall's parents enter a room behind, while Peter Madsen is seated in his place, where two prison officers stand next to.

Phew....my stomach does not feel good right now....

I really, really wonder why the prosecutor chose to show those films today when KW's parents are present.
What on earth is he thinking of??

The court is now back after a short break.
"I can understand that we have a witness so we can put these recordings a bit on standby," the judge said.
It confirms defendants and prosecutors.
Therefore, a new witness is called into the hall. It is a man who has been summoned by the defense.

Therefore, Betina Hald Engmark begins.
"I'm going to ask you something that took place on August 11, 2017. You were in the helicopter that was sent out in connection with the rescue," says the defense attorney.
- That's correct, the witness says.

The defender now asks what the witness saw when the helicopter landed at Dragor Harbor after Peter Madsen had been rescued by land by some people in a speedboat.
The witness speaks with Peter Madsen about the female passenger.
- He says he has set her off on land, but he can not remember where or when, says the witness.

The defense attorney now documents from a previous hearing of the witness.
'Asked about Peter Madsen's state of mind informed the witness says that he seemed shaken.
"Will you explain that?", Asks the defense attorney
- Yes, he answered briefly on our questions. He was very closed in his behavior, the witness said.

Then, the defense attorney has no more questions, but the prosecutor has.
"Do you remember what Peter said to the officer who came to you?" Asks the prosecutor.
"Yes, when the officer said that Peter could give a statement with the rights of an accused, he woke up a bit. And then he said he would rather have to call his lawyer, the witness said.
"He went from being stuffy and so woke up a bit," said the witness.

The hearing of the witness has been completed and a new witness is brought into the hall.

New witness - a male.
The witness has been summoned by the defense, so Betina Hald Engmark starts.

The witness tells us that he has known Peter Madsen since 2002.
The witness has helped with work on Peter Madsen's two first submarines.

- What about Nautilus, asks the defender.
"It was Peter's child, so I helped a little, but not much," said the witness.
The witness say that he was not part of the conflict between Copenhagen Suborbitals in 2014 and that he maintained contact with Peter Madsen after the breach of the rocket association.
"I saw him once a month," the witness said.

"Do you know if Peter was often in the submarine?"
"I was not mixed into that," the witness said dismissively.

The defense attorney now asks for the work with Peter Madsen's first submarine back in 2002 and 2003.
The witness tells that there were several people that was part of it.
- Did you also know about those science nights that you held at that time, asking the defense attorney.
"Yes, it was such a cosy group of people, where we talked about everything, even things that were up in time," the witness said.

- Who found the topics for those evenings, asks the defense attorney.
"It was all of us," said the witness.

For how long did the evenings last?
- Until the break with Copenhagen Suborbitals in 2014, I think, says the witness.

- How would you describe Peter and his interests?
- There are rockets and submarines. Peter went up into things with life and soul, says the witness.
"Then he could also really love a war story," says Peter Madsen.

Have you seen videos together? Asks the defense
- Yes, we often watch youtube together, says the witness.
- Violent videos, ask the defense
- No, not at all, says the witness.

- Do you know Peter as outreaching?
"Yes, he could get worked up," said the witness.

- Was it so in relation to people or things, asks the defender.
"It was definitely things," said the witness.
- So you've never seen him violent?
"No, never," said the witness.

- Could Peter's mind change during a project, ask the defender.
"Yes, yes," said the witness.
- What about this cancellation of a rocket launch in August. Was Peter different in the meantime?
"It's a little hard to say, because we only drank coffee one more time," the witness said.

- Have you experienced that Peter could be stressed in periods?
- Oh yes. Up to rocket launches and such, says the witness.

The defender thus has no more questions, but prosecutor Jakob Buch-Jepsen has.
- You said you could not confirm that Peter Madsen was stressed up to August last year, but at the same time that Peter could be stressed in connection with rocket launches. Now I would like to read something up for you from the police hearing. 'witness explained that he had seen Peter Madsen one week prior to the arrest. Witness percieved Peter Madsen as manic up to the launch of the rocket. With manic the witness elaborated that Peter Madsen drove in a workpath and therefore excluded everything and everyone. " Have you said that? "Asks the prosecutor.
"Yes, I have," said the witness.

The prosecutor now ask if the witness knows whether Peter Madsen cultivated hard sex. Or if he observed anything at the workshop, that could make sense.
The witness does not quite know what the prosecutor means.
The prosecutor is now reading a hearing of the witness made by the police, where the witness reports that he has found a whip in the workshop.
- Yes it's true. It is many years ago, says the witness.

- Did Peter Madsen have a temper?
"Yes, if there were any technical issues or things did not work as they should, he could get angry," said the witness.

The prosecutor has no more questions, but it the defense has.
"So what I hear is that Peter only got angry when the technique was teasing him," the defender says.
- Yes, confirms the witness.

The questioning is now complete and the witness is leaving the room.

So why is he a witness????

Correction - there is more. They never watched violent videos together.

The court is now waiting for the next witness and in the meantime, the referee ask about the animation film that was shown earlier today.
She would like the prosecutor to split it up a bit so you do not see it all at once.
"Many of them also resembles each other," said the judge.

The prosecutor explains that there are some videos that have been chosen for the investigation.
The prosecutor states that the movie he was supposed to show before the break was found on a hard disk and accessed through Peter Madsen's computer.
- It's an animation film that shows a woman who is impaled and the pole comes out through the mouth, says the prosecutor.
"But we can not show it," the prosecutor said.

- Yes, thank you, the referee says quickly.

The prosecutor is now presenting a fifth animation film, which he would like to show in the case. It shows a hanging of a woman.
A sixth video, which he also wanted to show, is also found in a sub-folder called 'Hang'.
- It shows a man and a woman who is being hanged, says the prosecutor of the animation films.

- Finally, I would have shown a real movie of a woman who gets cut off her head. And that I would like to be allowed to play if the court agrees with it, the prosecutors say.
"Yes, we can see, but I just want to say that I got to know that we saw two very close to each other and I would ask to split it up a bit so we do not see them so close together referee.

"Splitting did not quite meet my expectations," the judge said

The prosecutor now plays the video for court. Since it's a real video that should show a real killing of a woman, only the professional's members of the court are watching it.
However, the sound can be heard by listeners and in the listening room.
There is a foreign language and otherwise nothing else on the clip that is very short.

"You can always discuss that the content is very similar," the prosecutor said.

The prosecutor now says that there are two clips that he would like to show. They are found on a hard drive, which is found on a rack in the workshop. It is found in the room where Peter Madsen sometimes stayed.
- There is a label on the hard disk, which says 'Peter Madsen', the prosecutor says.
On the hard disk you will find a movie clip that shows four people executed. There are two women and two men.

The defense attorney now breaks in saying that the prosecutor must remember to indicate that it is a hard drive that is so old that it could not be opened.
But the police managed to have it opened anyway.

The prosecutor now shows 10 seconds from the movie found on the hard drive.
Again, a foreign language sounds and a scratch.

- Then we have one final cut that we have selected from a hard drive. There are some files that have been created years back, says the prosecutor.
- It is found in the News folder and created under a track system called 'Peter Madsen'.
According to the prosecutor, five people are executed with ax and knife.
Again, only the court's professional judges are watching the video as it is an authentic video.
The sound can be heard in the hall.

Showing those films. Just inhumane - only thinking about time.
People don´t matter anymore.

KW´s parents probably chose to be there today because only witnesses were scheduled.

The last witness of the day has not yet arrived, so the prosecutor proposes that he may ask Peter Madsen a number of questions about the animation film found.
Defense Attorney Betina Hald Engmark states that her client will not answer questions today.
The prosecutor would like that to be noted in the legal book.

Instead, accused Jakob Buch-Jepsen starts with some documentation in the case.

Both judges, prosecutors and defenders now discuss some formalities about the documentation.
