Please see the post I responded to that says Adam said he viewed porn just before he found RZ's body. That would make his admission to be on the 13th, NOT the 12th, which is when the bondage porn on the house computer was viewed.

It is a fact that LE know the exact times when on the 12th that the computers in the house were accessed to view the Asian porn/bondage and they also know who had access to the house during that time.

Adam flew into town the evening of the 12th and I've yet to see any evidence he was ever in the house on the 12th. On the 13th, RZ's body was found bound and her death has been ruled a suicide.

AB wasn't there when the bondage porn was viewed so she conclusively could not say whether it was or was not RZ. It is very possible it was RZ. Unless there is proof that AS was in San Diego at that point in time, it isn't possible that he was the one viewing it. The significance is that her body was nude and bound when she died and LE concluded she bound herself.

Whether AS admitted he viewed porn prior to discovering the body on the
13th isn't relevant unless he viewed Asian bondage porn and I've not seen any evidence that it was.

With the bondage porn viewed on the mansion computer, AS admitting to watching porn first thing in the morning, the woman's underwear in the trash and AS being in extremely close proximity to RZ that night.. including being able to get into the mansion by his own admission to get the knife to cut her down..... that is some unnerving circumstancial evidence. Let us also add that AS's job at the time would mean he knew nautical knots and RZ was tied with a ski rope and nautical knots... A naked asian woman tied with nauticle knots... the RZ death and AS have a great deal in common..

RZ being suspected by a doctor and police...... and the family as possibly someone who harmed MS....

AS had motive and proximity along with the circumstancial evidence.... and he was not able to pass the lie detector test.... why did LE lie to us... by letting us believe he passed with flying colors?

I do believe it is possible they acted in a biased manner because they suspected RZ of being involved in MS's accident and by the time they learned from the ME that the MS death was not a murder it was too late to back track and do a full on homocide investigation in the death of RZ.

I found Gore's written letter to the Zahau family lawyer AB stating they would bring forward more information about the case if AB continued to attack the investigtion a threat to embarass the family. What other purpose could that letter have? How often do LE agencies write letters like that?

Agree, police are often disrespectful of people they assume are suspects.

As a recent example, in the Empire State shooting, the gunman was also stripped naked (with both top and bottom showing) by police and pics were taken of this -- although the police in NY did put up a semi-cover in the form of a white sheet near the gunman which is a million times more than what SDLE did (which was nothing) for innocent nude, hanged, gagged, bounded Rebecca. I find the indignity of this disgraceful and unprofessional of the police.

If the detective KNEW from prior case experience that after a week the alleged voicemail would be deleted from the AT&T server, why did they wait more than a week? In my opinion LE did not follow known procedures to retain evidence and this caused a crucial piece of evidence to be lost.

The search for "asian bondage anime" was done early afternoon, on Tuesday when onlyh Rebecca and XZ were there. You are talking about the "computer activity" That was the early morning Wednesday her death. It was an update to the toolbar. An automatic "cookie".

There was activity on Rebecca’s computer the day before the incident. The forensic examination of the hard drive showed the file access at about 3:00 am the morning of the event was likely a “cookie” left behind by an automated update for a tool bar.
