Since he was paid a stipend from federal funds, I wonder if he can be charged in federal court? By the way if he was actually visiting any hookers/escorts, I don't doubt police would have been interviewing those hookers/escorts.

Are there any laws about exactly what student stipends may be spent on? I know they are intended for living expenses. 26K is a lot of money- most grad students had a lot less as I remember.

No, there are no laws. The stipend is basically his salary. Normally students use stipends for living expenses, books, etc. His federal stipend was 21K. The other 5K was from University of Colorado.

There is a third photo on this site- anyone seen this one before (with the hat?) I saw that poster in the background in the apartment photos (can't find the news site). It's like a Munsch scream zombie photo.

Interesting, it has his Adult Friend Finder profile on there. People were making a big deal out of the fact he was "turned down" by three women on that site, sheesh that is nothing! I used to belong AFF and most women receive a TON of email, most males get turned down a lot simply because of the M to F ratio (though that horrid orange hair certainly would lower his odds...sheesh...that photo makes me wonder if he was crazy! Who in their right mind would use THAT as a profile pic!).

you can google that username....the first thing that pops up is a twitter account; however, i believe that was recently set up and not by him, the suspect.....

im sure many will take advantage like they did with the Luka Magnotta case and start fan pages and tumbler pages and YT accounts and other fake accounts appearing to be him because there are more ****ed up people like him out there....

ETA...yup seems people are grabbing up that name and using it for their own desires.... @@

ETA again....there are other things popping up about him using that username.....things i hadnt read before....lots of others doing their own sleuthing...

I think the "big deal" from his supposed AFF profile is that it was in close proximity to the rampage.
If he was corresponding/visiting any people, I don't doubt police/FBI are going to be interested in interviewing these people.

That was years ago. Except for being quiet and not very social, he appeared to have been doing really well (at least to the outside world) up until maybe a year ago. Graduated from college with excellent grades, attended science summer camp, worked with children, got into prestigious graduate school.

NOpe sadly, I checked it out on the site he loved it was tacital something it was creepy, scary, and mindboggling. I thought, if I was SWAT team member wouldn't my boss provide all this?

If in the armed forces would not the govt buy this?

If in law enforcement would my agency buy this?

SO! What on earth would anyone need to be buying tons of the stuff on there - JH liked shopping there!

Do we know that it was actually tear gas? I would have expected to hear a lot more witnesses say the gas was horrid, people were blinded, etc... Some have said the smoke burned their eyes but some people complain about a little cigarette smoke in a bar doing the same thing, tear gas would be extremely nasty stuff.

package was sent about a week before the killing....the package sat in the mailroom for about a week and was not opened until monday!

sent to a psychiatrist/professor at UofColorado....who also treats out-patients @ psychiatric facility on campus...

details said he would kill people...had sketches of stick figures....illustrations of the massacre...drawings of stick figures killing other stick figures...

no word yet if JH had personal contact w/ that psy/profess
