that's why DOI is worth reading..if you can stand the lies,and they tell a lot of them in it.some have said they would never read it,but the more ppl talk,the more they reveal themselves,and I think they both did that.

I am one of the ones who haven't been able to bring myself to read it. I prefer non-fiction. BUT you make a good point. I'll have to see if I can find a copy at my local bookstore to thumb through. They did have ST's and Dr. Wechts's book in paperback again this year, probably anticipating renewed interest because of the 10-year anniversary. Speaking of which, I was surprised there wasn't more in the media this past December. Maybe the media were gun-shy because of the Karr fiasco.

I actually saw the show....I believe it was on Geraldo, if I am not mistaken. She was scratching herself with a saxaphone...it was obvious. Alot of the posts that I have read about this subject say...."I didn't see the video, or the show...BUT...I HEARD that she was masterbating". So, this rumor was started by people that hadn't even seen the clip.

I understand and I agree that the times I have seen her, it is very sexual. But I think it is plausible that she could do that. I would like to see the video. Anyone know where I can find it. I've searched for that video online and mercifully (for JonBenet's sake), cannot find it. The only person I "know" who has seen it is SuperDave. I'm pretty sure he said she was rubbing herself with the saxophone while performing. Let me do a quick search here....here's this:

Someone is complaining about Websleuths at Topix - about autopsy images being posted without a warning. This person is suggesting that the images were posted on this thread but I've been through it several times and can't see any images posted at all (let alone autopsy photos).

I don't like autopsy photos but they are all over the web - not just on the forums.

I'm wondering if the person complaining has us muddled up with the DoubleBB? They have a thread about the stungun which has autopsy images in it.

The complainer suggests that a warning should be put in the thread title if it contains autopsy images. That would be fine - if the person starting the thread was the person posting the images. However, images can be posted half way down a thread by someone else and that person cannot change the thread title. Also there are undoubtedly some sickos out there and I'd be kind of wary of advertising horrific pictures because I'm sure it would attract the thrill seekers rather than the rest of us who are more interested in discussion.

I have to agree - posting a notice of graphic autopsy photos only works if the person creating the thread is the one posting them, and advertising graphic autopsy photos would probably lead to undesirable gawking from gore fans. As I said at Topix, I think JBR enthusiasts post the pictures for aid in discussion, not to get any thrills out of macabre photos, and I don't see that as distasteful or disrespectful.

IMO, it is a crime that has been committed and this is a discussion. How are we supposed to discuss the case without having all of the evidence. And it usually says graphic content.

I saw the video, and it just looked to me like she was using it to scratch with. Funny how there is only ONE video (that has been released) with her supposedly masterbating in front of an audience. If she was comfortable enough to do it once, then she would have done it again...and again. She was scratching....IMO

See that was the impression I got also. I just cannot see her getting up in front of a bunch of people and masturbating. She is not going to do that. This is ridiculous.

I think so too. And if SHE was masterbating...then why, in ALL of those performance videos that we have seen of her, is she sticking to the routine and NOT masterbating. Why is it just ONE of them? It just didn't look like she was masterbating to me. And from what I saw, it didn't last very long.

The problem with this case is that all these "out there" theories abound and sight is lost of what probably happened with her. And it all gives the Ramseys an out. People like Lin Wood can say - see what is posted about the Ramseys, they have been persecuted by outlandish theories, none of which are true. I always thought that one of the reasons Patsy was so adamant about her "high" profile is the fact that they were accused of sexual abuse and since that was not true, she was livid and centered on that (in her mind) as her catalyst for defending her position.

That makes absolute total sense. I think that you are 100 percent correct about that. She was pissed off because they were accused of sexual abuse...and she knew that it wasn't true....not, about being accused of killing her child...because she knew that it WAS true.

Good. I am glad that we brought you over to the "other side"...LOL I think that alot of people that saw that video, were convinced that JB had been sexually abused/molested by a family member....so, of course, when she was scratching with the saxaphone, I guess that some people just assumed that she was masterbating. Geraldo Rivera (it was HIS show that I saw the tape on), even thought that. I guess, in a way, it DID look that way. BUT...I just don't think that was the case. I think that she had been performing long enough, to know to stick to the routine...and to be able to refrain from masterbating in front of a bunch of people...but, everyone knows .....when you have an itch....you HAVE to scratch. She was probably miserable.....poor kid.
