Well, looks like I was wrong... it wasn't JB afterall-- it was JA that used the phrase "suspend your common sense."

I hope WS's don't give him any ideas either, because I can't wait to hear what he comes up with on his own. If its good, then I guess he got it from here.LOL

JB may have gotten some ideas for his closing statements from here at WS, but CM's part of the closing statement, the definition of reasonable doubt part was probably the most influential single factor from the defense.
